I bought a tshirt from peter england in shivpuri but the tshirt got defected so i ask them to give me same but they don't have the same size so i ask them to give me the another tshirt for same size they told the same that they don't have the size for another tshirt also, so i asked them to refund but they refused that there is no policy to refund in peter England afterword they told that they will give the same tshirt within 2 days but today is the 6 day i am going daily to ask my Tshirt but they give the same words that it will be in come in one day two days, its my father's birthday tomorrow i bought tshirt for hum only so now how can i give tshirt to my father

Today(13/03) i went PE shop to buy a jeans and T shirt for my brother as a b-day gift .so before choosing of cloth itself i ask whether i can change if its not fit or my brother dont like the colour and they say yes .The same day evening my brother went to change, but they said we can change only for size issue not for any other issue such as change of colour or different cloths .I asked a reason for that and they say auditing is going on .i dont think more than customer satisfaction nothing is more important and i dont think it can affect anything in auditing .I think they are doing some wrong activity please note this and take a right action .

I purchased T-shirt of Peter England but after 15days colour faid.

Have brought a shirt in PE, Villupuram, Tamilnadu on 15th April 2022 (Bill#[protected]. One of the worst experience on the dye quality of the shirt.

I believe the quality of PE brand, but the past experience made a worst feel not to buy the shirts and fear to use the existing PE shirts as well.

The blue strip shirt spoiled my New luxurious car Leather seat due to the dye impression while driving. Even the car service people not able to remove the dye strain from the seat. Still unclear how to remove the dying strain.

I made the complaint on the showroom they just like that you can have the replacement and not specifying about the cause of the issue. How could I buy a new shirt from PE again noway without a proper valid reason on the quality mistake.

Attached photo of the seat is after trying to remove the strain still no use. Your 1599 shirt spoiled my entire car seat before its first service.

Approached the shop for the shirt replacement yesterday by 9.30PM and its told that the billing are closed so I have to visit them again. Worst ever response and quality then a road side shops.

I buys a pant and shirt for my dad with him on 30/05/2022 at local Peter England store.Now I want to exchange the pant on 01/06/2022 but store manager is denying to exchange it by giving some excuses on offer related issue althrough they have 7 days exchange policy. Resolve my problem as soon as possible.

I have returned all products purchased from Peter England app and no update on refund at all. It has been days and no proof in their app as well that i have returned their products.
There is no response to multiple emails from me. I guess the customer care just deletes the mails.
I have not received thousands of rupees back and have returned all of their products as well

I ordered a shirt from Peter England Official website which I never received. I paid via debit card and I got a confirmation email from them. After that no information about my product . I don't get any mail regarding the shipment or delivery. I mailed customer service several times but no response . I finally contact their offline showroom but they said they don't know anything about the online website. I want the product which I ordered or refund .

My Peter England product I returned as am size 40 but the send size of the product was too tight first time I faces such size issue from Peter England brand as from years I am wearing Peter England. My order number is 5842675.After two days of order confirmation, they cancelled my order and send an email that due to high available it 's out of stock and refund is issued. But i have not received my money back. There 's no calling and contacting information available except email. It's totally scam. I have seen now, so many people faced the same issue. It's unethical and unprofessional behaviour.

I visited Peter England outlet at[protected], I purchased one trouser worth rs 1599/- I made payment by Google pay, but salemen told me our payment is time out, you have to done ur payment by other method, I done my payment by debit card, after 10 mintues my upi payment is completed on Google pay and my amount debit from my bank account, I rushed to store and told salemen for double time payment, but they denied me for refund

I ordered men's blazer from Peter England website worth Rs.4199.The estimate date showed 17th Jan 2021.I have not recieved the product, but the status is showing as delivered, returned and refunded.. product was not delivered nor returned and there is no refund made.None of the delivery agent tried to reach me..This is a total FORGERY.I wanted to gift this blazer to my husband for our anniversary on 19th Jan 2021 but never expected i would experience a forgery from such a top brand.. TOTALLY DISSAPOINTING..
