This is regarding my Peter England order id 5332062. Return request raised 10+ days back but product not picked up and my refund is stuck.

I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@peterengland.com, msgd @PeterEngland_ on Twitter.. but no reply fron anywhere. Its really frustrating!

Pls action the reverse pickup and process my refund asap!

I can buy a leather jacket 3 years back.
This year jacket should be damaged.
Upper layer of jacket comes out automatically.
It you can repair this pls do.

Order number 5428806 No update when will i receive my black jeans. Its just reflecting order processing since so many days. Aside regarding CAS-291495-Z5D5D3  loyalty points were still not refunded for order 5411726.
Such a pathetic service by peter england. U guyz doesn't have a proper customer care and pathetic delivery system. One order is processed and other is still awaiting. Really disappointed with this company. I[censored] guyz doesn't want to operate than kindly close the company.

Company outlet at Kashi-Meera was not giving bill with our GST bill number
Mr. Atik Shaikh store manager was not interested in resolving issues
We spent more than 30min in selections and at end we came out empty handed due to improper billing, poor service and unprofessional behavior of store manager

I had returned the product and it's almost more than. 12 days yet there is no repsonse and not refunded the amount

I ordered a suit from peter England but i returned it due to size issue and apllied for refund to my bank account.. But firstly my order was not being picked. It was continuesly delayed by the delivery man. When i return my order its showing that refund is conpleted but i didn't receive any refund from peter england. I also complaint to the Peter England site but they are not responding..

I ordered shirt on Peter England app on[protected] order is confirmed ordered I'd is 5309736 then[protected] I get mail that my order is currently shipped vai Bluedart awb no [protected] it will deliver by 48 hrs but Bluedart showing that pickup cancel by customer on attempt on[protected] and product still not get to me When will I get my product..?

I would like to notice you that i have purchased the T-shirt from peter england showroom at Bharuch location on 24th Oct-2021 and wear only 01 day.

In that there is an issue of white spot over their and that why its looking bad so i would like to request you kindly change it/return money back as per your best.

I ordered blazer on 4th of Oct and still not recieved the order, as there was no cod option availble, so payment is already done.
And there is customer care no. availble on the official site and they are not responding to my emails
So I request you to kindly check into the issue and help me get my order or money

I bought under were from Peter England store that was not good streching comming out

As I am your customer and I am buying my wears at your outlet regularly and one of your outlets situated in kallakurichi district and i am buying my wears since 4 years and i didn't experience this much poor quality in customer service and interaction .On 13/10/2021 We have visited the outlets for buying t shirts and trousers we took some t shirts and we bought those selected t shirts from your outlets and we found some damage in those t shirts and again we visited the stores for exchange those items one of your lady sales executive is there in billing and other section we started process for exchanging items that lady sales executive are very arrogant with customer since month ago and she showed full arrogance to us and treating like a cheap person and she uses unparliamentary words in inside the store and we were handling gently to that lady sales executive and she using abusing languages and throwned the new shirts in our face and she says if you have guts fight with me and i have experience worst sales executive in my life she tored off the bills of the items and the price tags of the items and this is mens wears outlets why you employed the arrogant idiotic lady to the sales I am sorry to say that your are going to lose huge customers by employing girls in mens wearables outlets and many other company outlets around my home town they were employing only men in men wearables and experience lot of problems in my town outlet and please take an serious action upon this change the lady to men in that outlets so we can have nice atomsphere to buy more items in your stores if you need further evidence of interaction between we and that lady please see that cctv footages of the Kallakurichi outlets store and i am working in public health department Government of TamilNadu and we hardly working in saving the peoples from pandemic situation and you are returning the bad behaviour to us by the way employing lady sales excuetive and if it longs surely sales of your outlets going to be low and there will be bad impersion on company if it longs and NOTE; customers are god the gandhiji says.. so please take strict action upon this lady excecutive please give a clear explanation to us

I ordered one blazer, and it had not been delivered even after 15 days, and there is no response from the CUSTOMER support e mails and amount had been deducted from my account
as there was no option of cod availble

Order trousers through online peterengland side using phonepe gift card worth Rs 1900, but during clicking on payment mode it just stucks on loading mode, so request plz do needful

I have returned a shirt, ordered on the Peter England website, on 14/09/2021. Been continuously following via email for a response. But nobody from the customer care team replies and it has been a tiring saga for the past month, just to get a reply from them.

I feel this is the plight for anyone ordering online, not expected from such a reputed brand. This must be addressed or at least information spread not to make an online purchase with Peter England.

My Return order number is 4169666, worth Rs1003. Kindly help with this refund request.

I ordered sunglasses from Thier offical website. The box was damaged and the sunglasses size was very big so I initiated a return. No one came to pick up the product. When I contacted support they told me that they'll pick the product within 5 days. And this was 3 weeks ago. No one came.
I'm constantly sending emails regarding this issue. No one is responding. They are completely ignoring. Very disappointed.

Ive purchased Peter england blue xolor solid kurta during big billion day sale but after I received the product I came to know that it is not original one. It does not have inside that shirt which gives details about washing and other stuff.
