    I bought the Philips bt1210 trimmer on[protected] but it is not working anymore. The Philips BT1210 has a trimmer warranty of 2 years. So you should change it immediately.

        Philips customer Service Centre provide me job number.
        After the job number allotted I got a call from the mobile number given by the service centre and they refused to come home and do service then he said do it where you want to complain

          I had purchased 4 years ago a Music System Philips SPA8000B. For last six months, there was some kind of Disturbing sound. First there was problem for a Speaker so I detached it and later it created for another one so removed another also. Finally I had to carry it to a Service center at Boring Road, Patna.

          The In-charge of Service center said that I C might have gone. After four days when I visited he delivered it but Charged me Rs. 975/- without a proper bill for changing an I C.

          I do not know what is Reasonable Charge for it but seems too much for an I C and for the Music System which cost is only Rs. 8000/- . Secondly I never expected Philips product to last for 4 years.

          Of course it is an electronic item and may happen. But Service Should be given at reasonable cost. Also Philips India need to boost and strengthen the Service because market is competitive and others are providing better service.

          Still having problem...disturbing Sound as of now has gone but there is still remains a problem - After Half an Hour it GOES OFF automatically.

              Trimmer Start Automatically and only stop once battery drain out

              Hi Team,
              My Trimmer "QT4011/15" frequently start automatically even switch is Off and stop only after Battery drain out. It's really frustating as there is no way to stop it whenever it start automatically it generate noise and also we can't carry in luggage while travelling in flight due to running motor.
              Please help to fix this. Thanks ......

              Today i puchased mixer grinder, i have not seen manfacturing date, the manfucturing date is 08/2015, the shop owner told good product, but it is not worthy i loose my money with this product, it is not working when start on mode it is heavly heating and burning hands how people cheating by selling 5year old products, i am going to put a cosumer case on philips india.

                Ordered Phillips Trimmer from Flipkart as per the below details:
                Model No: QT4011/15
                RECEIVED FAKE MODEL No: QT4001 (Confirmed by Phillips Service Center Employee)Order ID: OD[protected]Order Received Date: 24 Sept 2020
                Please read the timeline of events below:
                When I tried charging the trimmer with the recived charger, I noticed the charger was not getting connected. Charger specifications do not match the trimmer charging point specifications.
                I contacted Flipkart Customer Care on 18 Oct 2020 and informed them about it. They advised that the product has a 7 day replacement policy so they cannot help. Also, they advised me to contact the manufacturer for further help.
                So, I contacted Phillips Customer Service. They informed me the product that I have received is fake. QT4001 is a fake product and they can not help me with the issue. And they redirected me to Flipkart for further help.
                While speaking to Mr Deepak Sehgal from Phillips Technical support team when I asked as to how to differentitat Fake and Original Phillips product he sarcastically replied AAP KARTE KYA HO DIN BHAR ONLINE This was not the answer I was expecting after multiple calls and complaints with Flipkart and Phillips.
                I hope Phillips will contact their authorised seller Flipkart to replace the product immediately.
                I need a resolution for this asap otherwise I will be forced to register a case with Consumer court.

                  we purchased a philips mixer grinder on 24.01 2020, while using second time the sauce jar broken and uppre portion of jar (steel bowl)separated itself from base of jar.I made contact to authorised service centre at Saran Electrical ajmer but he refused to change the jar and said he will charge a amount of re 450.Sir the jar was properly fitted to the top of mixure grinder.The bottom of jar is ok .please arrang to change this jar with free of cost as your company is brand and big name in market and if products of your company broken lie this whin in 7-8 month and just after use of two times.kinly arrange change of this jar free of cost.

                      Gogear mix Mp3 player Not working

                      Last time when i used my mp3 iy was perfectly fine, it was around 20 days ago but after That when I tried to connect it in laptop to transfer a song it's screem was blank i have tried plenty of methods pls help...

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      I Chinmoy Chattopadhyay, resident of Kolkata purchased a Philips Shaver/trimmer from flipkart having invoice dated 31.12.2018 for Rs 3999.00 and with two years warranty on the product.

                      The product is not working since last 08 months and due to Covid-19, I could visit a authorised Philips service centre on 22nd September 2020 and presented the product and its Invoice bill.

                      They took the picture of the product and said they would let me know over the phone and i don't need to submit the product with them until they comfirm me to do so after confirming with their company.

                      After a few days i was told that they cannot help in my case as the warranty card wasn't there and the product has been rarely marketed in India.

                      I read the warranty policy of Philips and it was clearly mentioned that only Invoice for purchase proof is needed and nothing on warranty card was mentioned as i was told.

                      I contacted the area incharge of Philips company Kolkata, Mr Sourav Das on his mobile phone ([protected]) and sent him all the details of my complaint. He too seems to be not entertaining my case.

                      I am really helpless and I don't know whom to complain further...Kindly Help.

                        I am Shruti Patel from MAHARASHTRA, Mumbai, bought Philips 2.1 Speaker with product number MMS2550F on[protected]. Unfortunately after[protected] it's not working properly. I filed a complaint on[protected]. My Complaint job number is[protected]. One of your Philips technicians visited my home on[protected]. He told me that the control panel is not working and it will be replaced after 10 days. I called many times but didn't get any solution for this. Philips executives told me that they failed to search the part so that they will replace the unit but it's not done yet. Now they tell me that the unit is also not available. Today it's[protected] still I didn't get any solution for this. I can't wait any longer. I have been waiting since June. Look into this matter and make sure that I get a solution within 24 hours. Otherwise I have to find another social media platform for my solution.

                                I have Philips Infrared Lamp for mascular pain. It is not working may be fused. I need to know service center of the Philips in Pune which can do this. At the same time, I want to know, if they are selling such Lamps in Pune, and where?

                                I am after this for past two months. I am not getting any mailing assistance on their web site. All the customer service numbers do not give any correct information. If by chance you happen to talk to their executive, they do not know this product and simply direct to other number. This agin no body lifts and you get fed up.

                                I do not know how come they have such third class service and complaint resolution system. web site does not mention about this lamp.

                                I think it is foolish to buy the Philips products.

                                  The product which i have mentioned above is a grooming product for men and i ordered it from amazon just few months ago. The product has a 3mm comb for body hair which gets attached to the trimmer, which just got broken in this small period of time!
                                  Now how should i use the product?
                                  Atleast there should be an extra comb for such cases!

                                  I just want a new comb as my trimmer works normal
