Hello The Display of my mobile Samsung S3 was broken and had given my mobile for the same.The following are the details for the same I have not received my mobiles even after more than 1 month of me giving the same. I have repeatedly called your customer care and they keep on giving me reply " will be ready by next week " this has been going on for the last 4 weeks. I have faced severe mental agony because of the callous attitude of yours. I was last told that the handset shall be in 10 days time... this is the last time that i can give you, as this have reached the limit of my patients. I shall further have to take legal action if the matter is not resolved in the stipulated time frame give by you. I have not come across such a fraud company yet.. They took my mobile on 8th Jan 2015 and have not delivered the mobile yet. They have deployed robots instead of humans as they give the same answer for all the questions that is "you will definitely receive your mobile in 10-15 days". In order to save your money please please please don't go for these fraudsters.

I called may time regard this customer care said your approval is pending.

Last week ur helpline said before 17/02/2015 you will get your mobile. But today I reached your helpline they said your approval is still pending ask to wait for 10 days.

I want my mobile immediately and let you know whether you will solve my problem or not.

I have waited for my phone since last 2 month almost. Now they are telling me that your claim is not approved due to in claim form description is not in criteria.But i have not fill the claim form as discuss so many time.That is wrongly filled by buddy.I have sebded all the recordings of buddies to Director of the company Mr. Praful [protected].Now they are not facing me.This is a cheater company.And even they have blocked my mail also, so that i can tell every one that exactly about the company.

Pickme india is very chat pl do go with for insurance for your electronic Gadgets . Totally unprofessional Fraud Fraud... . They will sell their insurance product wilh plenty of promises . But i[censored] r going back for insurance process they will give surplus amount of reasons to avoid our cases. My own experiece don't waste ur time and energy...

I have given my cell phone one month ago but there is no response. Till date they have not yet passed any insurance claim.They took one month but they did not pass any claim.When ever I call them they say mam you need to wait more 7-8 days.They have super pathetic service .Its one month but not even a single claim is passed by them.PICKME you all have a super duper slow service. They never update.They always have the same sentence to repeat "Mam you need to wait more 7-8 days".This is the worst service I have been through.Guys please return the cell phone repaired by Monday or by Thursday

My complain id is [protected]-1 named Mr. Mayur Kumar Kanojiya. Complain was registered on 20/12/2014 and mobile was picked up on 22/12/2014 by Mr. Ghanshyam Mistry from Ahmedabad. My Handset cost is 20000/- purchased from Kabir Enterprise(Samsung showroom), Naranpura, Ahmedabad. It has been more than 60 days but mobile is not delivered yet. Customer care is just repeating the same answer that mobile to be delivered in next 7-10 days but not delivered yet. As per first call with your executive, my mobile was suppose to be ready in 15 days but now everyday there is new process estimate, approval, service, verification….etc but I don’t see end of this. Other millions of your customer is watching this. Even now i'm thinking that this company have staight forward approach to theft mobile phones from customers. This company is downgrading the value of "India" by puuting "India" Keyword behind their fraud name. I hope by this medium.. i will get my mobile back soon. Sorry to state that you service is pathetic. I repeated calls, I get same answer that approval pending, please wait for another 15 days??? Do you think, people have to spend money and thereafter so much time to follow up? Sorry Sirs, this is not DONE.

My name is Arzen Baria I had given my Samsung galaxy note 4 for screen and camera replacement on 19 January 2015.Almost 9 days have passed but till date I haven't received any satisfactory reply from the company. Have being calling the customer care on [protected] daily but no proper status is provided and false commitments are made that I will receive a call back from the higher authorities. my phone samsung grand neo is under burglary case.documents pick up date=6th november 2014, approval date is 24 November 2014..i have called atleast 100 times to customer care..but still didn't get any positive response from their side.i called higher authorities also but now they are also postponing day by day.sometimes they are also not receiving calls..i seriously dissatisfied with this insurance company.They only giving dates..now higher authorities are also ignoring my calls daily..what should i do now????????

Hi, I have given a request for replacement in display damage. Job Sheet Serial No. 5628 on 17/11/2014. They had assured to give my mobile ( Nexus 5 ) with in 15 Days. It has Been more than 50 days but still have not got any response from PickME Customer Service Team. Every time we call customer care, they promise to give in next week.

I also have "samsung grand 2" my mobile picked on 28th of octomber 2014 . he says your mobile will be returned in 22 working day after 22 days I call him on 20th november 2014. he says "your claim is not Approved and your handset will delivert in one week". after 7 days I call him on 26th november 2014 .once again they say"your claim is not Approved and your handset will delivert in10 days". after 10 days I call him on 5th december I call him two time once they say "your claim is approved and your handset in servies center it will take up to 15 days " and second time they say "your claim is not Approved" thereafter I call many time but only one answer they give "your claim is not Approved" last I call him on 5th january . you can check my tracking number [protected]-2 and now I am going to consumer court my emaid id is "[protected]@gmail.com" and mobile number is [protected]
