Actually i have purchased a pigeon favourite electric kettle from Flipkart on 20/11/2021 and according to Policy my product is under warranty for 12 month's or 1 year and now only 3 months complete and kettle is doesn't work so please resolve the issue

      I have bought 3ltr induction base pressure cooker on DTD 07.01.2021 from kiran trading co., Amritsar. It has 05 years warranty. Cooker's botton plate pulled out .I go to the service center near me. They give me product replacement tag to replace the cooker. but now my dealer did not give me new cooker because he left the dealership of pigeon . Now from where I got my new pressure cooker. Please resolve my matter as soon as possible.
      Please find attached warranty card and product replacement slip.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I have Purchase your company product name-Pigeon Aluminium Pressure Cooker Combo (12685) 2 litre, 3 litre and 5 litre, Induction base (silver) on Date 30th October 2021.
                          In last few days ago, we noticed that in 2 or 3 litre led safety valve air pressure come out in large quanity & inside boiling rice completely burned with smilelling.
                          I want resolving this problem ASAP.

                                      My Induction stove is not working properly now, eventhough it has a warranty period till for march 2022 . It is showing the error as E6, and tried to resolve it by seeing in google, but i am not able to resolve it . Please help in taking my item back and do a service or provide a new one for it.
