I bought piegon product from flipkart, on using nearly a 10 days, there colors fade out, there are 3 products in which 2 products color fades, and 1 product coating fades, Very poor quality products peigon manufactured.
So i complaint this to your customer care but they are delaying from 10 days, and they gave me contact no. Of service manager.
Anil Sharma, your service manager is saying that i have to send product at there address for which i have to pay courier charges, and it takes about 1 month for replacement process.
This is so worst service, i am requesting you to provide service immediately at my city because at the time of purchase it is clearly mention that you provide all India service.
And it should resolve within a week if you take more than a week then you have to provide extended warranty for delaying service.
I also complaint against your company in consumer forum and PG portal for delaying and providing service at my city.
So check and resolve this issue otherwise government will take action against your company.
