    I purchage pigeon induction coocktop OD[protected] By flipkart[protected] only one day use after this item not working more smelling comes from this coocktop i complain about this item they told me after lockdown we will provide you service 6 months passed away they never give me service again i complained the complain no is 1546992 after that one person name is vikas sharma mob no is [protected] told me go to nearest service center i told him i am govt service holder i am not able to come please send any guy they told me sorry i have to member to go u must will come only here we will not go home i told sorry i will not come i told him i will go to consumer form and complain against your company they told me most welcome to go hell stuped service i am seeing fierst time this types of bad low rank service

      I have purchased the induction cooktop a month ago and now it's not working.I have called customer support and they registered my complaint. And they alloted me a technician no but technician is telling that they don't have the parts of the induction so you will have to wait for 15-20 days . Very bad service by Pigeon. Plsss anyone don't but this product

          Hi,

          I've contacted the Stovecraft/Pigeon customer care on 30th September and raised complaint 1541012.
          Till now issue not resolved and they are saying in next 3 days issue will be resolved every time when I'm calling.
          Even contacted manager given by customer care, still issue not resolved.

                  I bought a Pigeon pop-up toaster (Serial no[protected] and it stopped working within the warranty period. I contacted the Pigeon customer care and filed a complaint (complaint no[protected] regarding the fault. They asked me to drop the appliance at their service center named 'Shri Krishna Services, Dehradun' for repair and I dropped it on 24/7/2020. I was told that it will be repaired within a week but it has been more than 2.5 months and I've not got it repaired. The service center says that a part is pending from the company side and asked me to contact a person, Dilshad (Ph no- [protected]) who deals with parts on Pigeon's behalf. After I had a word with Dilshad, he told me that I would get a replacement for my toaster. It had been over 1.5 months since he told me this. Then I've been asking him for over a month that when will I get the replacement and he redirected me to the Delhi authority person named Anil Sharma (Ph no- [protected]). Anil tells me that the product has been dispatched to me from Delhi but I never received it. I've been trying to contact Anil for a month but he never picks up the call now. The service center says that it's not their issue and Pigeon company is a fraud.

                  It's been almost 3 months since my toaster is lying in the service center and I do not have any update/clarity about the same.
                  I need my toaster in working condition ASAP.

                      Model name - zeus glass top 3 burner gas stove,, manual ignition, blue

                      We bought gas stove 8 months ago in the chennai saravana store.

                      This morning bottom of the stove fired due to pipe leakage. Toughened glass completely broken and we turned off the cylinder and cut off the fire

                      Due to the incident my mom and wife supposed to got fire. If anything happened will you take responsibility?

                      Last 2 months continuously sending mail to customer care. Simply getting response that "your compliant under process"

                      What kind of quality pipe? We have been using a butterfly stove for more than 12 years. I need justification and replacement.

                      Received reply for the same. Not an action. They you unnecessarily keeping customer care? and promoting your brand without mercy.. First time i experienced "STOVE EXPLODE" .

                      Need a necessary action immediate.

                        Dear sir
                        This is regarding to my complaint regarding stearling delux plus chimney in warranty lodged on 11th july, 2020, complaint no: 1476275. The chimney was internally damaged due to electric surge. I was told to contact mr. Pankaj who is based in chandigarh. It took him almost one month to get the approval from the top authorities to replace the product. So he managed to provide me the replacement tag which is attached here with as the dealer was not honouring the replacement tag. I returned the chimney to the authorised dealer on 12th aug. The dealer wanted some written authorization from the area manager in the form of email for replacing the product. Mr. Pankaj requested me to take this matter with mr. Rahul sharma who is recently appointed in ludhiana as area manager. Inspite of calling him 100 of times, he failed to give me any response. This is so frustrating and humiliating. Such unprofessional behaviour by your officials is one of the reason for the customers to avoid buying your products in future. Kindly try to help me to solve this matter as it's more than 2 months of suffering inspite of receiving the replacement tag of the product. I shall really appreciate the needful.

                        Kindly try to resolve this matter as it's almost 3 months now.

                          On 11th september, 2020, while boiling milk at around 9 p. M, all of a sudden scary sound heard like a glass hitting hard against a wall. We suddenly rushed to the kitchen room and shocked about the scenario, shape out of valuable items, glass pieces were scattered throughout the room. Luckily, there was no one at that moment, but met with bleeding due to scattered glass pieces all around the room. Still cleaning is going on and we do not had any rest whole night and concerned about the food preparations.
                          Because of this pandemic we cannot able to afford any extra expenses from our pocket.
                          I would like to prefer for refund amount and invoice are attached in photos.

                          Please resolve the issue by refund only to continue trust in your company products.

                            Hi team,
                            I called so many times to customer support number but it is going busy every time.
                            You can check below as customer care agent gave me a contact number to support but that body is not supporting any more and wrote on whatsapp to contact with customer care back.
                            Team - i purchased pigeon product having faith that you are a market leader and i will face no problem with the product in case of warranty of the product.
                            But no body is responding/helping for the same.

                                      I purchased the 3 burner stove on December 2019 with a 2 year warranty from D Mart. And i raised a complaint on 17th august 2020 with piegon customer care, that there is some problem in the gas passage through the burners, the flame is wrongly distributed along the sides of the burner. This stove is having worst quality that i have seen. Some times it looks to be dangerous as it leads to fire. The spindle gets heated to the extent that the knob of the stove is came out. Gas leakage is also there because of this.

                                      (Complaint# 1499866, 1504330) has been closed twice by technician without attending it.

                                      and they have mentioned in comment that Mobile number is not reachable.please take action against technician and ask them to resolve complaint asap.

                                        I bought piegon product from flipkart, on using nearly a 10 days, there colors fade out, there are 3 products in which 2 products color fades, and 1 product coating fades, Very poor quality products peigon manufactured.

                                        So i complaint this to your customer care but they are delaying from 10 days, and they gave me contact no. Of service manager.

                                        Anil Sharma, your service manager is saying that i have to send product at there address for which i have to pay courier charges, and it takes about 1 month for replacement process.

                                        This is so worst service, i am requesting you to provide service immediately at my city because at the time of purchase it is clearly mention that you provide all India service.

                                        And it should resolve within a week if you take more than a week then you have to provide extended warranty for delaying service.

                                        I also complaint against your company in consumer forum and PG portal for delaying and providing service at my city.

                                        So check and resolve this issue otherwise government will take action against your company.
