I have invested rs 30000/- as a fixed deposit in plethico pharnmaceuticals through linkintime india ltd bhandup mumbai. On due date of fixed deposit i sent it for payment my original fixed deposit, but till date there is no reply from any side, i. E. Either from linkintime agent of plethico pharmaceuticals nor from the company. Pl let us know when we will get our money back as i have invested amount on dt[protected] and due date of fdr is[protected]. Pl do the needful in the matter

This is regarding to my investment in plethico pharmaceuticals thro fixed deposit scheme in 2012 with a tenure of 24 months. The fd receipt no 22750 dt :[protected] thro integrated brokerage services for a amount of 25, 000. Same has got maturated on[protected]. I had surrendered my document to my brokerage company for processing the refund. Since then i keep on following for refund but no response from them.

1st complaint was filed here only on dec 9th, 2018, with no response and resolution received till date

Me (Inder kumar vasudeva - age 77 years) and my wife (Mrs. Satish vasudeva - age 69 years) are senior citizens and have invested our hard earned money in plethico pharmaceuticals limited, however we have not received the money back till today. Please see details below and help in getting this long delayed matter resolved at the earliest.

I submitted all document, with original fd receipt on dt.24/07/2014 to j m financial, surat.
Note: steel today i not received any payment of fd & no any communication from your co. Please check the data & give information about my payment, when i received this payment.

I have invested rs. 25000/- in fdr of plethico pharmaceutical. The maturity date was 11/07/2014. Fdr no is 27281. Till date i have not received the money. Customer care of plethico is not answering the query. When will i get my money back? What is the next step of action? Where shall we complain? How to get this money back?
I need the money urgently. Please help.

I have invested big amount in m/s plethico pharmaceuticals limited, indore in fixed deposits for rs.300000.[protected].00 + 100000.00 + 100000.00) the details of which are given below.

But i have not received the payment for maturity amount of rs.300000.00 along with the interest. I am a senior citizen, but in spite of order passed by the national company law tribunal, ahmadabad bench, hold by shri. Bikki raveendra babu (Member) judicial by order no. Cpno 4/74 (2) nclt/ahm-2016, along with pursuance of roc gwalior, m. P.

With reference to above we are regular investor since 1980. We have invested in above company jointly in the name of my mother mrs. Indira m gandhi (Senior citizen) in the year of 17/02/2012. As she was after 36 month continuously claiming the amount of rs. 144668/-. As we have invested for 36 month @12.5%

We continuously follow to the company & to the registrar. No one is giveing response and returned our matured fdr amount after so much of telephonic talk to the company and registrar link intime india pvt ltd.

Because of our hard money invested to such a irresponsible company and now we are suffering financial crunch from the year of 2015.

My mother was dead because of such a finances problem. As a legal heir i request to the president of india and to the government bodies please help me out to refund our hard money amount.

As we are in joint family we face so many monetary crunches because of such type of companies.

Dear sir, i am holding two different fixed deposit receipt in my name hasmukh k kachalia and my wife's name geeta h kachalia for rs.40000/- each. First one issued on27/06/2012 and maturity on 26/06/2015 and second one issued on 19/05/2012 and maturity on 18/05/2015, vide receipt no.21017 and 19162. We have received interest upto jan, feb, march, 2014 on 09/05/2014. After that we have not received any interest from the company and no correshpondence from the company why there is a so much delay in interest payment. I have tried so many times mumbai as well as indore telephone number but no response. From the news paper as well as letter from the company that they are passing thru financial problem and heavy redemption put company in trouble. Now we want to know what is status of our pending interest as well as our principalamount. Whether we get on maturity time or before that and how far we are secured with the company to get our principal amt. On due date. Please revert on above subject as early as possible. My fd is pending for payment since june 2014. I have made several complaints and some stupid call comes to me asking for many details. It is like money laundering cheating scheme.

I have now decided to sue this company directly in supreme court and wants to see the company's fate.

It is extremely painful to wait for the money. It is my money, and this company chaeted me.

My fd was matured in 2014 and it is already five years. I have now prepared the legal actions and would like to know whether you will pay me immediately or not.

My fd is 6501, and the matured value for 2019 will be more than 2 lakhs. Your people talk like fraud gang, and your fraud will lead to a serious consequence. I urge you to may my money through bank transfer or bank cheque immediately.

I have invested rs. 25, 000 on cumulative basis in plethico pharmaceutical under receipt no 6937. The said amount was deposited on 20/06/2011 & maturity date was 19/06/2014. However till today i. E. 03/03/2019 i have neither received the principal amount nor interest from the company. Even after several reminders, no action has been taken by the company for the repayment of fds with interest. I had invested rs. 25000.00 on 02/07/2012 for fd receipt no 22740 date 24/08/2012 for 24 month which was due to
Maturity on 01/07/2014. I had sent my original fd to company through bajaj capital ltd. Chandigarh on 21/05/2014. But till date no payment is released. I have also sent several reminders thru bajaj capital ltd and personally contacted company, but no response.

We have invested the amount of 90, 000 inr as a fixed deposit into plethico pharmaceuticals. We have followed it up several times with corporate office about refund of principal amount and interest but there has been no response.

Plethico pharmaceuticals has not returned the money that we have invested in their fixed deposits scheme in the year 2011, not even the principal amount.
The fd numbers are fdr no. 11196, fdr no.8345, fdr no. 9276, fdr no. 8347 (Senior citizen) all of which mature in the year 2013. However, despite several calls and complaints to the company regarding this matter, there has been no response or no form of reimbursement received by us as against these fds.
If this remains the case, there would be no other option left with us other than proceeding with a legal action against the company. This behavior of the company is careless and irresponsible to say the least and this has left us fuming since we have not received any amount for the past 6 years.
We want the company to refund our amount outstanding with them at the earliest failing which we will have to proceed towards litigation.
