15L Gulab Filtered Groundnut oil was ordered online on Pohunch.com on 26th Nov 2023. Amount is paid and debited to my SCB credit card account, but the said transaction is termed as failed by Pohunch site, and it said money if debited, will be refunded back in 3 to 4 weeks time, which is too long a time to refund.
On checking the reviews on Google, it is reported by many people that it is a fraud site and they also have lost their money through online transaction on this site.

Searched for Toor / Arhar dal and found that the price of the product in these websites is less as compared to other sites and local retails shops. Therefore, I placed the order for Toor/ Arhar dal 2kg on pohunch.com amounting to Rs.192 on 03.12.2023 at 12.19PM. Payment got deducted Twice from my account but order is not confirmed.
I Tried contacting their customer care but no proper response received from Pohunch. I tried to send the mail on their Email ID but the mail got bounced back.
Thereafter I thoroughly searched and found that the similar incident happens with lots of people in the past and no proper resolution has been given to them.
It's been 9 hours and the refund has not been initiated yet. Please initiate the refund as soon as possible and do the needful otherwise I had to raise the complaint to higher authority.

Why is the website still available to take orders if it’s closed or non functional. Please give money back to the customers. Refund as soon as possible. Date- 28/11/2023, 09;39 am in morning, i was searching for
psyllium husk (isabgol) on google and landed a website named "pohunch.Com" (which is scam website making maybe crores of rs. On weekly basis by financial frauds) which gives lucrative offer. I visited on website and ordered isabgol 200 gm cost rs. 195 (the same amount of isabgol costs around 350+ rs. On other websites). As i make a payment there was no confirmation from the website in any form message or e-mail.
Immediatly i tried contacting the customer support but there was no respons. No messages on watsaap business account of the website. Its financial fraud of rs. 195 against me
