I ordered Raj detergent bars as on 22-07-22 for which I paid the amount of Rs 1030/= but till date I didn't receive the order. Meanwhile I tried a lot on whatsapp and the customer care number provided by the pohunch but no response received till date. This company/store is a fraud company. The concerned authorities should take hard steps for such fraud companies. Such type of companies are looting the people and also defame those online companies...

Also I have Paid full Payment of Rs. 1587 through online transaction.
I have placed the order on 26 July, 2022 at 13:23 still haven't received any delivery of the product nor any response on email and whatsapp messages.

Delivery type is regular.
I will be Happy if my product is delivered...

I ordered ghee from the website on 19 June. They haven't contacted me till date about delivery or giv n me refun of 856 rupees...

Pohunch.com is a totally fake website. It offers steep discount on products. They have disabled the cash on delivery intentionally. As you order something and pay, a fake invoice and a fake order number is received which cannot be tracked. Fake customer care number and email is given which is never answered. Dont order anything from this website as it's totally fake and you will loose your money....

Ordered and thereby no information on order processing and tracking. No response from customer service. Money gone, looks like a fraud....

Payment was made and received an order confirmation by email. Order not yet processed, no information on dispatch. No customer care, doubt it's a fraud....

I have placed n order on 24.06.2022... but yet i.e. 07.07.2022, i have not received it nor i am unable to contact them as they are not responding on whatsapp as well as call......

I had ordered surf excel 6 kg for 1074 on June 26th but I have not received the product yet. I have tried whatsup helpline, phone calls too but no response and no reply for my emails too. Kindly address the issue and resolve it please....

I placed an order on 1-Jul'22 but till date there is the order is not delivered. I have been trying to call the customer support but none is recieving the call. This is the most worst service I have ever come across.
