Yesterday I have ordered grocery products from the website named Pohunch.com i was made a payment but after making payment i was see reviews that this website was fraud and money is deducted from my card so it's humble request to you that you can do your best and if possible please made a the refund of this transaction

Description- The amount got deducted at their website, but still they are showing incomplete payment. I tried contacting them through email and mobile, but both seem to be fake as the mail also got rejected and phone number is not reachable.

Please find attached the payment receipt.
Kindly refund my money or deliver the product.

I placed an Order #78106 (April 28, 2023) for online purchase of Savlon Soap 125 grams 4 nos and Tide Jasmine washing powder 6 kg and paid Rs 636/- from my google pay account through HDFC Bank Account vide UPI/[protected]/POHUNCHON LINESTORE. After the payment, no message came from the supplier about success of order details. My account was debited the amount was success of transaction shown in the Bank Statement with UPI transaction ID[protected] under Shaheen Aslam Shaikh.
I like to know about the exact position of the order and if any problem is found, I would like the amount to be refunded.

I placed an order on 27.04.2023 for online supply of 200 grams of FERRERO ROCHER Chocolate on successful payment of Rs 457/- as its cost; as confirmed from the available statement of my IDBI Bank account showing the debit of the amount with Transaction Id as UPI/[protected]/POUNCHON LINESTORE. But no updated report on the present position of the order could be found as the no order was found on the website or no message was received from the company on successful payment thereof.
In my anxiety to be confirmed that my order has been successfully placed, I made several emails to the company recognised email Ids like “[protected]@pohunch.com, [protected]@pohunch.com“ apart from making complaints to the facebook account & WhatsApp no. [protected] of the company. But in all cases no report could be sent because of failure of delivery of emails and apparent non-existence of the WhatsApp no. and getting no reply from the facebook account after complaint was lodged through facebook.
All the accounts found from the website of Pohunch.com appear to be fake or deactivated/blocked. As such, I the possibility of being cheated by the company is not ruled out.
I like to get the supply or money refunded to my account.

I placed an Order #77921 (April 27, 2023) for online purchase of 200 grams of FERRERO ROCHER Chocalate and paid Rs 457/- from my IDBI Bank Account vide UPI/[protected]/POHUNCHON LINESTORE.
But after the payment, no message came from the supplier about sucess of payment and order details. But my accout was debited the amount as stated above with sucess of transaction shown in the Bank Statement with the above UPI transaction details.
I like to know about the exact position of the order and if any problem is found, i would like the amount to be refunded.

Money deducted from account but no order received.

I placed order for Hitkary honey 1 kg and payment made. Now neither the phone number [protected] nor email of the company is working.
only one number [protected] is working and it is useless it says they will call back.
kindly look into this and take appropriate at appropriate level.

We ordered 3 Packets of Parle G Chakki Fresh Aata (10 Kg Each) of amount Rs 903 through Pohunch.com and we paid the same amount through Phone Pe on 17th April, 2023. There was no response from Pohunch.com since we ordered. Customer care mobile number is switched off and the landline number is coming busy. We request you to please refund our amount as soon as possible. Thanks.

I have ordered 1kg sagar ghee from this website and paid online but they have not delivered my product at my address from 1 month they are not responding & not giving me a refund.

I have placed my grocery order number My order is KT[protected]] 21/02 2023). Order was placed for INR 200 + 1300 + 100 each Total of INR 1500 was paid for the product & additional INR 30 for availing faster delivery. However after placing the order there has been absolutely no response.

I ordered grocery items for my home amounting to Rs. 977. But there is no order info on there app . Also no response on phone call watsapp and on mail.

I hav understood there is a fraud . Kindly request you to check pls.

I have ordered an item on https://pohunch.com on Jan 14 with Order #KT[protected]January 14, 2023) for Rs ₹280.00. But the product in still not delivered. So i try to contact them via phone, email ad whatapp. But the there was no response and theose email and numbers are fake.

I made an order at https://pohunch.com/ on 17th November but they are not responding to any calls or messages. The no they have given is fake, the email doesn't exist & it's a fraud site.
