I buy groceries in pohunch.com amount also paid through my credit card amount ot Rs.2, 587/-, after that I check with my order ihad concluded that the site is fraud.

            I have placed order at Pohunch.com of Cinthol soap @ 173 paid through net banking as soon as I remit the payment I got message from about said company confirmation of order received and we will process the futher but till now I am not getting order status even though website not getting registered for tracking order process so, please check may be this website fake and no guarantee to get the products most of the contact details or also fake because mail not get reach them

                          I wish to complain about an online company called Pohunch. com, and seek your timely intervention.

                          1. I placed an order - Order Number 79433 - on May 13. It is now May 16.

                          2. The order was for several items, which I needed in a hurry, like bread.
                          I placed it as the pohunch website promised delivery in a maximum of 36 hours.

                          3. I have not received my delivery as yet.

                          4. All my emails and calls either bounce or "do not exist", respectively. It appears the company has given fraudulent contact details on their website.

                          Kindly assist in getting them to deliver by Friday, failing which they should refund me in full.

                              I ordered 3 product 4 quantities from pohunch.com on 29 April 2023 of RS.643 and paid via phone pay but still not received the order not any refund has been provided as delivery was promised within 2 days.
                              They are also not replying to mails and calls.

                                        Order #78375] (May 1, 2023) has been placed on them and paid through online payment and later after seeing the reviews online I understand its a fake company kindly help me in getting back my money by taking legal action against them
