I have booked an order of 15lit gound nut oil and payment made for the same from UPI but order not booked by them. Now they are neither replying on calls nor reverting on mail....

Payment deducted but the order failed

I have made the payment of 240 for buying limonate 10 pcs after all the entries i have the card details and make the payment, the amount deducted, after that the site shows the order failed. No order Id provided.

Ihave cancelled order after 2 hours after reading bad reviews from customers.my orderno100925.
Customercare nos are fake....

Advanced payment done order pending

I’m INDER DEV SHARMA Retired Senior Manager UBI SENIOR CITIZEN 72 paid an advance of Rs 1217 for the order of 5 liters canola oil with one liter olive oil on 4th of November and order registered on 6th of November but till date neither received delivery nor refund of payment they have all fake telephone numbers never received call nor reply.This is my 9th reminder requesting to the complaint agency to take action against this cheater company...

Order Never gets confirmed but money deducted.

I ordered Lever Aayush Bhringraj shampoo today 24th November 2023. The money got deducted but the order never went through. When I tried contacting the customer care, there is no response. Hence I would like to place the complaint.

Hi, I had placed my first order with Pohunch.com website and made the payment via UPI. The amount has been debited but the order does not show up on my account. I have not received any order confirmation message or a tracking link. Tried reaching out to their customer support over call, WhatsApp and email, but to no avail as none is reachable.
