Date- 28/11/2023, 09;39 am in morning, i was searching for
psyllium husk (isabgol) on google and landed a website named "pohunch.Com" (which is scam website making maybe crores of rs. On weekly basis by financial frauds) which gives lucrative offer. I visited on website and ordered isabgol 200 gm cost rs. 195 (the same amount of isabgol costs around 350+ rs. On other websites). As i make a payment there was no confirmation from the website in any form message or e-mail.
Immediatly i tried contacting the customer support but there was no respons. No messages on watsaap business account of the website. Its financial fraud of rs. 195 against me

    I ordered an item from pohunch.com.The item is still not delivered and had paid money online for it.The money got deducted but no reply from the company.I also tried calling them but no one is receiving the call.

              I’m INDER DEV SHARMA Retired Senior Manager UBI SENIOR CITIZEN 72 paid an advance of Rs 1217 for the order of 5 liters canola oil with one liter olive oil on 4th of November and order registered on 6th of November but till date neither received delivery nor refund of payment they have all fake telephone numbers never received call nor reply.This is my 9th reminder requesting to the complaint agency to take action against this cheater company please help us to resolve this problem 🙏 THANKS

                      I had placed online order on www.pohunch.com for Rs 168 on 12.11.2023 and the amount has got debited from my bank account but the status of Order No 98986 is showing as order pending for payment. I had also shared payment UTR details and screenshot of successful payment details to [protected]@pohunch.com and customersupport @onlinegrocery.com their customer care helpline email id but did not get any response from them. I also tried to contact by telephone and WhatsApp [protected] but did not get any reply. The telephone [protected] is not getting connected at all and only recorded message we are getting every time.Please help to get my above order delivered or refund of my money to my original payment mode at the earliest.

                        Hi, I had placed my first order with Pohunch.com website and made the payment via UPI. The amount has been debited but the order does not show up on my account. I have not received any order confirmation message or a tracking link. Tried reaching out to their customer support over call, WhatsApp and email, but to no avail as none is reachable. It’s frustrating. Please take actions against the website.
