I have placed 1 order on this site and paid for the same
But I have not confirmed the same

Bordered 6 no.s of taaza milk of 1kg at Rs 60/ each. Paid Rs 360/ . But no confirmation received.

I had placed a grocery order on pohunch online store on 10 September 2023. It asked for all registration and delivery addresses and I have filled everything. After completion of my car time checked out I need took me to a payment page. There are selected upi mode of payment and paid them Rs. 763 . At 1:36 p.m. having completed this I got an order ID on my upi app which was 911109. After this the site did not refresh and neither reflect my payment
. Site appears to be forgulant as no orders pending with her without payment are being shown. I would like to have the amount refunded from the company as the transaction has bin completed from my end. I would also like to flag this company as fraudulent as they have numerous different customer care numbers and emails none of them are functional.

Paid Rs 370 for cheese cubes. Not received. No response on phone. Fraud company.

I have purchase 1l Sunsilk black shampoo for rupees 358 against order number90649 of the site through Google payment I have the screenshot for the same but the company has not prepare / dispatch the same moreover they are not responding on mail ID customer care number they also diverted me to fresh payment again.
It is requested kindly take action against this fake site and and return my payment of rs 358.

I ordered 2 bottles of carbamate forte pcos capsules from their online website yesterday worth rupees 928/- plus 30/- delivery charges for fast delivery. I used the UPI mode payment and even after the transaction of successful, no confirmation message or mail was sent. I tried calling them on the helpline number provided on the site, it always says busy. The number is [protected]. I also tried reaching their support team through mail but later I got the message saying that Mail Id doesn't exist.

I have paid amt for grocery and my tranction was declined due to technical issues.
I have not recieved payments . I have given no of mails . The details are here under. please solve the issue.

I ordered online grocery items from this site on 13 August 23. As soon as you made payment(UPI) amount(154) get deducted from your account and site display message for failed order. All the numbers they provided are fake. pohunch.com fraud online grocery website was last modified

I placed an order for 10kg surti kolam rice with order Id[protected].

The same is not showing in orders. Payment successful for Rs. 535 through Paytm UPI.

No response from website even after sending multiple mails.

Request refund for the same.

19 july 2023, ordered 632 rs, but after one month later mot deliver the products and not refund full money . Total scam with all customer, plz make my refund as soon as earlier

The whole website is a fraud. They are looting people, they should be behind bars. They take money and say the order has failed. The phone numbers do not connect, the emails bounce back and I am sure I will never get my money back. I have already lodged a complaint with my bank. I paid Rs. 248 through UPI and it was immediately deducted and I get a message on the website that because of a technical glitch, the order failed and money will...

Whole website is a scam, fraud. Costomer support numbers and email id is fake. WhatsApp number given on the website is of a landline. Emails bounce backs. Calls don't connect . A big online financial fraud gang, looting money of people of India..Thugs running the website. Social media is full of complaints.

I've made payment of Rs 1250/- through Paytm wallet, amount deducted from my account (screenshot attached). No order confirmation received from pohunch.com. Contact numbers on the website are also not reachable. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

Attempted to place 2 orders on 11 aug 2023 at this website 1st is of 540 rupees 2nd is of 360 rupees and amount is deducted from my account but order can't get placed successfully both time getting same error on redirected page order failed sorry for the inconvenience tried to contact many times with his customer care but no once taking call everytime

I placed an order for Sofit Soyamilk order worth INR- 1090/- on Aug 5th at 11.00 PM. The transaction was done through a credit card. My money got deducted and my order was not confirmed. Tried to reach the customer care team, but no response. Kindly process the refund to the source and do the needful.

I've placed prepaid order for Rs 159 for some biscuits and namkeens. Payment done for 159/ to paunch.com by PAYTM wallet, ref [protected] but merchant denied sending items against the same, mentioning technical error, on website. Not even picking up the phone. Request you to contact merchant and get our payment back. Order ID[protected]
Also tried contacting Paytm and ccavenue team to stop the payment, but so far they also suggested to wait for some more time.
