I placed order today and payment also completed but I didn't receive the confirmation. I tried to contact support team that is also not responsible....

I had ordered twice 2nivea face wash (total 4) amount deducted but didn't receive order number for first time purchase so ordered for the second time again amount deducted but displaying as payment pending. This is ridiculous. No one responding to complaints either through e-mail or through phone call....

I placed order on 2nd Oct 2023, and received order number 93245 and amount 275.

I find it frustrating to never find the call support team available.

I have placed an order for quantity 02 Glohills ultra under eye cream through Pohunch application online. Payment for the same has been done. I am unable to track my order. I have sent an email twice but the above said company is not responding. I use to call on companies landline number but nobody is picking my call.
