Order No. 96238 dt. 3/11/23 ( from Ph. No. [protected]) and a payment of Rs. 229/- has been made through QR code from my Paytm account.

We are not able to get any details of the order and not able to further track your order. Customer care phone number is not functional properly.

No confirmation of order.

      Address: Delhi Malviya Nagar/ as per website

      Items ordered and UPI payment of Rs 2590 made today afternoon.
      No SMS, mail, etc having received payment for delivery details.

      I called telephonically, WhatsApp Msgs, calls ..all in vain. No response.

      When I checked at Google, found that it may be fraud company

      Since it is Delhi based as per their website, the Delhi police can take care of them for their fraudulent activities and help in returning consumer's money.

      Hope some action will be taken

            I had ordered twice 2nivea face wash (total 4) amount deducted but didn't receive order number for first time purchase so ordered for the second time again amount deducted but displaying as payment pending. This is ridiculous. No one responding to complaints either through e-mail or through phone call.

                    I got billed for my order but couldn't see any email, text communication for that.

                    I placed order on 2nd Oct 2023, and received order number 93245 and amount 275.
                    UPI my amazon pay

                    I find it frustrating to never find the call support team available.

                    Kindly help me get refund.

                    I also tried logging in with the same number but to no luck on the system.

                    After seeing other I knew that I got scammed. Please help government raid this fraud organization.

                        I have placed an order for quantity 02 Glohills ultra under eye cream through Pohunch application online. Payment for the same has been done. I am unable to track my order. I have sent an email twice but the above said company is not responding. I use to call on companies landline number but nobody is picking my call.
