[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — gionee m7 power

I went to buy a new phone 3 days back. Gionee m7 power is the new phone in market and it seems the sale persons are not properly aware of the product. They sold me the product by saying "full aluminium body" and "full hd" which is actually not. Now after buying the phone, same day within 2 hours i did my research and got to know that this is neither full hd nor aluminium body. I have not used that phone yet. I went to the store, the very next day morning. The sales person told me "manager is not there. Come in the evening". I went in the evening. Manager was not there. They refused to return/exchange the product. I called customer care number as well. They said only the responsible store can do something. Until now i have not used the phone and i am not able to get any help from the store.

If i would have bought the phone from online (Flipkart, amazon or paytm), this tragedy would not have happened to me. I would have got my money back after returing the product. I dont understand what is the benefit of getting the mobile from store. This is pure cheating and some action has to be taken.

Can you please help in understand how Gionee can help?? I believe, this happened because of Poorvika salesperson’s lack of knowledge about product as he sold the product by highlighting some feature that is not there in the product and customer exclusively asked for that feature.

So technically customer should be facilitated a return of money here. But if that is beyond your ability atleast provide a exchange facility where customer will get the product as per his requirements.

Your necessary actions and quick resolution would be highly appreciated.

Gionee m7 power is a very good phone.
But there is no option for RECENT KEY in suspend button option. If dis options is there then dis phone is 5star
If possible then please update this fecilety
