I had placed an order of business organizer with the company on 26 December 2014- Order No.[protected], due to incorrect details delivery failed on 3rd January 2015, which as corrected on the same day. After that I got to know from their courier company that my order will take more time. On 7 January 2015 their Floor Supervisor committed me delivery within 48 hours and gave this to me on mail but again no action was taken, then on 9 January 2015, another supervisor Prashant told me it will get delivered by 14 Jan 2015. Today I had a word with another supervisor Kunal who told me he will confirm me the status but I really don't know when. Niether these people are delivering the product nor are they refunding my money. They have charged Rs. 75 for shipping, I think they are getiing products delivered to space that is why taking so much time.They don't even revert to mail now. Please do something for this.
