    i have ordered Embroidered Hoodie Sweatshirt from printvenue.com on 28 dec. they promised that order would deliver by 5 jan. but till now it is under process. They are not replying my mails. Their customer executives also not giving any satisfactory response. I think i lost my money. They are cheaters. please do something on it.

          I had placed an order of business organizer with the company on 26 December 2014- Order No.[protected], due to incorrect details delivery failed on 3rd January 2015, which as corrected on the same day. After that I got to know from their courier company that my order will take more time. On 7 January 2015 their Floor Supervisor committed me delivery within 48 hours and gave this to me on mail but again no action was taken, then on 9 January 2015, another supervisor Prashant told me it will get delivered by 14 Jan 2015. Today I had a word with another supervisor Kunal who told me he will confirm me the status but I really don't know when. Niether these people are delivering the product nor are they refunding my money. They have charged Rs. 75 for shipping, I think they are getiing products delivered to space that is why taking so much time.They don't even revert to mail now. Please do something for this.

          After this, a person from Printvenue calls me on 14 January and says that the product I ordered was lost during transit... WOW.. He said e will refund the money and repringt the product for you and send as a complimentary gift.. Now after nearly 15 days I have called them and they say they don't have any update for reprinting and reshipping the product... Great, this is what we can expect from you...A company like yours only can do this...

          Big fraud and cheaters

          They deleivered defected cover and now not responding to take it back or refund money .They are big fraud and cheaters .Writing my first review I usually dont take pain but they deserve it what else they dont take up phone no replies .

            I had ordered for a fancy pillow from Printvenue.com on 14th December, 2014. They showed my delivery date as 22nd December, 2014. It did not reach on 22nd and my order status showed under processing after 25th December, 2014. My delivery date was not shown only 6 days shipping time was mentioned. Without any intimation or delivery of the product my delivery status shows delivered. I have sent constant mails and called and filed a complaint. But no action has been taken by them. In fact they also put my call on hold infinitely. Their office is in Gurgaon and i stay in Lucknow and it is not possible for me to go and collect it from there. Please help.

              I am Rakesh. My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I had booked a mobile skin through printvenue Order Number[protected]. The amount Rs.274 for the same has been deducted but there is no confirmation e-mail or tracking status ID for the above booking. +[protected] is the customer care number of printvenue. They dont attend the calls immediately. I kept calling for more than 10 times only after that the call was answered. I asked for the tracking ID or confirmation e-mail but they dis-connect the call. Please help in either receiving my product or amount to be refunded.

                    I have booked a customised wall clock on Dec-31-2014 and paid the amount through credit card. As per the confirmation mail I received, expected date of delivery is 8th-Jan-2015. Still I haven't receive any update on my Order No.[protected]. I tried to reach customer support lot of times, it will never get connect with any options they provided in IVR and they automatically disconnect the call after waiting for few minutes. Even I have tried to reach the contact them through mail, but no response for any mails. Submitted feedback and bulk enquiry request still no response at all.                         HI, I am Arun. I booked a visiting card in print venue website on Jan 7th 2015 and while booking it shows that it will come after 7 working days(Probably jan 13th ). But while checking my login it is not even showing in my order history. While checking with their customer care agent. One female executive picked the phone and she is really talking carelessly and I dont know whether the problem with the girl or complete Printvenue company. Even after 6 days of booking the order they didnt dispatch the product. I think they simply forgot to do. Such a blind response from the reputed website. Its irritating me a lot. If they cant fix a proper date for delivery why they are mentioning that in their website. That irresponsible customer care agent kept me on hold for more than 15 minutes and cancelled the call. Seriously this is not the proper response from the reputed company and my trust on Print venue goes to big zero. I never recommend this site to any of my friend and even enemy Please kindly help me in this issue. I planned a lot for the same order. But they disappointed me. I was told to send a mail with the picture of broken cup.I took the picture and mailed back again immediately but so far there has been no communication from the company.                                   Print Venue is a FRAUD Company running its e-commerce business and just cheating customers. To all those who have written their complaints below or are facing issues, frauds due to this fraudster, let us unite together and file a strong case against it and sue this company asap, so that all other Indians could be saved. Also, please put a complaint against this organization in Media too so that people become aware. Common Indians lets unite together and fight for the unethical and illegal things going here.

                                  Yes it require direct police complain from all loosers in india.This company dont
                                  have any company registration only his address can be collected from
                                  his banker and payment gateway service provider in a legal way to make
                                  him arrest. Local news paper ad will serve better prior to create a
                                  image for the CEO of Printvenue.com - Mr. Surabh Kochhar. Presently he has collected for than 1500000 cash in this fraud process of business.
                                  All of you are kindly requested to get together on this and take a strict legal action against this company as soon as possible. They are just fooling around people.
                                  Need my refund for the same asap else I will lodge a case and FIR as a scam and fraud company.
                                  You are neither answering calls nor emails, its been more than a week since the promised delivery date.
                                  Tell me the date and time by when I will get my refund back into my account.

                                  I have ordered some products on jan 3 rd and not yet received. Never ever buy from them . Customer care is irresponsive for any emails. I am genuine customer. This is my real experience. Will not buy anything in future from them.
