I ordered one Personlised Photo Mug from Print venue and since it was wrongly print which they also accepted and said they will work on the solution within 24-48 hours because that is there time frame. Its 16 days now. I call and mail them every alternate days and infact even told them that I will go to consumer compliant but they think you do not have any powers that is why they ignored that part also and keep telling me again and again the same thing that it will be resolved i next 24-48 hours. It is clean torture and harassment to a consumer. I am writting to you with great hope and expectation that one consumer is more imp than a huge company and even that can make a difference. I want to proof people our Indian consumer complaint is not a failure.

      Hi, I ordered a polo t-shirt from Printvenue and they delivered a horrible product (extremely poor quality job - worst you can expect). I raised a compliant on their customer support and they promised a resolution "soon". It's been more than a month now and all I've been getting is more promises. The customer support is the also worst ever. Everytime I call (I've called more than 10 times now), all they have to say is "Sorry" and nothing beyond that. After waiting for a month for resolution, I've finally raised a refund request. I hope they will refund my money soon. My order number was[protected] and my compliant number was 186368. I've made a promise to myself - never ever go to printvenue again. Bhuvnesh [protected]

            Dear Team, This is in regards to my order #[protected] dated 17th Mar’15 for Poster Calendar + Matte Paper with Lamination. However, I have received only Matte Paper with Lamination – Poster Calendar is missing. I have sent them the pictures of the product which I got as suggested over the phone by their customer support team. After 3-4 days they sent me an email stating that they have investigated and found that the same product has been delivered to me, which I had ordered with them. Moreover, they taught me what is Calendar. Then after few emails exchange, today (9th April’15) I have received another email stating that “ the poster calendar template you have selected and customize according to you that does not have the dates on it. However, your selected picture has printed in the whole matte paper and the same has been delivered to you.” I am just wondering then where is the Calendar? And if that has been a Calendar, Then the dates (month, year, day) are missing. I haven’t seen a Calendar without dates in my life. I Feel like I am being cheated by the company and would request you to please look into it and do the necessary action in this regards so that no one else be cheated like me.               I made an order for personalized mug on December 2014 which was delivered to me but in a damaged condition. The handle was in broken into pieces. I raised a complain which was acknowledged by printvenue and they promised to send me replaced product but they do not care to do the same. I contacted their customer care on phone which is not toll free and in these 3 months I have spent double the price of that mug on my telephone bill to call them and their peoples are fraud enough to just give false promise that they will send the replaced product in 7 days(they have said it innumerable tyms) but after 7 days when I call they take fresh complain and the cycle repeats. I find this company a hardcore fraud company that do not care about their consumers and do not return or return after sending defective item. I will seek legal aid to get compensation for all my telephone cost incurred on calling them plus the price of damaged product alongwith the mental agony they created on calling their customer care innumerable tyms(last cll made 10 days before). Don’t buy any product from this site and don’t trust their product. They are a biggest cheat and fraud company.

                I have received call from Customer Care and they asked my to sent again photographs in respect of above order. I had sent my photographs on 24th March, 2015 for doing the needful at their end. But till date no further response has been entertained my the Company in respect of my undermentioned complaint. Order No.[protected] dated 3rd march-2015 in respect of print on mobile case which is received by me today i.e. 09-march-2015.The above order is totally unsatisfied, as my whole objective gets defeated after seeing it. 1. Photographs Printed on the mobile case are faded from many areas and the quality is not up to the mark, you are playing with the emotions of the customer because the photographs are belong to my family and it hurts my feelings. Therefore replace it with the new mobile case with the proper photograph of my family as i had submitted to you decent one without shadiness/without any delay. 2. And one more thing i got to your notice that the back side of the mobile case was not properly pasted it was so untidy in looking. kindly resolve it on priority... Regards

                  I ordered a product on 2nd feb, i called them so many of times for the delayed delivery of the product, they were keep on saying it will deliver in 3days. I didn't receive the product so finally cancelled the product on march 10th.they said money will be refunded in 3 business days. its been 20days, still i didnt receive my refund yet.                     I received my photo frames in a damaged condition and dull printing. When I contacted the customer service, they assured me that they will get back to me in 3 days, and its over a month now, & i have not heard back. Very poor quality printing and customer service. Pathetic

                      Dear Team, I had placed a refund request for my order no.[protected] dated Mar 2, 2015. I was promised that the refund would reach me in about 10 days. Its been more than three weeks now and I have still not received the refund in spite of following up with your customer support execs. I really feel cheated for this attitude. Every time I ask them to send a mail they give me different excuses, some would say they are not allowed to do this while others say they would send an email soon. You really want customers to come to you even after such experience? This is my first experience with you and I am utterly disappointed. Can I please know by when would I be refunded?                         I had bought a usb pen drive of brand hp 8gb in on 13 may 2013 but it has encountered some problem and is being not detected by any computer and getting up heat. and it is still in the warranty but i had lost the invoice/bill of my online shopping. when i request for it from the customer care officer of printvenue they told that they would send email me its copy but nothing happened. i takled of it on 24 march and they told mail will be recieved in 24 hours but no mail was recieved by me, i talked of it today also but their answer is same. i am not able to recieve my copy of invoice. i want the invoice as soon as possible so that my product may be replaced.                         not received any status for my order

                        Worst site ever i have experienced. I have not got any revert from them since i ordered on 19th Dec, 2014... I have tried calling their customer service but they do not pick up also no revert on their customer support email.

                                on 2nd March, I had placed an order for photo frame with photo to wish my parents Happy Wedding Anniversary which was on 4th March. Order No.[protected]. Today is 20th March and it is still not received. On 3rd March I received an email stating that I need to mention the text which should be engraved. I replied to it on 4th March, again I recived an email stating the text is too long, I replied on the same day. After 9th of March I followed up at least 5-6 times. Everytime I get a response that it will be dispatched in 3-4 days, once I was told that there was some quality issue due to which it was not dispatched. I have asked to escalate this, raise the complaint and I am still not getting any positive response. I had called on Monday (16th March) and I was ensured that the product will be dispatched within 3-4 days, and today when I called I am being told that it has still not gone for printing. Today is Friday, so even if they start processing the order, I do not expect the order to be delivered before 25th or 26th or March.. This is very unacceptable. Its been 18 days since I ordered the product, and more importantly it was for wishing wedding anniversary which was 16 days before and I am getting a response that it is not yet been sent for printing, which literally means that they have not yet started processing the order.. I really need this escalated to the highest authority in Printvenue. Is this you call customer service? No one contacted me to inform, I have to continuously follow up and still no results. And even after following up despite the delay there is no valid reason given for delay. This is really disgusting. Regards, Viraj Arsekar Pune.

                                    I had placed an order, with order number[protected], with the website for a customized T-shirt. The delivered product had spelling mistakes and alignment errors. Efforts to contact the customer care through mails and calls have been in vain as they keep forwarding mails internally without any discernible outcome. I had been assured that a reprint request had been raised with the concerned department but the new order, with order number[protected] placed on Feb 27, is still shown under processing after 2 weeks. I would like the customized T-shirt with the correct logo, as per the image already supplied to the website, to be delivered at the earliest. Thanks, Neha Komal

                                      HI, I have placed an order on 5-Mar-15 and expected day of delivery was 12-Mar-15 where in the amount is already deducted with inclusive of all taxes. But i have been following up with the team for my product (ticket #181347 &181733) which is not been delivered and also no update from the team which is made me un-satisfy also now prefer canceling my product as well. This made me not to order any product any more from print venue and also inform the same to all my friends. Tracking number provided is wrong which have checked with Ecom Express as well. Lastly want to know whether will i be receiving my order or refunding my order ???? Awaiting quick response.
