I ordered one Personlised Photo Mug from Print venue and since it was wrongly print which they also accepted and said they will work on the solution within 24-48 hours because that is there time frame. Its 16 days now. I call and mail them every alternate days and infact even told them that I will go to consumer compliant but they think you do not have any powers that is why they ignored that part also and keep telling me again and again...

Even after making so many phone calls company is not taking any action..my order no[protected]..even after complaining so many times no action is being taken..i had ordered two products and only one has been delivered.please look into the matter. kumari marisha [protected]...

Hi, I ordered a polo t-shirt from Printvenue and they delivered a horrible product (extremely poor quality job - worst you can expect). I raised a compliant on their customer support and they promised a resolution "soon". It's been more than a month now and all I've been getting is more promises. The customer support is the also worst ever. Everytime I call (I've called more than 10 times now), all they have to say is "Sorry"...

I made an order for personalized mug on December 2014 which was delivered to me but in a damaged condition. The handle was in broken into pieces. I raised a complain which was acknowledged by printvenue and they promised to send me replaced product but they do not care to do the same. I ordered a product on 2nd feb, i called them so many of times for the delayed delivery of the product, they were keep on saying it will deliver in 3days. The product is defective as the image you printed on mobile skin is blurred and not clear as we have given you. It was the worst experience I ever had. Please return your product and refund my money back asap.
