on 2nd March, I had placed an order for photo frame with photo to wish my parents Happy Wedding Anniversary which was on 4th March. Order No.[protected]. Today is 20th March and it is still not received. On 3rd March I received an email stating that I need to mention the text which should be engraved. I replied to it on 4th March, again I recived an email stating the text is too long, I replied on the same day. After 9th of March I followed up at least 5-6 times. Everytime I get a response that it will be dispatched in 3-4 days, once I was told that there was some quality issue due to which it was not dispatched. I have asked to escalate this, raise the complaint and I am still not getting any positive response. I had called on Monday (16th March) and I was ensured that the product will be dispatched within 3-4 days, and today when I called I am being told that it has still not gone for printing. Today is Friday, so even if they start processing the order, I do not expect the order to be delivered before 25th or 26th or March..
This is very unacceptable. Its been 18 days since I ordered the product, and more importantly it was for wishing wedding anniversary which was 16 days before and I am getting a response that it is not yet been sent for printing, which literally means that they have not yet started processing the order.. I really need this escalated to the highest authority in Printvenue. Is this you call customer service? No one contacted me to inform, I have to continuously follow up and still no results. And even after following up despite the delay there is no valid reason given for delay. This is really disgusting.
