    I had bought a mobile cover on 31st December and it is yet not delivered. Moto g2 customized mobile backcover. Order no:[protected] And there is no way to track order in your website. Kindly check and revert back as soon as possible.

    I have placed order on 3rd Jan'15 and till date I haven't received any update. Below is the order details. When ever I called printvenue team- everytime server is down and they are not able to provide any update. Looking forward for your help.

          My reg mail id of printvenue.com -rahemul.[protected]@gmail.com .order id[protected]. I placed in order on11 november. company can't dispatched this due to their printing faulty. I canceled order afteer 1 month. when i ordered my product i paid amount via sbi net banking. but now printvenue don't refund my money. while I call to customer care, they told me that on 48 hours yours money will be credited. but after 48 hours when i call, same reason tell me. in this already 15 days over and many time i call customer. now i am harresed. please consumer give my money. mobile-[protected], [protected].             My order number:[protected], placed on 21st December 2014. I have contacted them on 28th they said they will dispatch it today itself. I have contacted them 4 times, I got many promises but they couldn't deliver. I am sorry to say but this type of company will not survive for long. Honest advise to everyone, please don't buy anything from this website, you will be just wasting your time and energy. And lastly you can get connected with call centre people only after 10-18 mins.             Order not delivered

            Order placed on June 14th, "Expected Date Of Dispatch: Thu, 19 Jun '14", today June 25th, no delivery, no emails, nothing at all. These people are a FRAUD. Stay away from them. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS ON PRINTVENUE.

              I am extremely disappointed with printvenue services...I booked my order on 14 December 2014 (Personalized desk calendar) and it was supposed to be delivered with in 7 working days ..it is already delayed by 19 days and status is under processing. My order no. ...[protected] . The Customer call center is further more pathetic where calls go on recording for more than 15 min.and get the same reply every time (quality issue and will dispatch in 2 days) and never dispatched if you are not capable of printing one small desktop calender. It is cheating if you get the payment and not deliver the product on time.

                    I shop by print venue...they sent me defective product..i told to printvenue about this..he recived my return request on 3 december and told me that they initiate amount of the product back in my account and told me that usally maximum in seven business days amount credit in my bank aacount.. i waited for 14 days but amount no credited in my account...i mailed lot of times to printvenue about this they always told that he initiate refund...today 27 days completed...but amount not credited...so i request to you please help me to solve this matter..                           I had made an order of Moto G mobile skin on 14 Nov.2014 and made payment online through debit card but after some hours on the same day due to some reason I had cancelled my order and a confirmation mail from printvenue for order cancellation had recreceived. Now its more than 1.5 months I still not get my refund. Whenever I call customer helpline no.they said amount will be refunded within 2-3 days and till today I have not received any refund from printvenue.

                              I have ordered desk calender on November-27-2014.My order no is[protected].But still it is showing order is processing. What the hell is happening when I call customer care they say 'your order will be surely dispatched within 48 hours' and it has happened 1 week ago. I have paid my cash also.There is no proper reply from customer support.I need to talk to your M.D, sent me the email id of him. Don't waste my time if you can deliver the product on correct time you give assurance otherwise don't cheat the customers by saying only 6-7 working days and looting their money.

                                i had made a order of engraved pen on 10th Dec'2014 and made the online payment through credit card. but on the same day after some hours due to some reasons i had cancelled my order and a confirmation mail for order cancellation had received from Printvenue. But till today i did not receive my money back... Every time when i call at their customer support number..they commit to refund the payment in next 1 or 2 days but till today i did not receive my money back. this is totally fraud company.even whatever product they show at their website that is not according to commitments..

If you are not worth of making a single mug, then you have you opened such a company. All are frauds. My complete money is wasted. They should be dragged to court. customer care.
