mobile case

i hav ordered ihone 5s mobile case from print venue web site, since i recived my order but size of the case is not maching wit iphone 5s, similar difference is there in the size so please check iwth the photos and resolve my problem...

    I hate this website and will suggest you all not to order any of the item from this site.its better to ban this site and put a case on them such a poor and worst customer service My Order Number[protected] Order Date December 14, 2014 20:13 still that's under processing and no reply from them giving zero rating is best for them, they are updating site and vouchers with Christmas products but not responding to customers.

    Yes it require direct police complain from all loosers
    in india.This company don't have any company registration only his
    address can be collected from his banker and payment gateway service
    provider in a legal way to make him arrest. Local news paper ad will
    serve better prior to create an image for the CEO of Printvenue.com -
    Mr. Surabh Kochhar. Presently he has collected for than 1500000 cash in this fraud process of business.!

          Printvenue Not a Trustworthy Shopping Site Thru online shopping of Printvenue.com, on 27th Nov. I ordered two pieces of Mugs with custom photographs printed on it ( http://www.printvenue.com/catalog/photo-mugs). When I completed the online payment formalities, the website of Printvenue.com freezed and no order confirmation details appeared. However, I received SMS from my bank stating that Rs.548 has been debited to my account for the said order. I contacted the site. When we phone (Std No.) to their customer support system it only gives prerecorded message stating Äll our customer support executives are busy." After repeated tries, I could speak to one of their staff and he intimated that the material will be delivered on Wednesday... However I have not got any confirmation email or any delivery so far. The site generates only complaint support ticket No. and do nothing to resolve the complaint. Even after lapse of 20 days, I have neither received the ordered items nor any communication from Printvenue. Kindly publish this so that public know Printvenue well before making any transactions.

            Dear sir, I have ordered two items of engraved key chain on Nov 17th, one was delivered through post, Other one (order No[protected] was not delivered, regarding that I sent a mail to their customer support email and called many time theie customer care number, with great difficult, I had chance to speak one of their representative, he said due to technical reasons it was not deleivered and assured me that it will be deleived in weeks time, As it was deleived I gain contactacted them to either deleiver or refund my money back.But till now I didn't get any response from them.I request consumer forum to look in to it and give me justice.                 I ordered 4 personalised mugs from printvenue.sg Order Number[protected] Order Date November 6, 2014 15:20 Order Status Order under processing Shipping Time 12 working days You wrote me on 26 NOV to inform me that my order was delayed and you will inform me of the tracking details.                             I Ordered card holder, first of all it was delayed by 5 days. That means ur delivery is poor. After that, when i recieved product it was full of scratches on front end. I cannot use such a card holder metallic.I would not suggest anybody ordering from print venue. My order number:[protected]

                              I ordered a greeting card from print venue, with Order Number[protected], on November 23rd, 2014. It was a pre payment. Since then I have not received any details from printvenue side. I have mailed the support desk 3 times and have received ticket Ids: 116529 & 114627. But I have not received any reply yet. The Customer care number is fake. I had tried at least 50 times to call them but it was not of any use. Even if the bell goes to the support they pick it up and when you tell them about the complaint, they hang on the call at your face. Even the post office tracking number they have shared is not traceable on India post. They have easy billing desk but when it comes to delivering the product they are 0% customer friendly. It was huge mistake to order from printvenue.

                                      The name and the quote mentioned on the Mobile Skin - Google Nexus 4 is not what I had ordered.

                                      The package was delivered to me and because it has someone else's name on it, it is of now use to me.

                                      I have repeatedly requested them through calls and e-mails to change the product or refund the amount. They agreed to refund it but so far they haven't paid me back. Also, they are not responding to my e-mails.

                                      It has been a very frustrating experience for me.
