On 21/6/2015 I have ordered mobile skin online from site www.printvenue.com. But my 1st two transactions failed for which amount of 354 got deducted from my account each time. After repeated follow up to the customer care they say that they only received 1 failed transaction for which they have already refunded. Got refund only for once.

    On[protected] i have ordered 2 mobile back covers from printvenue.com but instead of giving mobile back covers they have given us 2 mobile stickers which is very dissapointing and annoying after seeing this we have made a complaint to their site but they are saying that we cannot do anything about it.the whole mistake is of their site only because at the time when we where ordering we have typed mobile covers and there were results showing of mobile skins which we were unaware of that and we was thinking that it is a mobile cover.when we have told this to their customer care excecutive they accepted their mistake that typing mobile covers give result of mobile skin which the customer is unaware of and they told that we will correct this mistake but they say that they cannot do anything about our loss of mobile covers which actually cost Rs.700 including delivery charges. PLEASE do something about it and take a strict action for this because people have full trust to this online sites but by doing this type of mistake they are playing with our trust and ask them to kindly return the cash or provide us with the right product we ordered.       I have ordered a mobile back cover case (for Xiaomi Redmi 2), which is showed in PrintVenu site. I have order (order no.[protected] through online and made payment of Rs 309.15 (including shipping charges). Today afternoon(17/06/2015) when I received the parcel and on opening, I found a sticker instead of the mobile back case. For my shock, it's a normal printed sticker. They just cheated me. Please take necessary action, now when I am reading 'cheating reviews' online, I found similar cases. My Email id is : tapesh.[protected]@gmail.com

        first bof all i want to say this order i have cancelled that day only and the customer care person told me their is no order like this so dont worry your order is cancelled. i was shocked when person came with the order. i thought lets keep thje order but what i faced is mentioned b i received my order no.[protected] kara purse today. in odering when i printed my name on it it was white in colour and now when i got it it was printed black . how you can do this black printing on black purse, i want to give it back i dont want such nonsense service by you. please take my point into yours consideration.           I ordered for 200 premium business cards and simultaneously paid Rs.273/- through online. Order No[protected] on 28.05.2015. According to them delivery date is 05.06.2015. On 3rd of this month, I received a proof for approval. Within 30 minutes, I replied suggesting few corrections. Till 6th I have not received any revised proof. I sent a mail, to refund the amount if they are not interested. On 8th, I received a mail seeking apology and they sent the proof which was sent to me on 3rd. Again, I sent a mail stating that I will file case at the appropriate forum for the deficiency in service besides claiming compensation for the stress and stain and mental agony suffered by me in this regard. On 9th, their representative called me over phone. He said the revised proof has been sent on 8th. I requested him to verify the mail and then talk to me and also informed that they have not sent the revised proof. Then I received a mail on 9th that the concerned department will contact me within 3 working days. Neither their representative nor the concerned department people contacted me in this regard as promised. Material also has not been supplied.

            You are showing a mobile case while ordering and you are giving a paper in return.. such a stupid online service. and you logistics he makes me wait for 50 mins to deliver the product all nasty people.. i dont want your paper keep it with you only. give a case of my design otherwise refund my money.. i will not let this go.. you need to answer . I HAVE ORDERED A MOBILE CASE NOT A PAPER

                I have HTC desire 820 Mobile case along with customize image. When I receive courier I got sticker with image.. When i again visited their site, I found written 2D case (Rather than sticker). So it seems that printvenue misguiding non technical persons writing technical words on their website, which is fraud. I hope there will strict action against them.

                  Printvenue definetely has lot of personalised items but there are few things which they dont follow (1)In case of COD, once you click it doesnt mention that there is an extra charge for COD neither does it ask whether you want to continue with COD.Even by mistake if you click on COD option, the order gets placed and there is no update on the extra cost that you would be paying while getting the product (2)There was a PAYTM offer on personalised wallets.It was a 50% discount for certain days.Observed that only a part of payback was received on PAYTM wallet.Now they say that the Max paytm payback was 150Rs.Their wallets start from 500Rs only.so why mention 50% payback on PAYTM.Are they not misguiding us.Infact there was no terms and conditions mentioned like 150Rs. (3)I had ordered almost 35 pieces of wooden plaques -one order from printvenue.Eventhough I ordered them well in advance, they failed to meet the delivery date and I had to followup till the last date and they promised even 2 days before the final date that it would be shipped..Only 20 products were shipped and it was a big embarresment in front of people for us.And they cool ly replied that they would refund.Its waste to rely on these people for bulk delivery.And not even 50% of them were proper.the photos in the wooden plaques literally looked like ghosts.they failed to make any photoshop work to properly fit the quality which is the worst of all.When questioned, they never accepted their mistake and said "thats how it was"..The photos given by me were of high quality and multiple times I mentioned to them that "please update/call me incase of issues, this is for a family function" but no, they said they are all clear and now we got ghosty pictures in the wooden plaques, You come to know all these when you call the customer care but they say nothing but "sorry for the inconvienience"/"appolise for whatever happened".."you can call us when you order"...this is how it runs Overall horrible experiences with many orders with Printvenue.If you can find similar products in someother website, please go ahead with them and not with printvenue

                    sir, i had ordered Business card through website called Printvenue.com my Order Number[protected] and Order Date February 17, 2015 23:18 i had paid the amount 75 rs through debit card, i have tried to call them and resolve problem many times but they just said me that my parcel is stuck in India Post courier (tracking no. EH[protected]IN), what should i do sir ? i've paid amount and haven't got my thing and sir waste so much money due to call them on STD. please sir help me to get out from it !

                      Dear Gagan ji (CEO PRINTVENUE) I have cancelled my order[protected] on 09.05.2015 and after 13 days my refund has not reached my PAYTM wallet.Everytime your customer care apologize without resolving my issue and increase the delay. I have discussed my issue with Mr. Adil Shah (Supervisor) Employee NoXR3087 ( as told by him) many times but he just assures me to resolve the issue in 24 hours. I have spend Rs 200+ on calls with your customer team and my refund amount is Rs 269 totalling to Rs 469 + damages for the delay of my fund recieval + harrasment from customer service which is total amount to Rs 2000 under Consumer Protection Act 1986 . Kindly arrange to pay or else I will file the case to Consumer Court for the same reason.Waiting to recieve the forsaid amount and reply from your side. Regards, Jayant Kumar Behera

                          I placed an order with this online site printvenue last month. received my product, and was satisfied. So decided to place another bulk order. I paid INR7284. for 13 engraved parker pens. out of which i received only 12. and out of the 12 too. one did not have a cartridge/ink. which means it is now useless. Those were meant for gifts but I had to face a lot of embarassment. plus. when I contacted these people. one sales executive said, that it was made and it got lost due to their fault. and now a few hours back he mailed saying that it is out of stock. and i should place another order. or get refund. My problem is that those pens were meant as gifts. out of those, five were same. with different names, for five brothers. now i cannot chose another one. their irresposible behaviour and negligence has rmade me go through a lot of embaressment. I am attaching copy of mails that they sent promising false statementsx, and are still not accepting the missing cartridge. the executives are rude and do not answer to my calls. could you please help me with this issue. as this is urgent and consumer forum is my last resource. thank you image size is too large so cannot be attached. do contact me on my mail khadeeja.[protected]@gmail.com if i need to provide any further information.                                   I bought a mobile skin from Printvenue .com and received the same on 12.04.2015. Since then I have communicated through mail as well as over phone regarding the bad quality material supplied but every time they are telling that 24 hours it will take to be resolved. I talked over phone also not less than 6 times and e mail also given several times. Now i am fed up with the unsolvable issue.

                                      No response on this matter. Have made several calls and emails. Order was received on march 24th of march 2015.
                                      1st complaint was registered on 26th of march and from that date 4 more complaints have been filed, but there seems to be no response whatsoever from their side.
                                      Complaints were on the basis that the print i ordered on the T-shirt were wrong. So i want my money refunded.

                                        I would suggest everyone to opt for other sites as investing in this one, trust me you'll regret forever. Do not judge a book by its cover- the product you receive no where matches your expectation. It's of a pathetic quality that you would never want to gift or keep to yourself. The moment you pay is the moment your done with it and no matter what in hell, the error is never getting rectified. The customer care is never really concerned and the company heads- managers, I really don't know what are they being paid for. You lose your money trying to call these junk and they conveniently talk of getting back to you in 3 bloody working days. It's been 2 months for me and my friend with 15 customer care calls costing a min if Rs. 500, and absolute zero response. The company thrives on its "no refund because its personalized" policy - so when they serve you dung you need to accept it because you asked for it- personalized! They should be sued for cheating their customers. ADVISING ALL TO STAY AWAY - they are a pack of cheaters. (Permission was taken from the customer care desk before putting this online- they really did not mind)

                                        Besides there is one common thing everyone at the "help desk" keeps telling- WE HAVE ESCALATED THE ISSUE, CONCERNED PERSON WOULD GET TO YOU SHORTLY.
                                        Only thing is that's the end of the conversation. You don't get a mail or call what so ever. Only to call them back later and register a fresh complaint all over again.

                                        Heads up- make sure you got sufficient talk time money on your phone as you lose a minimum of 60 rupees every time you call them up and they conveniently put you on hold. Don't hang up or you need to start over afresh- because they are never getting back to you!
