I have done a online order with printvenue.com for a canvas print on 11th feb 2016 and their website showed the expected date of delivery as 17th feb. As it was a gift item and we wanted it be delivered on 14th Feb we booked our order.

they didn't deliver the order and till now 18th Feb it is not delivered.

    I want to file complain against the 'printvenue.com' company. I have ordered a Moto G3 Skin and it was not a plastic back skin of mobile instead it was a sub-standard paper printed with required photos. First of all they should change and give in detail description of the product a few lines or either a snapshot a final product. And it was 454rs including taxes, I could have easily managed such paper printed with photos for just 50 Rs or so. It was highly overpriced product.

    According to there description of they mentioned that product will be laminated and will be exactly like it looks after customization, but neither it was laminated and neither it was having the expected quality.

    Its my humble request, please cross verify the price quoted by print venue or the quality standard they are meeting while delivering the products.

        I ordered a customized one plus two mobile skin cover on print venue, and I was very shocked and disappointed to see only the sticker was there in delivery box. This is not at all a business, not at all fair. Rs 350 for a sticker.!!! Which is truly worth less than 20 rupees. Instead they should have clearly mentioned that the buyer is paying only for sticker but not the case. Completely deceiving the people

          I have ordered a name plate and have not yet received any acknowledgement regarding the order, but the amount has been deducted from my account. This is very disgusting and irritating.

            Hello,

            I have done a online order with printvenue.com for a canvas print on 1st feb 2016 and their website showed the expected date of delivery as 4th feb. As it was a gift item and we wanted it be delivered on 4th Feb we booked our order.

            Date booked : 1st Feb 2016
            Expected delivery date : 4th Feb 2016
            Delivery day : NOT yet delivered

            But to our surprise, they didn't deliver the order and till now 10th Feb it is not delivered. There mail response says they will start the delivery on 11th.

            This is a betrayal, as it was a special occasion on 4th feb for which we have booked it and they have delayed it like hell. Now when I don't need it any more, they are not cancelling the order.

            Please help me in recovering my money from them . Attaching the mail exchange with them

              Hi,

              I had ordered photo calender wide order no.[protected]. While I received product in time, it was without any dates and just had photos I uploaded. When I spoke to them they told me that I had to select type of calender also but it was not clearly mentioned in their website.

              I dont have any use of the product without calender. Kindly replace my product with proper details.

                I placed order for a Ceramic Travel Tumbler - Bon Voyage on 16 Jan, 2016 and on receiving the product, I found there were triangular gaps at the end of the print which were not supposed to be there and it made the tumbler look odd.

                Even after contacting them several times there was no satisfactory response or refund initiated from their end. Instead they said the "design of the product was fine"!

                        I ordered a Customised Mobile Skin from Printvenue.com online wondering it'll be a thin mobile cover but what I received was just a paper sticker which can not even survive a drop of water. So I asked them to take it back, refund me OR send me a mobile cover instead. It is nowhere mentioned on their website that the mobile skin is a piece of paper or a sticker that we would receive and not the cover. Its like a Rs. 20-30 sticker/ photograph which they sell it in Rs.399 in the name of mobile skin which is another fraud. I believe it is a clear act of misleading customers by not mentioning clearly what they are selling. Since these kind of websites are dealing in an online business they should be more clear and specific about the products they are selling. I was naive when I visited the site not knowing the jargons they are using on their sites like mobile sticker/paper becomes a mobile skin and many more. I have lost my faith outa this company completely because I have never received a response from a human out there, all I get a template pasted in every email where they say "you ordered mobile skin and we delivered mobile skin" no exchnage/no refund. They just don't understand what I am trying to say. That piece of paper I have received is useless for me. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with a kind of service I have received from them. Although they have clearly mentioned on their website that if a customer is not satisfied with a customised product they would provide a resolution and refund if required but they are really not sticking by it.                           Order Number[protected] Order Date December 19, 2015 12:46 Order Status Order under processing Shipping Time 4 working days Ridiculous Service - Still awaiting for my order. Have been speaking to so called Customer Care Team only to hear we apologize for the delay. Every time the executive promises to get the order delivered on priority basis which I personally feel only to keep the customers clam but as far as the product delivery is concerned, all big talks no action.

                          Product not received-company is not answering the calls also

                            I am writing with great disappointment on worst service provided by PrintVenue. I have requested for prior dispatch of gift calendars, however the consignment is still not dispatched as per the expected date of dispatch. I have informed them several times over phone and email as well about the importance of this order and a delay in delivery will not serve the occasion. I expected a mail or call from them to apprise about delay in delivery, but then i feel my expectation were too high from print venue. I have had a very bad experience with customer care executive and I wonder the way he handles a customer. I wish I should have visited this website where there are many victims like me and had a bitter experience. On this note, I would like to inform that I am very unhappy with services provided by them and would never recommend nor choose print venue as a preferred option.

                              I had placed an order with Printvenue[protected] and they told me the design I was looking for can't be processed. So I requested for the refund and they accepted it. That was 30 days before today. Each time I contact them, their auto email replier will assign me a new ticket, and tell that someone will contact me in 2 days. After two days they will say that the company will take another 10 days to refund the money. In 3 such time-wasting cycles, 30 days would be over, the customer would have given up, and these cheats would usurp the entire money. Bottomline- NEVER EVER GO FOR A PURCHASE WITH PRINTVENUE AS THESE ARE JUST A GANG LOOTERS, LIERS AND CHEATS.

                                Order number[protected]. Have been chasing your customer service team for the last 10 days regarding a order received in bad condition. I had ordered 1000 letterheads for my organisation & 500 visiting cards. The letterheads I received had folded edges & paper quality was inferior as against promised. All letterheads are wavy + due to folded edges it gets stuck in printer. Even after having shared images, I am being given the same canned response - please provide images(x3). I am quite frustrated with this with no sight of resolution. I am writing only with hope that someone takes up this matter & resolves it.

                                  A photo mug was booked on 29th aug 15 from printvenue website. Advance payment was done via sbi net banking. It was suppose to be delivered on 8th of sep 2015. But it was received on 11th sep 2015 via first flight courier services in a broken condition. It was my birthday gift. I am very much disappointed with the poor services provided by this brand. How careless approach by printvenue while delivering fragile / delicate material to the customer by improper packaging. Now i want the same photo mug again.                                       I have placed order for 4 products ( Engraved Pen - Zinc, Key Chain Fusion, Birthday Greetings, Photo Mugs) on 14th August, 2015; order number:[protected] As it was mentioned on their website that order will be delivered within 4 to 6 working days, I was expecting delivery of my order according to that as I need to gift this products to someone. However it's been 7 days now after placing an order I am awaiting for delivery. After speaking with their customer care representative on 20th Aug, 2015 I came to know that still my order will take more 3 working days to get dispatch and I will get it 4 days later then dispatched date. This is a pathetic service by printvenue guys and moreover their representatives are so rude and don't have a courtesy to even apologize. I am so disappointed and will never ever give my reference to anybody for using this website. All fake commitments. Dont value their customers.

                                        Debited me twice before successful transaction but denying to have received 2 transactions. Refunded for only one failed transaction. Ordered on 21/6/15 at 20:31 and 20:34 using my HDFC credit card 5812 and mobile number [protected]. Transaction number didn't generate.
