Printvenue are cheaters. I had ordered two products vide order number[protected] on 30/Jan/2015. Only one product got delivered after 1 week. The other one, which is a photo magnet have not been delivered until now (3/Mar/2015). I spoke to customer care executives and their supervisors many times (at least 5 times) and even mailed them once, but every time they used to say in the next 3 business days, you will get a response from our team, or the product will be shipped in next 3 business days, but they never kept their commitment and never had a courtesy to call me up or communicate to me that they could not deliver on time. I am the one who called them up every time to know the status and by means of that wasted at least 100 bucks more. They give lame excuses such as product not available, product failed in quality check, we have shifted our warehouse, and what not. I am sharing my personal experience and I am so much frustrated and so much depressed with their behavior. They really don't deserve to be in the market. If they could not deliver a product on time with quality, and does not even have a courtesy to give proper intimation, they should shut the shop and keep mum. They are playing with customers money and their emotions. I will never have relationship with them any more. People, please don't fall in their trap.

      Friends, do not make the mistake of ordering anything from printvenue.com. I ordered some stuff on Feb 16 and the delivery was promised on Feb 25. Today (Feb 28), I wrote a mail to them asking to deliver the products (Order No.[protected] by tomorrow, i.e., Mar 1 or cancel the order. They cancelled the order without even apologizing in the mail. They should be ashamed of their operations as they are confident that they can't deliver even after four days from the promised date of delivery. Please stay away from this website.

          These people are making fool. i ordered 2 pillow covers on 6 Feb, 2015 and according to sales order details it will reach within 6 working days. But today is 26th Feb, 2015 and i called second time to know about my order that when will they deliver and the answer was sir if you want cancel the order then you an but we can deliver it after 3 days. i dont know when these people are not capable for giving service properly then why these people are taking orders and if there are any issues why these people are not give calls to their customers

                    I booked a photo mug as a Valentine's gift for my hubby on 11th feb and i payed the money online, now the very next day my order history is showing empty, and im not even getting any mails about my product, the customer service girl is justt liftng the cal and cutting it, after the conformation, is this the service you people are providing??Again they are least bothered to lift the cal...please take action

                      PRINTVENUE, A fraud site. Guys please dont order anything in this site. i m totally mess up with tat. i ordered a product on 2nd feb, i called them so many of times for the delayed delvery, they were keep on saying it will deliver in 3days dorry for the dealay blabla..
                      finally i gave up de hope and cancelled the product on march 10th.they said money wil be refunded in 3 business days. its been 20days, still i didnt receive my refund yet. Totally pissed off.

                      Please dont trust PRINTVENUE. Also make aware of yr frnds and family memebers too..

                          I have ordered 3 wallets. But the ordered items have not been delivered properly. Among 3 wallets one should have a key for safety purpose. But the delivery did not contain the key. Rs 1000 worth wallet is useless now. I had mail follow ups for 4 times and couple of times through phone, also sent the product snapshots, etc.. But don't even a single mail reply. Even there is no acknowledgement for the query. Very worst customer support. The people are lucky if they got the ordered items perfectly. If it is not then, they can simply forget about the same and they can assume that they lost their money some where on the road.

                            I booked a mobile case cover today but after I placed the order and paid for it, the booking history showed that there is no products booked by me. I did not receive any booking id nor any tracking id. The money has been deducted from my account and I have not received any conficonfirmation regarding my order. Please do something about it.

                              After having bought 10 pieces of cushions for a hefty 3600 rupees, and hours of phone calls to an STD landline number, I am being sent 2 back. The customer support is absolutely of no help. Neither is the support team that only communicates "via email" Whenever a customer has a valid point of complaint, the customer support team always blames the "other department" for the shortcoming. I have been told 3 different things by customer support so far. 4 of them said, 24 hours is required (calls made after every 24 hours) 1 said, take a photo and send. So i placed a good item (i ordered 2 before, being satisfied with the quality, i ordered 10 more) and the defective piece right next to it and sent photos. 1 guy names Sachin, hung up on me. 1 guy names Dharam said, I will be sent two back, cos the photo I had sent had two in it. As a customer, I want to kill all of them and I guess I should just forget about my hard earned 3600 rupees as if they never existed, just like the reputation of printvenu

                                To someone who can genuinely help, I had placed an order for a business organizer and an ace pen on the 27th of December 2014. The order number is[protected]. It took 17 days for you guys to deliver the order. And when I open the package, the ace pen is missing. I call your customer support guys. They asked me for a picture of the package that I received. I mail a picture. I get a ticket number which states that someone would get in touch with me within 3 days. I don't get any correspondence or call. I contact your sales team. Dinesh from your sales team calls back and I clearly tell him that I have intentions of placing a bulk order, however, if you guys can't fulfill an order of just one product, how can I trust you on ordering 300 pieces. He apologies and places an order for the ace pen. The order number is[protected]. I patiently wait for the order to be delivered. I call your customer support approx on 22nd of Jan. They say that the order will reach me in a weeks time. It did not. I call support again. This time, I am asked to contact the sales team as the support guys are not able to trace the order. I call Dinesh from sales again who asked me to mail the marketing guys. I work for a multi million dollar company in Saudi. Nssr.co. we are setting up a branch in Bangalore India. The order that I placed was just to test as to how soon you can deliver the order. All I got was disappointment. I'm lucky that I didn't place a bulk order. I would have got fired from my company if I would have. I want a clear picture on my order. Will that pen be delivered or not.

                                  Very disappointed with the print quality I got this time with printvenue. The mobile skin I received is printed very dark than the photo I uploaded. My eyes and collar of the shirt are very dark. I cannot accept this quality of print. Its been 20 days and I have not got any refund from printvenue nor any other copy and I call almost 100times to customer support number but it always says all are busy please try later. After so many days I received a mail saying " print quality is OK from our side". It is really a justified answer?? How can they decide that its OK or NOT? [protected] PATHETIC SERVICE[protected] I have attached the received print which itself tells that it is printed very dark.                                     This has with reference to my Order No.[protected], which was placed on 30th Dec’14, and according to the acknowledgment received from the company it was supposed to be delivered by 7th Jan. However still I am not getting any clarity/confirmation as the status still showing “UNDER Processing”. I did write my complaint to company twice but not any reply except apologies mail against my 1st mail. This was my first order just to check the reliability/credibility/accuracy/product quality for the company. But the services/response I am getting is not at all appreciated. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.                                       Order Number[protected] and waybill no from blue dart for the part of the order i.e. a pen drive is [protected].

                                      i have ordered the product on 20.11.2014 and shipping time is given as 6 days. later the bluedart tracking id was given and i checked it online from the bluedart portal and the order was no delivered. later i complained printvenue several times with ticket no. provided by them as 130693, 130697, 130698, 137975 etc. but i did not get any reply. till now i have not get any update and status of the product is showing as in transit (proof is attached).

                                        Hi I have placed an order on 8th of Jan and its been 13 days are over. And they can't even dispatch my order. I am really dissappointed now. Please do the needful. This is really so awfull situation for customer. In fact I have tried to communicate with the customer care team of print venue but they didn't even response. Also I have made payment twice by mistake for a single product but the can't even refund me. Please take an appropriate step to solve my problem... As I am very dissatisfied from this website.
