        its been more than 8 days now and they've taken the money but have delivered the product. i request all you guys to not buy any of their products since its the biggest scam thats been happening. AVOID printvenue. you will end up paying for nothing. iam looking forward to take this at a higher stage and would ban this site. under the indian IT act i have enough complaints to take a strong step towards it..

          I have ordered a personalized key chain on Aug 4(which is 9 days ago). My order no is[protected]. My expected date of dispatch is 8th August (which is 5 days ago). I didnt receive any update or status on my product. What exactly happened to my order?. When i sent a mail regarding, i got suddenly a reply saying my ticket id and it is being processed. And will be processed within 24 hours. Its almost been 2 days i.e 48 hours went. When will be my request will be processed. At least send an update on my product. I paid money also. Now i'm regretting why the hell I paid money. Please check on my order and at least give me an update. Very worst service

          I have ordered 12 products on 22/07/2014 4(which is 1 month ago). My order no is[protected]. I receive only 10 products out of 12 prouduct, remaing 2 order has not delivered yet to me.           Wrong order delivered and no reply from customer care

          i have ordered 4 photo mugs, but i got some ones plain mug and that too only 1 item. I have called customer care and sent email with the snapshot of the cup that i received, but no response.

                PrintVenue is the worst company to go with any of your printing needs. They provide WORST QUALITY products. I doubt if they know anything about quality. I got visiting cards that are unevenly cut, with ugly borders and when I reported their support about this, they replied me on email that their quality team says they are perfect. I doubt if they have any quality team or how could I receive such low quality product. I am feeling cheated here and not sure what to do here.:-( Please guys beware of these people, these will RIP you off your money and deliver worst quality products. Sincerely, Vinod Jhajharia

                  The design shown in the mail and the product received are entirely different. I ordered for a iphone 5s case with image and text where both the text and the image has got cut. This is really disgusting. After continuous emails there is no proper response and the executives keep prolonging. I need an immediate refund for my product or i want a perfect product. This website is really cheating the customers. Need to take severe action for giving false emails to the customers.

                    I have order for 5 personalized key chain with order no is[protected], which i made on 15th June 2014, and time for dispatch given to me was 19th June, but still i have not received the order even no mail, message has come from their side for the delay in dispatching the same. Today( 24.06.14) i called to customer care they told me that there are some printing issue so my order has gone for re printing. This is very unfortunate that such a big site is not a customer oriented site they don't have the courtesy to inform the customer for the delay. i have order so many other things also on the same site but after facing such a bad experience i will not suggest anybody to deal with this site.

                    I was order one cap on 29th sep, , , but till i am not getting the same, , , after giving so many reminder they people are saying that product will be received asap, , , I have opened one ticket as per this ticket id (Ticket ID - 88430.).

                      I had placed an order no.[protected] on 27.5.2014 for two items, Kara Women Sling Bag - Whooper (Qty 1) and Cheque Book Holder - Panache (Qty 1). The items were for me & my wife. The company displayed shipping time 6 working days during order confirmation and claims that they deliver within 4-5 days. I was shared a docket no "DELPVN682391P" of "Javas courier", when I spoke to Javas Courier they informed that the company didn't pay any sales tax and the shipment was held by the sales tax department. Till date (June 8, 2014) no material was delivered, on 4th June 2014 a new order was created by themselves with a new order no[protected], I had no idea about this order. I did receive the order on 08.6.2014 with new order no, but it was incomplete as only one item (Cheque Book Holder - Panache (Qty 1)) was delivered. Since that time I have been calling up the stupid customer service but they are hardly bothered, every time I am being told that I would be getting the order within one two days, its been almost 15 days but there is no response. The company does not respond at all. Every time u call up the customer care, there is standard response that your complaint has been registered and it would be resolved within two days. It seems that since I have paid in advance through credit card so they have already received the money and therefore they r not bothered to send the order.They neither deliver the product nor refund the money. The most disgusting and sucking site ever. No one should order anything from them

The company claims that they deliver within 4-5 days.I did receive the order on 19.5.2014 but it was incomplete as only one item (Engraved pen) was delivered.                             Hello,
                            I had ordered a round neck tshirt and customized it online using the online customization facility by printavenue. I placed the order as on 2nd april 2014. And i received a tect message on my phone and an email stating tht the goods have been dispatched as on april 7th 2014. My address was given on the shipment confirmtaion mail sent by print avenue.
                            Order no.:[protected] and shipped via india post awb no-ed[protected]in (As sent by them). Now when i try to track my shipment it shows delivered to some other address and received by some other person. In addition the india post awb number shows that the item was booked on 31st march (Even before i placed my order, they booked my order) now is it possible?. The total amount i spent on the consignment is rs 674. I want prinavenue to take responsibility for this as this is sheer irresponsibility and cheating. How can the order be booked even before i place an order ? I placed and order on 2nd april and the india post people booked it on 31st march. Now either prinavenue has sent me the wrong consignment tracking number or they have not at all shipped the item after they received payment. If this matter is not resolved asap strict action should be taken against printavenue.

                              Printvenue supplied me a substandard, low quality diary which was advertised as good quality diary. I voiced my concern with the support and even send them photographs of substandard diary. But they came back saying the quality is fine and the pages have marks because of transit, which according to me is unacceptable. I wrote them an email back for refund but I am not getting a respond back.


                              This is actually cheating the customer by promising quality product on website. Please initiate action against the company for providing sub standard china made products and charging exorbitant amount.

                                I am writing in regards to my recent order placed at Print venue[protected] and I must say that this is worst product that I've received ever while placing any online order so far. I am still trying to overcome from this incident and wondering how come any company who is doing online business and sending such terrible product to its customer. This product is not even worth a single penny and you have charged rs.500 for this. I can say thousand things for this awful product I've received however I've already shared my feedback by calling today at your customer care no[protected] and they have apologized and advised that either they can send me the better frame with atleast some dignity that I can keep this at my home!! I spoke with ADIL SHAH (Team lead/Manager) who assured me that this issue shall be taken into consideration for all future orders and get resolved within 24 working hours. The product I've received is far far below quality standard if I talk about. The sunboard material has been used is so light that if I switch on my fan this will blow away this frame in a second. THIS CANNOT BE CALLED A PHOTO FRAME AT ALL!!! I hope being in printing business you understand better than me what do we call a photo frame, it’s looking like the picture has been just pasted on some very casual, light weighted and awful quality board and this makes me furious that it was a gift for someone and I totally got stuck now with this item. Secondly your customer service says "we cannot register your complain over the phone sir, you can write all this as a feedback and we shall get this replace/refund”. This is horrendous again as why the customer care people are sitting when they cannot register a complain. I don’t understand how shall your company come to about the quality just by watching the picture ONLINE??? Let me rephrase this again, this is not a FEEDBACK...I am quite disappointed to see what I've received in terms of so called PHOTO FRAME and expect that you would send me something that I can keep this in equivalent value what I've paid for!! This is totally piece of CRAP what you have sent, so please take some corrective action and focus more on quality parameters else this will be a tough call for any business to survive if they operate under such norms. Before this order I was a satisfied customer with Print venue as I've ordered quite a few items in the past, and the previous order I received (desk photo frame with engraving) I would call this Good in terms of quality appreciate this however I don’t understand how come this time I've been sent such a TERRIBLE/DREADFUL PRODUCT. This is all I can say about this product and I expect that my complain would be resolved on priority as this has already got delayed. I am not looking for any refund, rather I want a good, decent quality product that I expected to be delivered earlier but it did not. So please get your quality team to be more alert and do some inspection before sending such product. Please remove the caption which states on your website as "photo Frame" coz you people are sending the frame rather just glued the picture on very cheap quality board which is merely 10 gm in weight.

                                    HI i made a order on 27th Dec for the calender and couple of diaries for our companies to distribute.

                                    As per the condition all the items has be delivered by 8th of January. I got the calender with law quality as per the

                                    price charged but i still did't get the diaries after complain on Facebook i got 4 times calls from them and they

                                    commited to deliver my stuff by 11th evening but i did't get the diary and today i got a call from from them and they

                                    refuse to refund money i am fed up and i don't know what to do.

                                      First they printed an inferior letter head. After a lot of pressure they collected it back.
                                      Now they are making excuses on excuses. On one side they send my own design in pdf format for my approval. And on the other hand they ask me for open file in which they show that psd file as open file.

                                      But when i give them the reference of Previous Psd File They argue on the two facts that Psd File is not an open and this will include extra designer cost.
