My order very delayed

I had placed order on 12th sept and made full payment on your website, Since then i have not received any proper response on my order and every time i am told that there are some issues in printing detected during quality check and has been processed again. But until now there is no clear update on the delivery of my order. Please address this urgently.

I have placed a bulk order on your website through call (order no. :[protected] dated 28.08.2020 and paid Rs. 7, 412 for the same on 28.08.2020) and I was promised by your sales executive Ms. Ruby (Mo. No. : [protected]) that the order will be delivered within 7-10 days. After 15 days when I enquired why the order is yet not dispatched then I was informed that due to some different pen received at your end your team was not able to fulfill the full order on time and after discussion with Ms. Ruby and Ms. Ashifa (Sales Coordinator, Mo. No. [protected]) I was told on 16.09.2020 that my partial order is complete and they will send the partial order and will cancel the rest order and the excess amount paid by me will be refunded within 7 working days.
Now it has been 1 year since the refund should have been processed but I have not received any refund till date even after continuous follow up with Ms. Ashifa.
Kindly process my refund at the earliest

I as a customer ordered and paid for item for value of Rs 2449.00 and got confirmation from which is attached for your kind reference.After Payment, they are not responding to my mails, calls, whatsapp messages also. Finally i came to know that they are scams and fraud and cheated plenty of customers as like me. I request to get refund of my payment and request you to take right action to stop them operating and cheating customers.

I had placed an order for a nameplate on 14th June 2021 and made payment through Paytm.

Placed the order on 28th June not yet received any confirmation on the same. The delivery date was 8th July. However the tee shirt has not reached me butthe amount for the same has been deducted. Please advice

I had placed an order for a customized mug on May 1, 2021. Since then I have not received any shipping updates let alone the product ordered. I have repeatedly contact the customer service by email but with no reply. The customer service helpline is equally unhelpful. It was a prepaid order and my money is also stuck as a result.

I have placed an order with the company worth 2013 /- for which payment has been deducted and order has not been delivered and the company is not responding to any mails or calls which I have placed. I kindly request you to do the needful.

This has reference to my online order to printland.in for custom printed articles like usb, bag, pens, laptop skin.
I wish to highlight that the company is scamster taking orders but never delivering articles. They took order and payment in Jan but till date they have neither given me articles nor refunded my money. This custom logo printed gift article we wanted for our function on Feb 10 and company had promised to deliver by Feb 4 but never delivered . Coz of these we had last minute rush n tension n buy extra expensive gifts for our guests. The customer care executive are very tough and nobody is giving any heed. Online we checked review they have been doing these to thousands of other customers. It's their modus operandi, I think. This people are holding more than Rs. 9360 of my hard-earned money and not even replying. Only 2 articles they sent out of such large order and that too crumpled and bad quality, which I requested them to take back, which they haven't. Rest of the articles they are not even giving back or refunding money.

Please help, in these challenging testing times, these people are holding my hard earned money, never given correct products and whatever given is shabby and not taking it back. Since last 4 months they are only harrassing and doing mental torture by not giving money back. They are a custom printing and gifting website and we had purchased same which was promised to be given by Feb 4, 21 but never given. On our function of 10th Feb, had to purchase gifts from open market with lot of expense, loss, torture and tension, all because this company never gave on time! Also, since so many days they are not refunding money.
The total order is for 11 bags, 11 military pens, 11 USB pen, 1 laptop bag.
Please take strict actions add them n make them pay my original money and all for my losses and torture add you deem fit. Also kindly set up an enquiry on this company who are actually scamming innocent people and stop their site immediately pls and put all employees and owners behind bars!

I ordered key chain with my kids photos but its come normal key chain i uploaded my kids photos so i will return my order so what i do this please answer my question

I have ordered a greeting card on dec 18 & till now i haven’t recieved it ..i called more than 100 times regarding this they used to say mam your order will be recieved within few days .but I haven’t recieved . this is really disgusting what u people are doing .. making customers fool .. plzzz return my money

Printland Order[protected] on placed on 23.12.2020 and money deducted from my account.. Till now not received the item. Very much disappointed . I want refund of my money. Never gonna trust this company again..

I have placeve placed my order on 21st December 2020 and have'nt recieved my order yet.
No updates about the order even.
Nobody picks up the calls or reply to the messages or e mails.
Is this some kind of a joke which is going on! You people take people's hard earned money and do not even deliver the product.
I will make sure that your company faces a legal suite! Return my money or else I will file a police complaint against your company!

My order not received

My name is Atul sharma from mansa, Punjab, I ordered a personalized silver coin on 24 July 2020 by rs754 prepaid paytm payment, order no.[protected]. but order not dispetched till date, please help, order screen shot uploaded

On 26-Nov I had placed an order having Order #[protected]Order ID: PL[protected]. Although at the end of the payment, it mentioned that I will receive an email confirmation regarding my order, but till now I have not received any order confirmation email.
Despite of so many follow up via various channels (email, WhatsApp messages to [protected] and calls to[protected] there has not been any update from your end. The committed delivery date of 06-December-2020 (screenshot attached) has also passed.
I want an update from your end on my order within 1 business day or you refund my money immediately.
