I ordered this product on may 20 in printland and it is supposed to deliver by may 3o.
It's already june 14... There is no update on the product..
I have already paid for the product also...
I requested the person with this number [protected], that person is seeing the texts but no response.. I have emailed the same to [protected]@printland.in
No reply to the email also..
After receiving the payment they are supposed to deliver the product or refund the amount.. Both are not done..

1. On 25 feb 2020, i place an order for two pens (Namely parker vector metallix roller ball pen ct black) from online shopping platform printland.in. I was suppose to receive the product on 06 mar 2020, but i have not received the product till date. Total cost of the product is rs 825/-.
2. I even tried to contact on their customer care number ([protected]) but the number is not reachable.
3. Further i tried to contact the company through their whasapp number ([protected]). The message forwarded is getting delivered on the whatsapp number and is read by the person receiving themessage. But the whatsapp message is not being replied or addressed.
4.in view of the above, i am submitting this complaint for necessary action please.

Ordered at printland.in the order is still showing processing but no one is responding to the calls neither customer care nor emails. I need to gift them on father's day what seems this is a fraud company please helpa

After complainting a customer service of printland now they r showing in production process fr past three months no reply r no refund my amount pls refund my amount my order no is pl[protected] i ordered in april 6 a silver coin pls reply r refund

I order a silver coin to print anniversary photo image on april first week they didn't deliver the product r not replying for single message fr last two months lam messaging no one is replying this is very very worst online service they r cheating the customers pls refund my amount r delivery the product my order no is PL[protected] pls don't takevthe advantage of the situation is going on outside the society then on one will trust the online pls

I ordered for 2 customized t-shirts on 17th february and was shown estimated delivery by 27th february. However, as on 3rd march, status is still showing as processing and no update on estimated delivery date. As per other reviews, this is the normal behaviour of company without any mechanism to refund the amount or cancel the order. If anyone has been successful in getting refund, please confirm on the process.

Have order for products with order no pl[protected] month ago & i am still waiting for delivery.

Have called in [protected] number also but call was diverted in unprofessional way saying that its only for bulk business.

So called in land line number also approx 2 week ago & they assured that same will be delivered withing 3 days but till now i am waiting for same,

There is a lady i guess her name is pooja sharma - very unprofessional. I have escalated to their superior also mr. Wasim & sameer. But till now i didnt got reposne

No reply neither via mail nor via phone call are made to customer lamenting issueas (Many) to the process of their orders; moreover, the products of their print are pathetic and un-professional.
Received after more than 20 days one order composed by a pin button, 60 bulk custom pens and a tote bag.
Pin colours were not matching hi-res picture provided, text printed on pen was not aligned, and was serigraphed instead of laser etched, print on both side of the bag were missing texts...
Even if you try to write to them and the automated message returns that you will be contacted "within 15 minutes", that will never happens. Never!.
You have to spend time on the phone with incompetent bunch of guys that are not understanding what you are talking about (They are not the printing staff)...
Most embarrassing indian company ever!

One item is missing : laser pointer pen with pen drivecapacity32 gb
(Or you can say changed) because i have double order for stylus matt+shining black pen– means these are 2 (Instead of 1)
That is why total count is 23, but costly item is missing.
I ask for 400 rs reimbursement or coupon which i can use for next order.

After 2 and half month the product has been delivered, and now costly item is missing. It is not a very good experience.

I have ordered business cards with whole text alongwith logo as attachment... Preview was good at the time of order... But received cards only with logo.. And the trxt given by me at the time of order was not there on the card.. Dis is quite dissapointing... As cards not received as per preview and not as per my order hence would like to return my order no[protected]

10th days gone still not dispatched my product. When i call customer care they said 44 size hoodies not in stock, than i said 42 size available? They said yes. Than i agree and order 42 size but still not responding from print land. I am so many time complaint but they denying to refund my money.
It's a big fake company.

I had ordered a personalised pen on 20dec. It was supposed to be delivered on 26th itself.I wanted to gift it on 28th. The order status is still in production. Inspite of many emails, chats and phone calls nobody is helping me.The customer care sales person Pallavi is cutting my calls.The payment is already made. Atleast give me my refund.I will take action if I don't get my money back or my product at the earliest.

I ordered 3 personalized pens on[protected] and estimated time of delivery was 7-10 days but still i did not receive. When i contacted to customer care they replied that pen is out of stock. They gave me another option through email but that was also out of stock. After then i requested them to refund the money but they refused. They are neither delivering my item nor refunding money.

I had placed and order on www.printland.in on 16th December. Order id #PL[protected]. The online tracking system showed that my order of value Rs 671.60 will b delivered by 26th December. However till date it hasnt been delivered. I have tried to reach their customer care number but either it does not connect, the call gets dropped after connecting or no one responds to the call. I have also dropped emails on their business ids and even on the contact us formo n the website but did not receive any reply. Request for a refund of my order. and to take action against these fraudsters

The above order was given to printland on 25/08/2019 for a customized laptop vinyl. I received the order confirmation that the same will be delivered to me within 2- 5 working days, however, i received it on 16th september and the product was not as per my customized dimensions and specifications so i immediately complaint to printland customer care and in return they asked for picture proofs which i have sent by email. But in the end they neither replaced the item nor they refunded my money and closed the call abruptly. This whole buying on printland consumed my precious time, stressed me and my hardly earned money was wasted. I am enclosing all the proofs and ask for blacklisting printland as this is the biggest fraud firm interm on online selling. Please visit their facebook page. I required laptop vinyl skin for my 14 inch laptop which is a diagonal length while printland delivered me a laptop skin of 17 inch diagonal length vinyl skin unlike their website description.

I order customised products on printland on[protected] after 29th of same month i used to call them for delivering they only says that material will be dispatched today but it dispatched on 5th oct 2019 i need that items for my boss of my company on 6th oct. I beg them to complete my order on or before 2nd so i can get my delivery on 5th but every time i call for status all customer care representitve says that material will dispatch today. This is the worst service by printland. I am not going to order bulk qty on printalnd anymore.

I have ordered 3 t-shirts for my husband's birthday celebration and i ordered it 15 days in advance but till now i didn't received my product. I have called customer care many times and escalated this issue but all gone in vein. They have given me tracking id number on 27th that your order is dispatched via speedpost. But when i tried to track through that tracking id it's showing invalid id. So, i immediately called customer care but they said they will check even though they don't know why it's not working. Again i called and then they said it is supposed to be deliver by delhivery not speedpost. So even they don't know what went wrong. Never ever order from this website. It's totally fraud company. They dont have cash on delivery option, so that they can take money from people without giving timely service. Also very pathetic customer care service.

I placed an order with printland.in for amount rs.1055 on 11th september. The expected delivery date for my order was 21st september 2019. But they did not deliver the product and the status also shows processing. Amount was taken in advance by this company. All screenshot and payment details i have of the same.
This website printland.in takes money from customers but does not deliver goods nor does it updates the customer about the order.

We had placed the order a month back (In august) order no.[protected] for customized pens and paid rs.1398/- through their portal.

We have not yet received the order and now when we talk to them they claim that they have delivered it. We also asked them for the signed delivery invoice... Which they denied, they don't have it.

We called them over phone for the image of signed invoice, in-spite of our follow ups they are yet to send it.
