I had a set of pens last month 23rd august. Delivery was supposed to be 2 sep i had not received the order. And there's no communication regarding that order. I had emailed to customer service no reply and called them number is not reachable.
Such fraud company should be boycotted.
Such fraud should be shared on social media. So that no customers are cheated again.
PrintLand customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ordered printed pens (Qty : 101) Model: Eco Ideas - 8033 on 8th August and paid amount Rs. 1, 204.64. The package was supposed to be delivered in 10 days, but there is no response still in spite of several follow ups.

    I had ordered a customized t-shirt on 6th of august and was given a delivery date of 10th august. On 15th august i made first call asking about why hasn't it been shipped yet. They told me that it reached them back and that they are sending it again. Then i called again on 22nd august they told me that on 20th they have shipped again. I got angry and then hung up the phone. On 27th i call them again and they told me that they are trying to send again. Then again on 3rd september they told me the same. Today is 8th september and i don't think i should call them or expect. They are utterly unprofessional and didn't even care to send me any detail except for my order id which is pl[protected]

After done consumer complaint printland was given another tracking no on dated 20/8/2019 is ed[protected]in, which is again wrong. When i m trying to track the order it is showing "consignment details not found."

      If you guys will not return my money or not deliver my products then i will share this in social media facebook today itself

      Shame on you... You guys cheating people

          You guys are playing with customer and there emotion.

            My order no.[protected] i ordered personalised combo set on 31/07/19 and it was supposed to be delivered by 10/08/19 but today is 19/08/18 and even after complaining to them there is no response. If the product can't be delivered then i want the refund of money rs498 i paid. I have on the customer care of printland company 3 times but they are not giving any reply and whenever i track order they always show product in processing.

              I have placed order for 100 nos. Of plastic pens (Book my show plastic pen) with name printed on it on 26th july, 2019 vide order no.[protected]. At the time of order placement it was committed that the delivery will be done on or before 5th september, 2019. I am checking the status everyday since i am depending on the delivery to go for marketing my product. On 3rd august i wrote a email requesting the status of the item since i am seeing the same status as processing from the time of order.

              They have not replied to my email. Again on 6th august i wrote another email briefly explaining my problem and implication i will have if the product is not delivered in time. To my email of 6th august, they responded stating that the order is get rejected from quality check due to some printing error but now it is in processing stage and the same will be dispatched at the earliest. They have not committed any delivery date.

              I am suspicious that they are playing with customers by false statements and getting benefitted with the amount paid by the customers by pending the deliveries months together. I even checked the grievances against them, they are many and most of them are non-delivery for more then 3 months and even unpaid amounts for cancelled orders.

              In this matter i request your help in dealing the matter with suitable punishment with fine of rs.5000/- for non-delivery of product, and irresponsible with the customers. This will not only help me but others also as a lesson.

                Printland.in taking the orders for personalized merchandise but they are not delivering the product. Called their customer care number but i don't find proper response from them and they are not ready to refund the amount of they unable to fullfil the order.. For me i was ordered on 27th june and order number[protected] but till now response from their side.

                  I ordered a custom print shirt on 17th july 2019 and the estimate date for delivery was 27th july 2019. Today is 5th august 2019 and i have not recieved it. The order status has not even updated after 17th july 2019. I paid throught paytm. Pls refund it to my paytm no. [protected] or send it till 15th august. I[censored] dont do anything about it i will complaint to police.

                    I place my order on print land on 20 july and today's date is 27 july not any information about my order and whenever i try to track my order its shows order is processing what is the problem tell us why you cannot deliver our to the time you mention on the website reply to me and today is 8th after placing my order its very frustrating kindly i request you to complete my order fastly and send it to me quickly

                      Hi... I placed my order on the 15th of july 2019.. Still to receive the same.. It's been more than 12 days... Better you refund my amt of 856.. Really frustrated with your company.. I have no patience to wait further... I ordered two products along with handling charges.. But the company is still sending emails it's in process.. Taking long time to deliver and i am suspecting of they deliver at all... I need my 856 amt which i paid for printland... They don't have cash on delivery options as well.. Really feel sorry for trusting this company

                        Our order was placed a week ago, but still its not even started to get printed and instead we are receiving rejection emails from Printland for poor resolution .but no personnel is contacting us on calls or whatsapp for any clear communication. however we have personally checked that there are no resolution issues with the image provided as the same have been used earlier to get printed on A4 sized envelopes by our online printing partners online.

                        We hereby request that our ordered A4 sized colored envelopes gets processed without further rejections or modifications to the design provided by us OR simply initiate our full refund of pre-payment taken so that we can approach back our old Envelope Printing partners.

                        And it has been an extremely disappointing experience dealing with Printlands customer service executive where we have been kept waiting and unattended for hours and days without proper redressal to our issue.

                            I ordered a coffee mug and cushion cover for my husband on his birthday on 05th july. They said the order will get deliver by 12th of july. Today is the 17th of july till now i haven't received my order. I called to support every time they will be saying will dispatch your order in a day or tomorrow. Always they will be telling lie but not ready to dispatch the order. Worst service i ever have seen.

                              Order placed money transferred but no one is answering the call order no order no pl[protected]
                              I had placed order and after so many mails i have still not been answered and also my phone is not answered by them it's a big fraud by the company also not returning the money
                              Even though the money was transferred to them i don't know why this company is not sending me the products ordered and why police has not have taken any actions on them the website still exists and also payment getaway is there so action should be taken against both of them giving service to such fraud company

                                I placed prepaid order #[protected] on 5th June. I haven't received my product. No customer care is responding to calls or emails. This fraud company is cheating customers. This site is being dòing this to many clients.pls Check on Facebook. Only bulk Enquiry call they pickup else transfer on automated msg which no one picks up . Pls stop this company from cheating more people

                                I have asked them to refund my money. They have said it cannot be done as it's against their policy to refund. I have asked them to refund as store credits atleast.

                                They don't have stock of T-shirt.. they should atleast stop advertising about it on their site. People are paying money and then after a months follow-up they are saying we don't have stock.

                                Customer care number is no use. Only if you want to place bulk order they pick calls. If not they just cut it.

                                  Promised delivery date: 8th april, 2019.

                                  Neither the order has been delivered so far nor printland is refunding the amount paid.
                                  A part of order was delivered in may. But, no update on rest.

                                  I received 1 communication so far from printland that my refund will be processed. But, it has been 2 months now & no refund.

                                  Cc number doesn't works. No one replying on mails. Multiple mails (20+) has been sent to cc mail id without any revert.

                                    I had ordered two products from online printing company Printland.com. it was supposed to be given as a gift to someone. my orders numbers were[protected] and[protected] according to their websites the products were supposed to be delivered by now. i had made an payment through the debit card. i even contacted the customer care who promised me that they would resolve the issue but till date nothing has been done. it is very inappropriate as well as unacceptable business ethic. hope i will get justice here.

                                      I ordered a laptop skin from printan.in
                                      On 20th june and its estimated delivery was 30th June.
                                      Today its the 3rd of July and I havent even heard from anyone from the company
                                      I tried to reach them by phone but in no vain
                                      The call never connects.
                                      And I have already paid the amount via debit card gateway while ordering
                                      There was no option for cash on delivery.
                                      I need my product or I would like a refund as soon as possible

                                        I ordered csutomised phone cover and school bag for myy kids birthday gift and its been more than 20 days now that i have not received any update from the company. When i check the status it still shows "processing", tried calling multiple times but they never pick up the call and everytime it gets disconnected. Seems like that the sole purpose of the company is to dupe customers. Worst experience ever. Their competitor is far better with respect to service.
