Dear team

I have ordered keychain from printland online store thru thier app on 12 march 2019, paid by payu 163 rs order no.[protected]. But it showing still in production. Now full month going to spent but i have not received any rever from them even in sent mail thru contact us.
Due to thier delay i lost my 5000 rs bucks as i commited my client i will give this and he will give me order. I need my money back with compansation. Please arrange address this.

    I have been trying to reach printland since saturday. Been 04 days now. No update on my order. No one answers calls.
    My money has gotten stuck with them. This is ridiculous! I cannot belive how pathetic service is given to customers.
    Your supervisor promised to send me an email with options to replace my goods ordered because they were not unavailable in your website. But no update. No response! This is really not appreciated!

    Nobody even calls to update!

      We have ordered on 29th dec 2018 for dailries in w order with order no :[protected] and[protected] with 25 diaries and 22 dairies respectively. After several follow ups also we have not received though they promise that they would be doing it in that week.

      I am fed up calling them as to connect them it takes nearly 30 to 45 mins in the call and there is no response from their customer support email ids : [protected]@printland.in.

      Can anyone help?

        I had ordered a gift for 350rs on online portal. It was a prepaid order.
        I never got it on the expected date. After complaining several times, i got my order after 1 month of expected date.
        Basically, it took 1.5 months for just getting a pen.
        Secondly, it was damaged. The box was open.
        How the hell can i gift it to someone if it is damaged
        Pathetic service. This is my first n last time im gonna use printland.

          This is with reference to my prepaid order at printland.in. My order is a prepaid order (Via paytm), placed on 29th december 2018 consisting of 5 items. The delivery tracking shows that the order was supposed to be delivered by 8th january 2019. It's been over 10 days and yet there is no sign of delivery. The website is not showing any furthur tracking details. Its still being shown that the order will be delivered by 8th january which is impossible.
          I want my order to be delivered at the earliest and also want to tracking details.
          -along with that, i request a compensation for the harassment done by the team of printland.

            I have ordered for 350 pens (Order no.[protected] for our company's event which we are organizing on 20th january 2019. Before giving order to this company i asked for order delivery in time, some yashoda named lady assured me that i'll receive my order on 19th jan 2019 for sure. I am continuously trying to communicate with them but they are not responding my calls. Finally when they received my call then i was told that my order has been dispatched via airmail through 'delhivery' courier company so i can get my order in time but when i asked the courier company i got to know that order has been shipped via normal courier. I have an event tomorrow (20th jan '19) and i have not received my order yet.

            Please guys beware of this company, this people (Yashoda, priyanka and this company) are not professional at all. After getting money from you they will not respond your calls unless you dial from another number. They will make you fool and these people lie when we ask for delivery update. Now, i am regretting for giving order to them, i should have seen google and other websites reviews for this company before ordering.

              Hi,
              I had ordered two new year greeting cards (Customised cards) with two different name, similar design. My order number is[protected].
              Apparently i receive 3 cards instead of 2 and that too all with the name (Pandey) on it. Rather vivek gupta on one card and pandey on other.
              I would request you to kindly send the card with name “vivek gupta” at the given address asap.
              Please find the attachment which we have received and you can compare it with what was being ordered.

                I placed two orders[protected] and[protected] with them for some personalised parker note books and pens on 17/12/2018. The delivery date committed by them was 27/12/2018 and nothing got delivered so far. They don't care to advise the customers of any delays and they are unfit to run an ecommerce website. Can i approach the nearest police station to open up a case of fraud against the owners/ directors of this business? These kind of websites must be blocked from trading immediately so that their looting stops.

                  I placed an order to printland.in on 14-Dec and their website mentioned that I should receive the order by 24-Dec, however till now I have not received the product and every time I call they keep telling me that order will be dispatched today. Their customer support is pathetic that they do that’s any senior staff to handle escalations.

                  Update on my order is that on printland did partially ship my order of 3 of the 13 items that I ordered and cancelled the remaining order, I'm still waiting for a refund. If they were not able to take up the order and deliver the promised goods I don't understand why in the first place they accepted the order and take my money upfront. Also since this was a gift for a group of 13 people there was no point of me receiving just the partial order.

                  I had ordered brown craft paper print, but they have sent me normal low quality white paper print, on raising a complaint over email, they reverted back saying they will print again, but still no order has been delivered, they have stopped responding to emails also

                    I had ordered the business organizer on 12th dec 18 and after so many discussion they said they will dispatch the organizer and later i told them to cancel the order as it was taking very long time. I had told them to cancel the order and customer care girl told me that they will cancel the order and refund the amount but now they are refusing to refund the amount instead they sent the old order.
                    I think this is a site where they just want to make money and not listen customer after they get money from us. Hence, kindly take a action for this fraud printland and do favour customer like us.

                    The organizer is now I cannot use because it is personalized and I am not getting proper reply from customer care service and on call they are telling they will not be able to cancel the order.

                      My order no.[protected] dtd. 6.12.2018. Placed online order with advance money (As per their term) from the product listed on the site. On checking with ms. Akruti over the phone, she is not able to inform, when i am getting my ordered product and also she had had refused to connect to concerned senior person in the company. Finally she said, she will call me bk within) ne hr, about status of my deliver. But no call received so far.
                      Again on 13/12/2018, spoken to ms. Tanvi and she said, due to delay, i am receiving my delivery on 16/12/2018 positively
                      Now on 17/12/2018 spoken with soumaya and she said my product is not available. Than asked for refund (Since they were unable to deliver my ordered product) but she refused and forced me to buy alternate product, which is not at all good for my purpose. Lastly, i asked her to connect to senior person, which she refused at first instance. On insistence she said manager name is washim. Purpose of narrating whole event was, how printland cheat customer and take advance money for the product which is not available (But show online as this is available) and thandonot refund money, when is asked for. Instead they force to accept sub-standard product, which is not required by consumer. I cautious all buyer, kindlu donot deal or place order with printland, since they will also cheat you and not deliver your product (As required by you)

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        This is regarding a purchase i recently made with printland.in. I ordered a customized phone case (Order no. Pl[protected] and i distinctly remember the site saying the material to be used is "high grade rubber" since that is why i had ordered the product. Although right after the purchase they changed it to "high grade plastic". This may seem like a small error but even after several queries i sent to their customer service at [protected]@printland.in, they refused to acknowledge the error and started the production process without my permission.

                        This was not only highly unethical but also is a big scam to cheat the customer and make money off of it.

                        It would be very helpful if you look into this matter and held those accountable for cheating the customer at printland.in.

                          I ordered 3 tshirts and 3 caps. In spite of sending the images for customized printing multiple times since last 3 days. They are straight away rejecting the images and moving my order status to pending.

                          I have sent the 600 DPI image that they requested as well. No progress is happening.

                          I have placed a prepaid order so my money is stuck now. Neither they are processing my order, nor they are cancelling and refunding my amount.

                          Please take strict action.

                              I ordered 200 printed mugs from them. It costed around 99 rs each which is 19800 and 2300 for shipping so total is 22100. I paid the entire amount as they said they won't be able to strat production if i don't pay the entire amount. They promised me to deliver it by 14th september. My occasion was on 20th september. By 19th september also i did not receive it. From then i'm continuously trying to contact them but they are not refunding my amount after saying they will do within 2 3 days. Now they are not answering my calls. My occasion was hampered and now this. I really need help. It is a huge amount and i want it back.

                              On the month of August I paid.It is October now and no response.Since 2 months they are harassing me.My entire occasion was spoiled because of them and now they are not paying any heed.They are not answering my calls now.Till September they answered and continuously said call him call her we can't help.I really need 22100/- back.It is a huge amount for me.
                              Haven't got my money back yet.Printland has not contacted yet.

                                I had ordered parker pen on 20th aug-18 to gift my sis after ordering I called them up after two days to know the status on 23rd they started saying that sir your order is in hold as we are not holding the stock, I asked them why dont you call up and inform customer about the same, or keep a sing in your website saying that this pen is currently in out of stock, later they gave me a alternate pen which I dint like I replied to them, after 6 days I got a mail ones your order is dispatched we will inform you, after 2 days I mailed them about the status, I got a reply saying that we regret to inform you we are facing internal issue how ever we will provide you alternate pen you can approve that, I dint like but forcefully I approved it, on 04/09/18 I mailed them about the status I dint get a reply 05/09/18 I called them to ask the status, they started saying your old ball pen is not in stock we have hold the pen due to stock issue, I said them I have approved the mail for the alternet pen then they started saying sir we will dispatch your order now you will get it by 08/09/18 on 06/08/18 i got a mail saying that we regret to inform you the pen approved was rejected due to quality checking team i have requested the mail for refund the amount. they have no customer services nor a value to a customerI would advice everyone not to buy any products from this website you will end up by regretting.                                   I have ordered 24 products order no[protected] from printland.in which was costing rs 1, 461.70 and make the payment accordingly. I ordered on 7th aug 2018 till the date - 21 days gone still i have not get that products. I am very disappointed as this was meant to be a gift. I have already written complaint emails and made calls only to receive an automated message or no response at all. Printland is very disgusting.

                                  I will make it a point to post on all social networks and also spread the word to whoever asks me for suggestions in the near future - about the pathetic service & products supplied by printland!!!

                                  A piece of advice to people reading this comment - please do not buy any product / place any order ever!!! They are the worst!!!

                                  I deeply regret placing the order from printland.in and will never ever make a mistake in future!

                                    I have ordered 50 military key chain which was costing Rs 165.00 each + 28% GST and make the payment accordingly After long persuasion the item which was ordered was not delivered but instead of it another key chain was delivered which was costing only Rs 65 + 28% GST as per their catalog only. When I asked for refunding the balance amount, they refused to return saying that it is also costing the same. I told them about their catalog which was provided by them only, then they said it was the wrong one. It is now more than one month passed they have not refunded my money till date. I have sent many email made many calls but of no use. Now they stopped picking my phone and responding my email. Finally I lodged the complain to National Consumer Forum regarding the cheating of this company and I am waiting for the result. I request all of you to make complain against this company to all available forum so that others can be saved from their cheating.

                                      I ordered on 16th june - black magic coffee mug. Till the date - 17 days gone still i have not get that product. Every time i called on ur customer care number they said today will deliver again & again but, in reality no receive.
                                      If today that product will not deliver to me. Then, i will complete this to navi mumbai, police station.
                                      & i already told to police inspector to kindly, look this matter very seriously...

                                        Pl[protected] ; i had placed this order on 6th june which was to be delivered by 11th june as per committed time. From 8th june the status of the order on their website is showing as processing. Till today (16th june) order status is the same. I have written emails to customer service but no one is responding. I need to know my order status asap as this was a gift.
