We had taken a 5 year membership of this company in May 2017. We have not availed a single service till date. Tried contacting the company in various ways but seems like they have vanished. We paid a total of 45, 000 to them. This is pure case of fraud with the clients and we demand our refund back. It takes great effort for us to earn money and companies like these conveniently fraud and run away.

I took the priority membership for 80, 000 for 5 years membership. Member ship number - ppnv#714. Recently had planned for a holidays as i have not availed any single holiday till date. Tried to reach them via email, phone call but unable to reach them. Even their website is not available.
It seem's like they shutdown the services without any notice and hence they have cheated with me. I want refund of the money.
Please guide me how to resolve this issue and get back my hard earned money.

Hi, this company is fraud, on november 2017 this company has taken 1 lac for holiday trip every year for hotels bookings. But post that whenever we have booked it we have not received a single booking no customer service of them has called us, neither their office is in the same location. I am a middle-class lady we have booked it so that in five years we can go any wear across the globe enjoy a vacation. These people have not sent us on a single trip. I need my money back. Please help me. I have agreement welcome letter. Please help me.

I am pooja ramchandani here. I took priority holiday membership fr thirty years by paying two lakh rupees. From andheri west. Many things were promised but now no contact no email working. All employees who were talking now are saying they left. Now where should i go n ask fr a refund. Can yu please help

I, sonali mutha, is member of priority international from august 2014 with membership number pimu 343, with 30 year membership. Now wanted to book for holiday but unable to connect with anyone. No-one picks up phone, no reply for e mail office at andheri also closed., clearly, this company has cheated us. N should refund the amount we paid for membership.

Usps tracking indicates package is being held in customs since 1/23. No updates. What can i do to get it through customs and delivered to addressee or, if prohibited, returned to me?

I became member of priority international by paying 1, 25, 000 (25, 000 by debit card and 1, 00, 000 by credit card). Here is what was promised and not given: - not a single pass for a single event : at least 12 events were promised in a year - gift voucher worth rs. 3000 every year - we were informed that it would not be that much if at all - no 36 month emi - i would need to pay full 1, 00, 000 of my credit card bill on my own - no 5 year gym membership - no one to take calls to plan for holidays worst part is none of them are even picking up my call. I tried calling them more than 100 time in last 10 days. I have availed not only single holiday.

I also tried to reach them via email, phone call, office visit in aundh pune, but unable to reach them.

It seem's they shutdown the office by cheating with me i want refund of my money and request to help me in this fraud case.

I am Member since 2016 But right now all Numbers are not reachable and emails also fails..

I have not availed a single package and now when i am mailing them their email ids are no more. Their phone no does not exist amd their andheri west office js permanently closed.
They had made many false promises like free gym membership etc but nothing was given.
Pls advise how to resolve the situation.
I believe the head office of the fraud organisation is in pune.

I had taken membership in march 2016 from tip-top plaza, thane. It was thru hdfc credit card emi and they have charged us more. Now when i am writing to them, email is bouncing, none of phone calls are answered.

I am the member of priority international holidays. They have taken 75000 from us for holidays booking but they are not giving service. We have tried contacting them but no response. We are helpless to our money back. Request you to please look into the same.

We are a retired couple aged 75 & 68 years old, we purchased 5 year holiday membership in 2015 and paid ₹ 1, 25, 000 from our retirement fund for the same.

We were able to book only one holiday with them in 2016. This year when we contacted the office in sep-18, they were initially in touch and offered some hotel properties in malaysia. Now in november when we are trying to contact them, the email and phone of priority international are disconnected!

It is a great loss for us. Can you help us and advise what steps can be taken.

I bought this membership by paying rs.99000 and have availed only one holiday so far. I had to go through hell while booking that one also.

This time also the same story is being repeated. I am trying to book a holiday and have been following up with these guys for last 1 month. Today, when i tried to send a follow up mail, no mail is getting delivered. Their contact numbers are also not being answered. Try logging in their web[age, it says its under construction.

These are the cheats and must be brought to justice. These are our hard earned money

I am a senior citizen. I have paid rs. 130000 to prriority interkational pvt ltd, for holiday packages for five years in 2015. Very next day after my payment for personnel reasons i changed mu mind and requested them to refund my money as i will not be travel on holidays for another five years. I have emailed several times but they are not responding. They neither gave me contact number of the top boss. I visited their office yesterday at pune and most surprisingly (And as expected) there is no office at the given address. Please advise if i should go to court and lodge a criminal case of fraud against the company?

I have taken 5 years membership JAN 2016 ( member ship PIMU 5103) from Priority International worth Rs 1.25 Lac, they promised me several benefits when compared to other resort / club companies:

1. Hotel stay at any location in India or abroad with whom they have tie-ups and hotels 3 star or above.
2. Gym membership Reimbursement
3. Banquet hall at select hotels with whom Priority international has tie-ups with.

Nothing of this has happened and suddenly company closed.
its hard earn money and please help to recover my money .

We both my husband and wife senior citizens are cheated by priority goiving false promises of domestic and international tours offered by them.

I became member for 5 years giving rs l lakh through credit card and the agreement was signed upto 2021. My membership no. Pikm 5311. The amt. Wad paid in continent hotel at khar (W) where they had arranged sales promotion.

After that in may 2018 after much persuasion and vigourous effort they booked hotel accommodation for 7 days at dubai as i planned to visit taking 2017 benefit. When i cross checked with the hotel at dubai they have not any hotel charges for us and without charges we cannot enter the hotel they said. Before departure i sat in their andheri office upto 8 p. M and made them to remit the amount and ran pillar to post.

Now i want to visit some other place taking 2018 benefit they are not responding. Nobody lifts the phone. When i searched in the google so many people affectef by me has gone to consumer court and they got money refunded back
