Priority International, who claims to be providing best holiday across India is cheating customer. They have taken Rs.81, 000 from me for 5 years and did not explain me all the details at the time of taking package. Now they say that I have to pay Rs.15, 000 as Annual maintenance charges every year and what they will do is provide hotel and pick-up and drop. Persons involved in this cheating are: Prashant Bansal - [protected] Altamash Momin - [protected] Also at the time of booking they said that the amount can be converted to 24 month EMI without interest. But it is not done yet. I have to convert it by myself and paid penalty for the same. When contacted their credit card department head, he said that he will pay the penalty. But it is also not done yet. The person detail is : Wasim Khan - [protected] Also I want to book a holiday and those guys are not at all supportive. It is my strong advice to you guys " PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE PACKAGE FROM PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL ". They are not good. Go for MakeMyTrip. They are the best of all.

Shocked after going thru the reviews. I did the same mistake too by trusting their words. I am too worried about my money.
Please suggest options to recover the amount from them.
I am also shocked after reading all reviews and consumer complaints.. I took the membership last week for 10 years. Now, I am confused and worried about my money.
If anyone has any suggestions to get back the money, let me know.

They just tell people take their services will be best, for any refund or any conversation of mail it took them
1 week time to take decision, i request people dont take membership from them

I am ready. We will go together and log complain in consumer court. Already I visited Magarpatta police station on same. They suggested me to go to Hadapsar police station and give return complain againest them.

If we all go then there is a change to get justice.

Has someone progressed with filing a complaint in consumer court? I believe we should do it in a group. Please post on this forum if you have or are willing to file a case against PI jointly. Having suffered at their hands, I would like to do this ASAP with preferably a group to make the case stronger.

I have purchased the 5 years membership from Priority International for Rs 95000.


As per my discussion with your executive, he told me that this amount can pay in 48 EMI’s with 0% processing & interest.


But latter on I come to know that it was fake assurance.


After lots of discussion they settled the issue by assuring me that the total amount I need
to pay Is 80000. The excess amount they will pay me back. The excess amount is 5560.


Also I will get 50% discount in annual maintenance of account for 5 years.


All the discussion happen on email.


Now I have been taking follow up from last 9 months, but they didn’t willing to pay the money.


I lost my faith on them. How I can continue my membership for 5 years.


I have all the email Communication with me for reference.


Please help me.
I am also cheated by Priority International . On 12th Nov 2014, they had call us by telling that we had Won the Prizes of worth Rs 40, 000 /-, we will be getting 1. Tour Vouher 2. Free Voucher of Rs 40, 000 /- and 3. kitchen Cookery Item and told us to come with family and childern to Hotel Park at Andheri. From 4.30 PM to 8.30 PM they had given all false commitments and taken our signature on the Stamp Paper for the Membership Amount Rs 90, 000 /- for 5 years. We had Paid Cash of Rs 20, 000 /- on the spot and they told us that the services will be started only when we will pay at least 50 % ie 45, 000 /- amount to Priority International . Now, after four months due to some personal problem I am Not able to Pay this amount and also I don't want to continues this agreement, I approach Priority International Office at Andheri . Now, the customer support person is telling me that, we will not pay the Amount Rs 20, 000 /- Paid during membership registration as it is written in the MOU ( Membership amount is Non - Refundable ) . But, I havn't got the Membership confirmation / Nos from M/s Priority International. They had not given any services to me during last 4 months . Also, I had
not at all Used the Free Vouchers given by them. Request of Cancellation was send to Priority International last 20 days back, but, No confirmation / reply is been given. Yesterday, I went to Andheri Office, they are Not responding for my Refund amount Rs 20, 000/-

Priority is third class fraud company.I got cheated from priority gives fake promises do not give any responds of my call and mail.I purchase 30000 holiday package from priority.My name is Tejal Jadhav from Pune.Ifyou are thinking to buy holiday package or membership from priority please don't do that please its very risky.These people ar fraud and bloody thief.For more information you can call me on [protected].I am your well whisher.
