I filled a form in big bazaar vashi mumbai on 25th Mar 16 and on 26th Mar 16, I got call from Priority International stating i have won some gifts and please come to office to collect free gifts and there is prize distribution ceremony. when i visited place was noisy (Loud music- so that you can not hear whats happening on next table) and they have asked me not to use mobile inside since this is promotional offer. Salesperson were asking general question to become friendly . He offered me few travel packages which were extremely attractive by seeing and hard to believe. He keeps promising goody and free things like Promises are: 1. This company claims that they provide 6 Nights/ 7 days free hotel reservations in 3 - 5 star hotels like Hotel Taj tajhotels.com, Hotel Oberoi oberoihotels.com/, ITC hotels, Le-meridian hotels, hyatt, Marriott and many more hotels in World. 2. 20-30% Air flight discount 3. Free Gym facilities from big gym houses 4.summer camp for kids 5. AC Hall/ Lawns/banquet halls in any city 3 time in a year free 6. Free Club house facility 7. 0% interest, 0% processing fees on EMI for the membership fees. They have Tie up with Banks to convert the amount max 36 EMI with 0% interest and processing fees 8. Free Airport Priority Lounges across the world 9.Free event passes every week with free dinner After these 90 min talk they trying to force for this exclusive offers.they give me water to drink and trying to confuse me when i asked for time to think.they have taken signature on a agreement and taken 115000 Rs from my two credit cards ( i dont know why they used 2 cards).when i came out of office i realize that they fooled me and i contacted mr. anurag lohre-[protected] for cancelling my membership and refund then they take me to back office and Mr sohel shaikh (Branch manager) meets me and tell that there is no refund policy.i told them that i dont want it as i will not use it.they told me that they will make my AMC charges of 7000/- per year free.i told them any other solution they tell me to go legal way.when i came home and researched, it was too late i was in the hand of these fraud company. company address- navi mumbai-satra Palza, office no 214 & 250 2nd floor, plot no-sector-19D palm beach road, vashi, navi mumbai-400705 if anybody get cheated plz share ur mob no on [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

Reference is made to your email dated 07 Apr 16.I enquired about the list of four Hotels provided by you, None of the hotels know about Priority international or any membership ( for which you have taken 1, 15, 000 Rs). This shows that you don't have any tieups with these hotels, and your sales person simply cheated us by giving false statement.
I am very much suspicious about your company just after the sale of membership thats why i came for cancellation of membership.further I complained in APMC police station and your senior Mr Altamash Momin Misbehaved with me and arrogantly telling that your company don't have tieups but only providing booking ( If we want only booking than we can do it by ourself through online portals like makemytrip.com etc) but because of your sales person false representation and fake tieup documents you indulge us in this agreement.
Further, After this your company Lawyer Mr. Riyaz shaikh given me assurance in APMC police station on behalf of directors and company but no chargeback is issued till now.
I am suggesting you that stop cheating inncocent people by selling them fake membership
once again iam telling you to give me cancellation letter/chargeback letter as i have not used any services with you and due to negative track record of your company do not want any relation with your company in future.

I have called ICICI bank credit card section & they told me that they can do investigation & if they found something wrong, they will give full refund.
I have purchased membership before 2 month & paid 35, 000. Even today credit card section is taking my complain. I suggest all of you, if you have taken membership via credit card, raise dispute with your bank, they will investigate on their own.
Now, after the Mumbai police has raid on one office, its easy for us to prove that they are cheaters

I also came across same issue and cheated with these fraud company. They are not even responding properly after taking money. I went to their office trice about my gym membership which they promised and didn't get it yet. I wrote them different mails also but no response. I am based in Pune.
We should take required action to those frauds.
