I bought a bag from myntra of provogue . It wasn’t even used much and it got torn . It is still under the warranty period of 6 months . The myntra executive has denied any refund or exchange and they are telling to contact provogue.

I have purchased PROVOGUE Spacy unisex 35 L Laptop Backpack Blue.

Product received on : 21-June-2022

But the product does not even withstand for a month. What sort of quality M/s PROVOGUE is giving to customers.

Consider the quality of the product and deal with the reputation of the company.

Each and every penny spent from our packet should be valued.

This backpack has been purchased for official purposes and found defective within a month. I need a replacement that should be of best in class quality.

I believe you consider this complaint as high priority and do the needful as soon as possible.

I sent a mail to [protected]@provogue.com at Jul 26, 2022, 3:46 PM. But there is no response even more than a month.

Hence I am requesting consumer helpline to resolve this concern and provide justice for this act.

But after somedays it's bottle holder strips on the side of bag gets torn
I want to claim the warranty of this product and get the replacement.
Plz do see the problem.

My issue has not been resolved. Delivery man came two times but he rejected due to other print . I don't know that company has provided me this order with different print and color so what should I do? If I got same print then what was the issue to return that bag?
I'm feeling very very regretful to be part of your company.
Kindly return my money as soon as possible.

I have purchased Provogue Jersey 38L Laptop bag pack 27.04.2021 from flipcart. But due to covid I have been using the same since last month i, e. February 2022. Now the strap of the bag is teared off within one month.It is very shameful and ridiculous for this brand. So I want replacement with a genuine product.

I bought one provogue backpack on 30th sep, 2021, but now ti was teared at one place. It is 100% manufacturing defect as i am attaching photos of the bag. Now i want to claim warranty.

I Bought a set of three suitcase on 10th May 2021 from Flipkart. one among that broke as the quality of suitcase is so cheap
kindly replace as soon as possible.

And side sole quality issue

I purchased the PROVOGUE bag 35 L on 17 Oct. Only one month I have used and it got teared off, All corner threads out. As per bag capacity I carried only 10-12 Kg. I have another PROVOGUE bag 40 L which I was using form last 6 month there is no issue. May be the Quality decrease with in 6 month or its duplicate products.
Kindly take immediate action.

Sir, I have ordered provogue backpack knight - 40L from flipkart and received this product on 13 Oct 2021 and I use this product on 05 Nov 2021.when I use first time it got damaged. Sir please help me. Please give me suggestions what should I do.

Sole quality issue waterproof problem

Am buying a new bag for flipkart at 11 sep 2021. side support started coming out.

I have purchased a Provogue spacy unisex backpack with raincover & refective strip 35 L backpack from flipkart.

It was delivered me on 08.03.2021. Within 5 months of delivery it has got damaged severely (picture attached). I have used this only few days as lockdown was going in West Bengal for more than 2 months and I was working from my home. Thus the backpack was used for very little time, specifically it was used for only a month or less.

As a loyal customer of Provogue, it is not at all expected from you. I am requesting you to exchange this backpack with a new one of all same features.

I have raised comlaints through email to your customer care email id on 25.08.21, 16.09.21 & 06.10.21. but have not listen a word from you.
