Hi, i ordered provogue blue flex ladies purse on 21st feb 2017 and made the payment through icici net banking. My order no#[protected]. Since then i have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "processing" since last 3 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!

    Hi Team,

    This is inform you that, its been a two weeks i ordered a leather purse under ICICI Bank some offer.

    First i had a hope that, the order will reach within 28 days.
    But, after i saw many complaints regarding this. I really losing my hope.And i could see there is no changes in status.

    Please provide the valuable reason for me for late.
    It's really unfair. Please give us valid reason with product or money back. We paid for product.Don't show off by fake adds. Do the needfull.

        Hi team,
        I am facing a major issue regarding a product delivery.I have ordered a watch under ICICI offer on January 17th.It's been 1 month and I haven't received my order.When I try to track the order it's showing me that the order have been delivered on 10th.But I didn't receive any parcel on my address.Can you please checkout where the issue is persisting and make the order to be delivered at the address which I have mentioned in the order.?

          I ordered Canvas duffle bag two months back with order number[protected] I still didn't receive the bag yet, multiple time I tried to call your customer care number [protected] but there is no response. I also placed a complaint on the same portal I didn't even get any proper response for that. Worst part is you didn't even intimate of delay in delivery...

              Hi there

              Branded name but a #### services.. I ordered one bag on 1st dec it was expected to deliver in 28 working days its been more then a month and so far i haven't received the product.. A guy called me a month later asking if i have cancelled the order & promised to deliver in next 24 hours.. and so far nothing.. before coming online for this tried to resolve by calling their customer care dropped a message on their website but NOTHING as of now

              What a pathetic customer service you guys give.. Guys beware Provogue India A #### company don't buy anything from this its a total blockage of your money

                Had ordered a wallet thru icici net banking coupn code. received a third class dirty product . Looks like someone has used and thrown away. its not worth even 399 which was charged for packing and delivery
                please be aware and do not buy these PROVOUGE products.
                Wasnt expecting such a low quality product from a brand like provogue. Not sure if the company is doing this fraud or someone else is using and using the brand s name

                  I order cloths from Provogue online shopping. They done courier with wrong sizes of trouser.To Retrun back the package we need to take "customer care at[protected] to open a return authorization request" this phone number we can never contact with customer care people. And other phone number is[protected] will never work. how to return?

                  The return courier bill amount maximum 100 rupees only to the customer. what is this ? how can government given permision to such company without having return facitility. But price is costing more than 400 + for the return the items.

                  No proper customer care to talk about the issues. "Please call our customer care at[protected] to open a return authorization request" we can never talk with customer care team because the call will disconnect after 5 mins.
                  This is ridiculous on the maintaining of the website, return policy, customer care.

                  I booked for 4 items and invoice had generated and charged for 4 items.
                  but when the delivery happened they given only 3 items and missing one item.
                  to check with this with customer care was disgusting and no repsonse, unable to connect with customer care on[protected]. please take necessary action on this company immediatly

                      I've placed an order for PROVOGUE bag using the code ICICINT16 on 30th Nov 2016, but still now I haven't received the package. I've checked with ICICI customer care they told the order was sucessfull.

                      This is really sad to hear. I was just about to redeem my code as well for this. Unsure now. I recently had a very bad experience with forex noted given by ICICI - the notes are not accepted where i am travelling. The branch folks are unaware of the rules in Singapore & Malaysia as far as currency goes. Really sad.

                        I ordered (Order no[protected] provogue watch on 11 jan 2016 and made the payment through icici. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful. Its been 14 days and i didn't get any update from provogue team. When i check the order status in provogue website, its showing in transit from the day beginning. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com and also to [protected]@icicibank.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them.
                        I also tried their customer care no:[protected] which is not working either, it always says line busy.

                        Pls process my order on urgent basis.

                          I receive a promo offers from HDFC for free sun glasses. only i need to pay shipping charges 299/-. I paid using my net banking . the order no is[protected].
                          While ordering informed that within 28days delivery will be.i ordered on Dec 14 2016. i received a message from autogenerated one saying that product was out for delivery and the invoice no is 7011804. in the provogue my account AWD no is updated[protected]. on 9th jan 2017 i received this message.

                          on the same day i got one more message like my product was delivered.
                          and the status also changed to complete on myaccount .

                          But the probleme is i didnt receive any courier. i was out of station on that day.
                          And didnt get any call or message also .how it was delivered and where it was delivered.
                          i tried to call to the customer care of courier company as well as provogue but not picking the call .
                          i think this is a fake promos.
                          i am thinking to file a case against HDFC for promoting these type of fake promos and provogue .

                          i want my money back if dont deliver the product.

                            Dear Team, I have ordered a product from Provogue under scheme of HDFC bank and paid the amount in advance from debit card. Order No. is[protected] on 4th December, 2016. As per company's time period, product has to be delivered within 28 days. Till today i have not received the goods. I have been trying to contact their customer care number from so many days, but no-response from their side. Even though i have registered my complain in their portal. despite they have not resolved the issue. They do not have any robust system of complain redresal. as per their site the product is still in-transit from 6th January.

                              I have initiated a return request of the order ##[protected] on 5th jan.
                              But still no has come to collect the bag.This is really unexpected how the prorogue team is working.
                              I did shopping first time by keeping mind that this is very big brand and it will be great by doing shopping with them but this was very bad experience.

                              Please take this product return and refund my money ASAP.

                                    Hi,

                                    I placed an order with HDFC offer and lodged complaint for cancelling the order and refunding Rs. 299.

                                    Thrice raised complaint for cancelling the order and called so many times to customer care but no response.

                                    Finally emailed on [protected]@provogue.Com for getting the order cancelled but then getting a reply that it will get shipped in 5-6 days
                                    How can such a reply be dumb, customer is asking for cancellation and refund, but reply comes for shipping details.

                                      ICICI bank is given offer for credits cards 1st transaction that we get provouge products worth Rs 2000 free only shipping we have to pay.

                                      But when we order the actual product is such cheap its not worth of 200 Rs also and we are ending paying up shipping charges of RS 400.

                                      SO both the provouge and ICICI bank playing fraud with the customer and cheating them in the name of offers
