I have still not received the product. Please let me know by when the product will be delivered to the ordered address?

    I ordered a duffle bag from my hdfc bank credit card offer on dt 21 nov 2016.
    i submit a complaint on dt 23 dec 2016 at [protected]@provogue.com, in return they sent me a mail indicating shipment of above order by courier awb no GPPR017164 dt 23 dec 2016. but no courier name mentioned.
    still trackin detail not updated
    I already emailed the company on 23 Dec 2016 and they in return emailed me the courier detail which shows the completion of order but on clicking their tracking button it shows no tracking detail

      I had ordered Provogue aviator(Sunglasses) on 12 October 2016 under HDFC offer for 299. The amount got deducted but I've not received the product yet.More than two months have passed, when I checked the status it said the order has been cancelled(without my knowledge). Order no. #[protected], the amount was not refunded. I had also logged a complaint ten days back here http://www.provogue.com/complaintsform and got an email from team that delivery will be reattempted for the same. But dint get any details regarding it till now. Could you please look into this?

        I ordered a men brown wallet and paid full amount of this order online but till now i didn't got any response and also the policy of this company is that the all orders complete within 28 days.

        This offer was given by axis bank for buy this product and also bank help to this company for advertise and offers but they not complete the order. So please take restrict action to this company and axis bank too for this fraud offer and help me to get back my money. Orderno.[protected]

          Recieved the delivery of ordered blue dial men's watch in non working condition - when unpacked found the seconds hand was not clocking and then could understand the dial was not at all working. The delhivery courier guy who delivered to take back the goods asking us to complaint to provogue. I was cautious to call icici team two days before delivery as i was fortunate to notice in the internet - some serious complaints from many icici users that they were cheated. Sarcastically i am a prey now and i failed to read reviews before ordering which i realised very late.

          Icici should not involve in such cheap and repeatedly complained offer partners - Provogue has to be far more responsible and Icici is going to spoil their reputation unnecessarily

                I was doing an FD on HDFC bank net banking on 19th nov 2016. after the process was complete, i got an offer from provogue of some products to buy for just rs.300. so i took the offer and ordered a white coloured provogue bag and money was deducted from my account but i didnt receive any confirmation of the order by mail or msg.the site said the order would be delivered in 28 days but how do i track it when i dont have any order no. there is no record or tracking of the order as no order no. was allotted to me. i even filed a complaint on provogue india site but again there was no reply from their side.i want the product or my money back !!these people are fraud !!

                I was opening a FD in my hdfc bank account and then after the transaction was completed, there was a flash ad on the HDFC site, for provougue offer.
                I bought a provogue duffle bag for rs 299 by doing net banking payment from HDFC bank.
                This all happend on 25 nov 2016.
                And then i get a email from provogue, that the product will be delivered in 28 working days.
                Till now the status in provogue site gives me the same status as was on the day of order.
                It is already 28 days and still i don't get the courier. Also i raised a complaint in provogue website, but no replies.

                I hold both HDFC ban and provogue india responsible for this cheating.
                Why HDFC bank shows this ad. in their website.
                Still if you do some transaction this ad. pops up.

                  This has been fourth time I am writing this to you and let me tell you it's not happening at all.
                  Please revert early, as its been very third class service by you it'd around two months and the product is yet to be delivered.
                  Its not acceptable at all. Please reply early otherwise I have to go by another way
                  and your customer care number is just a time pass which after 6-10 minutes tell thank you and call gets disconnected I call several time and not a single time I was entertained by your representatives.

I have ordered the provogue bag on november 4, 2016. Received a message that my order is placed. There is no tracking order information available on provogue website.

                    Please help me get the delivery of provogue bag or refund the amount i have already paid.

                      Its been 25 days since the order was placed. the call center number doesn't work. There is no response from Provogue at all.

                          On 16 oct 2016 i had ordered two BALLON shirts (103691-L-291-XL BALLON, Size XL, colour Yellow and 103691-OR-200-XL BALLON, Size XL, Colour Pink Provogue) on Provouge official site ( www.provouge.com) and my order no. is #[protected] . i have already paid the order amount Rs. 2038/- through debit card. but on 19 Oct 2016 I have received only one shirt (103691-L-291-XL BALLON, Size XL, colour Yellow ) . As I had paid for two shirts, the other shirt (103691-OR-200-XL BALLON, Size XL, Colour Pink Provogue ) not received yet . Provouge's call centre no[protected] is also not responding . pls do the needful on urgent basis.

                              Though all complaints are of same nature still I would like to mention it here.
                              As keeping silence will give nod that this scam has stopped.
                              I want to hold HDFC responsible for this scam. They should refrain for promoting such loots as I have a salary account with HDFC along with my friends who all ordered those bags and glasses together and we have decided to switch our salary accounts to some bank which do not associate in such activities.

                              Please promote these words so that people do not end up regretting on such complaint sites.

                                Hello Sir,

                                I had placed an order on Provogue India website for a duffel bag on 26th October, 2016. It has been more than 10 days now and I am not seeing any update on their website regarding the order.

                                I would like to bring to your attention that what this company is doing is a fraud and a day light robbery. They are collecting money from people and not honoring their order is pure case of theft.

                                I would be very obliged if you can forward this complaint to the suitable authorities so that this company can booked and stop people from falling into the trap.

                                  Ordered 2 pepvogue watch using a offer for State Bank debit card holders.
                                  Refund not received even after 1 month of cancellation.
                                  cancellation date: 27/09/2016
                                  Oct 24 received a mail from customer care mentioning successfull refund, and a wait period of 3-4 working days.
                                  Today 1st Nov, 2016. Yet to receive a single rupee from Provogue.

                                    I placed an order having no.[protected]A white bag) that was an offer to me on my netbanking of hdfc bank, i. E i have to pay just delivery charger 299/- and i ll receive above mentioned bag,
                                    So on wednesday[protected] time was 09:15am i placed an order and paid 299/- to company through hdfc netbanking...

                                    Then on same day on time 09:25 am i received a sms —

                                    But now on 27.10.2016 while i am checking my order status then it shows that status is complete...
                                    No tracking information available...

                                    Estimate time of delivery is 25.10.2016..

                                    I am shocked, yet i didn't receive any order sir.

                                    and send me message of transaction 9999/- and asked for OTP...
                                    what is this...????????
                                    Till date i have not received the ordered item.

                                    please make an arrangement to delivery the item without delay.
                                    Not received yet and no information is made available

                                    Expected delivery was showing as 31/08/2016 and for more than two months, trying to contact customer care no. but no response

                                        Provogue rolled out an offer with the HDFC bank in which any HDFC customer was eligible to buy provogue Watch/bag on the payment of Shipping charge only. I have purchased one Canvas duffle bag with the provogue order #[protected] on October 12, 2016 10:44:21 AM IST and made the payment with my HDFC Net Banking.

                                        Still the status shows as "No tracking details. We're preparing your order. Courier information will be updated soon." from past 12 days.

                                        Also, I didn't receive any order status mail/call/sms nor getting no response from Provogue Customer care through either Contact Number or Email.
