I Priyank Jain purchased my shoes from Provogue Studio Pune. Within 2 months the heel of the shoe got spoilt and when I went to them they took my shoes and said will speak and let me know about it. But after 1 week I didnot get any reply and after ringing them up they said take your shoes back.

Provogue Studio/Shoes — Poor heel Quality
I had purchased a pair of shoes on 12th Feb, 2009, Item code 2990-BK-022-41 with MRP of Rs.2085.The heel of the shoe abraised in 10-15 wears within a span of 1 month. However when I contacted the DT-City Center based Provogue outlet they kept the shoe for more than 2 months and rejected the request of replacing the heel rubber with good quality rubber.
