From pubg i was trying to purchase uc with my internet net banking of sbi on 20/07/2019. With txn no.: igagpzxlg4 of rs 779/- amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not been successful, please help me regarding this issue, either please make the transaction make success or please refund the amount, thanking you, waiting for the positive reply.
