I had made payment of RS.799/- for 600 UC through in-game purchase on 19th December 2019, 16:51, in Pubg Mobile.

My money got debited from my sbi account but still I didn't recieved UC, They didn't give me receipt also.

The money was transferred to[protected]INB Times of Money Limited.

I contacted the game customer care services but didn't get support.

Please solve my problem.

I made a purchase for 79 rs twice (79+79) for 180 uc in players unknown battle ground mobile.. Which resulted to be a faild purchase but my money from my account has been debited by the company. So please refund back my money. Ill be waiting for a positive answer wit trust.

Please do contact me in my email when you have a solution to my problem. I want a refund of what i have lost.

Pubg mobile has deducted money but it has not given any items towards purchases made by me. Fraudulant activity may be encountered to me by pubg game to exploit money from me.. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

I am buy in pubg mobile royal pass but I didn't get my uc so please solve as soon as possible. Deduct of rupees 420 from my bank account from state bank of india if you people dont no about all this processes so why you give a 200 rupees off please refund my amount or give me royal pass in my pubg account.

I bought 60 UC for 79 INR and money was deducted from my back account but it shows that purchase has failed.
I contacted customer care and PUBG support and provided the Reference Number but they told me that they need a valid receipt which is not fair since they never provide any receipts during the past purchases.
I am very displeased with the customer care since they respond very late and were very rude.

As it damages the reputation of the game company as well as discourages buyers to use times of india

I have made a purchase on pubg mobile for the amount of 799 through sbi internet banking, althought the money was deducted, i received no receipt in my mail nor does it show any order history on my google play account. However i have received an sms and a copy of my last transaction. I contacted pubg support but it took them 4 days of asking me details about receipts and when i gave them, all they told me was to contact the payment gateway, how and why?

I really like the outfits and stuff that your team provides every now and then and of which i have a huge collection. So today the new pubg mobile lucky crates came for which i purchased $100 uc (Indian currency - inr7900) four times that makes it $400 uc but i beg to say that i only received $300 uc that i had bought from midasbuy.com the $100 uc i bought from in app purchase through internet banking was not delivered to me in game. The money however was deducted from my bank account. I am enclosing a screenshot of my payment receipt through internet banking and my player id and other details.
I seek to either get a refund of my money or updation o[censored]c in my account. I hope you will see into the matter as soon as possible and get it resolved for me.
