Dear sir/ madam
I have received e challan for the data 19/08/2019 for not wearing helmate, but image attached is not my vehicle.
Also in this e challan & image both the vehicle & vechile no. Is different my activa serial no. Mh 12 re3550 & as per e challan image bike no. Mh 12 rc 3550. And offense time is 17.08 this time i was working in office. For your information i have attached my vechile image & e challan vechile no. Image. So please correct challan. Kindly do needful & revert back.

I have received wrong challan from massage given by rto pune

I have received an e-challan for vehicle mh12pj3651.
In the attached image which is available online on challan site, it is clearly shown that vehicle is of silver grey but my vehicle is of mag purrpul and the person who is driving is also not me.
It's my humble request that please redirect the challan to the correct vehicle and it's owner.

I have been staying in mumbai since last 2 years. My two wheeler has never been in pune since last 2 years. But i have the subjected challan generated by pune traffic police (Narayan jamadar asi) mentioning three sitting in pune in apr 19. This is really ridiculous from pune traffic police side or someone is using my vehicle no. Now in mumbai, traffic police caught me ask me to pay the old pending fine.

Updated by Teldia Without checking the authenticity of vehicle details, they should not raise the wrong challan. This is really sad and unfortunate.

We the people from Andhra Pradesh and we want to go to our home so that we took a taxi to reach Pune railway station from Shikarpur and he dropped us in the middle of the way i.e. at kharadi bypass police chowky. And we ask him to drop at pine station but rejected it and turn the vehicle into u turn. And because of his action we miss our train.so please take an action against him

My issue is since from last 4 months my bike is not on road
Instead of that iam receiving the lot of e chalan from pune trafic police
I have only one fine charge of 200 rs that i have parked in front big bazar chinchwad mall that is fine but i have fine of rupess 2700 that is not mine
Without riding bike on raod how can i get fine,
When i check the e chalan i have seen the evidence in pdf file i observe that
The same number bike with some other person that is not mine bike
That is some one else please help me regarding this.

Incorrect challan : pmcm[protected] issued on date 09/08/2018 at 10:14 am

I have received a sms for e-challan pmcm[protected] with fine on rs 2200 fpr wrong side driving, dangerous driving and police manual signal violation which is absolutely incorrect.
Also there is no evidence found regarding this allegation. How can a person drive from wrong side dangerously, in front of police at the signal in morning at 10:14 am. This is false allegation. I was pushing my bike from wrong side as the my bikes petrol was empty. There were many drivers going from wrong side but i guess the cops miss captured my bike’s number.
I request pune traffic police to cancel this false allegation.

With your regards sir/ mam i received wrong e challan dated on 2/8/2019 at 4.47 pm with challan number pmccm [protected] the violation time 11.11 am vehicle number mh16 bt 9226 my complaints is that i am in ahmednagar my vehicle is in also ahmednagar i went to state bank in ahmednager and at the ssaome time i received the e challan from your department the violation of the traffic role i. E. The tripple seat driving but the fact is the i am in the ahmednagr with my bike. I did not went pune before many of week i was not in pune hoe is it possible i violation of the rule by mi and my bike it not happend so i request to you received wrong e challan and i submit my complaints to you please co relate this and take proper action on it.

Challan issued to MH14GA653 while the Rule broken by car no MH14GA 6536.
Please cancel challan from MH14GA653. Challan issue on 12th August 11.23 am, My car No is MH14GA653 while the image captured confirms Car No as MH14GA6536

I've been wrongly charged by Pune traffic Police. I was not wearing helmet for which they were asking me a fine of 500rs but then the fine was 200 only. When I told them about this they took it as an argument and charged me for dangerous driving. In a road full of traffic one can barely drive and how can it be a dangerous driving the speed was no at all more than 40kmph. They charged me 1000rs for the so called "dangerous driving" and I can do nothing about it because they have the authority to do so and we are just common people. They even forced me to pay that immediately. Please take appropriate action against this. I've attached a copy of challan. And I was forced to pay it but this is not legal and I wast my money back.

for non helmet purpose. But in image clearly show that
vehile no.Is mh12 / ku 1659 or kp1659 not nq 1660.
So here by i request you to cancelled this challan by your side.

As per this sms i break signal and was talking in mobile while derving on 07-aug-2019 12:15pm. But today i am in office from 9.00 am in magarpatta tower 4 and my bike mh14fz7428 is parked at wakad in verve residency socity on date 07-aug-2019.
Then who it is possible that i have break rules? At 12:15pm i was in offce magarpatta and bike is in wakad in parking in society.

Mh26 an 6861 यावरती "without helmate" चे चालन जारी झाले आहे...तसेच संबंधीत संकेत स्थळावर जे चालन दिले आहे त्यातील evedience फोटो आहे त्यातील व्य क्ती मी नसून ती गाडी माझी नाही...माझी गाडी passion pro cast आहे आणि evedience मधील गाडी आहे ती passion x pro दिसत आहे...त्यामुळे जे चालन माझ्यावरती चुकून दिले आहे ते मी भरू शकत नाही...तरी याची चौकशी पुणे rto विभागाने घ्यावी...तसेच मी माझ्या हद्दीतील ग्रामीण पोलिस स्टेशन, नांदेड आणि rto नांदेड इथे माझी कंप्लेंट दिली आहे...तसेच गाडी संधर्भात सर्व कागदपत्रे पोलिस स्टेशन कंप्लेंट रिपोर्ट आणि जे पुणे rto ऑफिसर ने evedience फोटो चुकीचा आहे तो पण माझ्याकडे आहे आहे...

Please verify the same and the refund me the rest of the amount i paid challan.

I got 2 echallans fine of rs.500 each on[protected] &[protected] for not wearing helmet for my bike honda shine, black color, reg. No: mh12 jb 3652.

But the images shown as evidences on echallan portal are having 2 different vehicles and none of these are my bike, the same are attached herewith for reference. My bike is honda shine. I have attached photograph of my bike honda shine also having reg. No. Mh12 jb 3652. The echallans i received for fine of rs. 500 each for wrong bikes.

Request you to could you please check and take necessary action on these challans to remove from the echalan portal against my bike?

I believer that i don't need to pay any charges since any of these bike is not mine and the challan is wrongly created against my bike.

Could you please address my issue related to below challan.
Issue: i paid 400rs through my card and i have the payment recipt but the challan i got is only of 200rs. This was done by the traffic police for wrong parking but cheating people like this is not true. Also behaviour of the police was not approriate and tolerable. They can't behave like a monarch. They are for our safety and security not to rule.

Wrong echallan (Pnccc[protected]) issued on 18 jul 2019. The vehicle in the image is not mine. The echallan has been issued to pay a fine of rs. 500 for not wearing the helmet. The vehicle seen in the image is not mine. The number of vehicle is also not clear. The place is not mentioned. So i request to cancel the said echallan and send a copy of it to me in confirmation.

I am writing to complaint with respect to the traffic signals not working at the city pride satara road signal - this is a main chowk and since the signals aren’t working, there is a lot of traffic jam on route.

It become very difficult to handle this situation especially when there is no traffic police present near the signals. Nearby pedestrians are taking up the task to manage the traffic which is commendable but they are struggling to handle it.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and hoping you’ll solve it soon.
