My honda aviator has been charged with 2 challans as attached. Both of which is neither my vehicle nor me riding it. The number plate on the vehicles in the image is also different. Please send the challan to the correct owner of the vehicle and remove it from my e-challan.
1) challan ptpchc[protected] was generated on 31st jan 2019 at 18:03 hrs, for a black geared 2 wheeler.
2) challan ptpchc[protected] was generated on 10th oct 2017 at 18:00 hrs, again for the same geared black 2 wheeler.
P. S: the vehicle i own is a maroon aviator with the number plate the challan is made for.

E-challan no. Pnccc[protected] vehicle no mh14du6957 does not relate to me. The person/vehicle shown in the picture in not me/not mine. Pl correct your records and send the challan to the appropriate person. It may please be noted that the picture in the image is not me. You are having some wrong contact details of the person shown in the image. Pl correct your records.

I have received an intimation as sms dated 23rd july 2019 at 00:49 hrs about e-challan - pnccc[protected] of rs. 500/- for not wearing the helmet.

I would like to hereby bring to your notice that this challan is not valid for me, since neither the image of person is me nor the vehicle is mine. I could see earlier e-challan (Ptpchm[protected] is issued for this vehicle and amount of rs. 200/- is being paid by some person know sham, who is not me.

I am however surprised to see the same registration number as mine, which i think shouldn't be true. I am attaching the image of my vehicle which is honda-activa rather than the one shown in the image which seems to be splendor (Also attached here).

Request you to please cancel this challan or assign the same to the right person.

This is to inform you that i have been charged wrong for voilating the traffic rules.

I have scooty (Activa 3g, mh 12 mz6658) whereas i have been charged for bike which doesn’t even belongs to me. The day and time which has been shown in image, i was in office.

Please find attached screenshot for reference.

I would request you to please waive off the charge of ₹500 at the earliest which has been added online by your team.

Got a challan of rs.500 for not wearing a helmet on 07-jul-2019 18:07. If you see the attached photo, its me driving the car and the number plate associated with the challan is for my car. Do i need to wear a helmet inside the car. Isn't it a harassment?
While crossing signal, traffic in front of me didn't get clear and signal turned into red. I didn't want to jump the signal, hence stopped my vehicle at the signal. I couldn't reverse my car as there was bumper-to-bumper traffic behind me.
Please consider my case and cancel the challan.

Wrong echallan raise against vehicle no mh14 hd 4190 for park vehicle in no parking area on sunday 21.07.19, but as per attached image of vehicle in echallan it's truck no mh12 hd4190 and my vehicle is car tiago, which is at my home in parking, from last two weeks i have​ not take vehicle outside, so, kindly request​ed to pune traffic police department to correct the no of vehicle in echallan and raise echallan against real owner of vehicle no mh12 hd4190

Is mh12fz6159 and complain should for this bike only but complain is registered for mh14 fz6159 which is not true because i am paking my vehicle at my home and from 14th july to 24th july, i am in aboard. Please change complain for mh12 vehicle but not for mh14 and i request you to delet the complain which i have received.

I have parked my vehicle mh12mu4451 in the parking zone but i received e-challan pmccm[protected] yesterday 20th july mentioning parked vehicle in no parking, which was not correct. Even there is no evidence in the attached photo image. Please check and cancel this e-challan.

Mh14ga0378 is my vehicle number but the attached image in e challan as evidence is not my vehicle, in attached image vehicle no is mh14ga0370br...

This is regarding false challan issued to my vehicle on 19th july 2019, i have not violate any traffic rules today i was in my office and suddenly got a msg from traffic police with challan no pmccm[protected] for what reasons i don't know i have not faced any traffic police and nor i have violated any, also there was no evidence attached in the challan copy then how has the challan raised by traffic police. Do they just pick any vehicle no and raise challan randomly?

This is regarding false challan issued to my vehicle on 18th july 2019, 18:49, at which i just left from my office on pune mumbai highway where there was no traffic police with challan no pmccm[protected] for tinted glass which was never applied to my car and traffic police manual signal violation which i have not faced any traffic police and nor i have violated any, also there was no evidence attached in the challan copy then how has the challan raised by traffic police. Please close this challan as soon as possible.

The vehicles mh12ra5646 & mh12rr0775 are parked in the middle of the road daily by pmc employees causing high inconvenience to the traffic and walking on the road. Their behaviour is also arrogant. Strict & immediate action is expected. This location is ganesh mala, sinha road pune 411030. The pune smart city office is at walking distance from here. This act is definitely not worthy of calling pune a smart city

This car was parked on main road, opposite Agarwal hotel shoppee, as the car owner was buying stuff from this shop. The car owner knowingly did not took off his car after seeing the traffic on road. When he came to the car, locality people was trying to talk to him but didn't open the car door nor the window. Such a freak behaviour people have nowadays.

Today i notice the e-challan for the date of 09/12/2018 halting ahead of the white line at traffic signals, but the image attached is not of my vehicle.

I have received e-challan from im-mhpech saying rs 500 as a fine i need to pay due to violation:- not wearing a helmet. The fun part is the image attached in the e-challan is not even me. The bike displayed is not even a passion x-pro which i ride. And violation date & time is shown as 17/07/19 time: 17:29.
At this time i was in my office and my bike was parked in the parking. Please remove this against my name asap.

In the image attached to the echallan the vehicle number can be seen as mh12ru5972. My vehicle number is mh12ru5927. Hence it can be clearly made out that the challan issued to me is not for my vehicle and for some other vehicle. I have attached the image provided in the echallan in this complaint. Could you please verify and revert the fine.

I checked and found that I am issued an e-challan for the date of 15/05/2019 for not wearing a helmet, but the image attached is not of my vehicle as well as the driver is not me and I don't know who is he.. Below are the challan details-

Also in this e-challan and image both, the vehicle colour and its serial number is different, my bike colour is silver whereas this bike (bike in question is having dark colour) and that bike no. is also not clear. And if you want I would be present with my bike at your office to give you proof that the challan is issued to wrong vehicle.
Request you to look in to it and cancel the challan issued against it.

This has a reference to the echallan (No. Pnccc[protected]) raised by maharashtra traffic police to me for the vehicle no mh 14 gn 8371 on july, 9th 2019.

As per challan i am charged the fine of rs 500 for not wearing the helmet.

Pl. Note that the vehicle no mentioned in the challan is of my car which was parked in my office on the said date and said time that is on 9th july, 2019, 9.23 am.

I need a clarification on
1. How can the department raise the challan for not wearing a helmet in car
2. How can the department raise the challan against any car which was not on road on said timing but was parked in office parking and even no vehicle with said no is appearing in the photo attached as evidence.

The department shall confirm before raising such false challans.

Further both contact numbers mentioned as toll free no and relevant rto landline no also are not working.

Please correct this challan and clear it against my name asap. Inform accordingly.

On 9th july, i have received below challan with 500 rs fine for no helmet.
I was at home due to sickness.
Not sure how i got this as person in the image is not me and i am having white colour activa but the person is having grey activa. Psa my white activa and me. Also the image which i have received in challan.
Please correct this challan and clear it against my name.
