Actually i recieved one challan PNCCC[protected] for the without helmet fine 500.. And whatver evidence they have provided that bike number is MH-12 RL 3952 and my bike number is MH-12 RL 3852 .My bike model is suzuki gixer. currently whatver evidence they have provided which has different person and different bike.. so i have recieved challan unnecessoraly.

I paid the challan charges physically to traffic police by debit card of my vehicle MH17AR7944 for halting in front of white line. but the traffic police paid the wrong bike challan of MH12AR7944. i dont know how to clear this issue done by traffic police even if i have paid the charges. he paid the amount of wrong vehicle for the reason number plate missing and i got that message later.

I have received wrong e challan on 9th April 2019 for no parking. However when i opened the image I noticed that the it is not my car. My car number is MH14DT8825 and the car in the image on the challan is MH14DT 8035.

I am a resident of m. H. B colony (Aka nisarg society), golf club road, yerwada, pune-06. Yesterday i had a word with a worker of anil spray painting work over his negligent driving as he took an abrupt reverse and we got saved just by a foot of distance. Instead of being guilty he started abusing me verbally stating you could only say if i had bumped my car into your scooty and also tried to physically assault me. Also this is to bring to your notice how they and other garages park their vehicles on footpaths leaving no space for pedestrians to commute to nearby shops and stores. Herewith attached a video of commuting problem for pedestrians. Action required.

Traffic police have filed wrong challan on my suzuki access 125. Yesterday traffic cop stopped me and said i've pending challan on my vehicle, later they checked details of challan they found that vehicle numbered mh 12 jt 7253 where it's last digit was erased that looked like mh 12 jt 725 which is my vehicle. There is total 1400 rs challan on vehicle, first one rs 500 clearly showing image of another bike with number mh 12 jt 7523 and second is rs 900 where there is no evidence and they filed those challans on my vehicle. Challan number is ptpchm[protected]. Please take this complaint seriously.

Today, on 1st April 2019, I parked my vehicle in No Parking Zone in Sadashiv Peth near Dnyan Prabodhini area. After some time traffic police towing vehicle came and lift my vehicle.
When I reach their they told me to pay fine. I paid my fine as per the law.
When I asked Traffic Police Officer(I dont know his name) in vehicle that why only my vehicle has been fined while we can saw several vehicle are standing in No Parking Zone. He told me that he cant fine them just because they are sitting on their bikes in No Parking Zone. I cant believe it. How can one responsible govt. officer can fine one vehicle while leaving other vehicles who are also breaking the law? How can law is applicable to one person and leaving other offenders?
In pictures we can clearly see there are some peoples who are sitting on there bikes under the very "No Parking" sign.
Because of this type of bias attitude of Traffic Police Officers, offenders have only gained in confidence, given that they face no retribution in terms of penalties and more.

Hadapsar vaidvadi traffic police are misbehaving with common people thts comes to know again and again. They miss use o[censored]niform making violence and getting money. They taken my debit card forcefully, is there any rulers on them in pune???
Wht the nonsense going on in traffic police.
I mistekly not used helmate thts is the reason they took my license and slap me and using chip words by traffic police

When i was going through service lane at speed of 40km/h, traffic police stopped me and issued wrong e-challan for driving in wrong direction for rs.1200/-.
First of all, i was driving in service lane where there was no sign that it is one direction and 3-4 other vehicles were also going in same direction. Since i was new to the area, there was no way i can find that it is only one direction.
Also there is no such file for service lane. Then how can he charge me?
Second thing is that, as per rule only rs.100/- could be charged for wrong side driving. But i am wrongly charged for 1200/-. Please help me.

I got a message that you have fined for parking bike in no parking area at 5.06 pm and at that time my bike was parked in my society parking. They sent a photo as evidence but in that photo only bike number plate is visible. They havent clicked the clear image that will be a strong evidence. After seeing that photo with no strong evidence why sould i pay?
I need strong evidence. Only then i will pay the fine.

I am very disappointed with the traffic rules. Without any evidence, they are finning the challan. I have received the challan on 28th jan 2019 showing that i was driving in the wrong direction. And the interesting thing is on 28th jan i wasn't even driving my bike. I was in the office till 9.30 am.

I was fined for entering in of two wheeler no entry area.
There is no proper display of two wheeler no entry.
They have charged rs. 700. There is no break up of charges. One heavy weight uncle is very unprofessional and guy operating device is chewing tobacco and always using tum word.
Any one can please check rs. 700 is reasonable? If it is not correctly charged please initiate proper action against them and request to display proper board for no entry of two wheeler.

I was handed challan of 200rs today by police via hand and asked to pay within 7days the challan is for 01 dec 2018 and today is 2019 march for speaking on phone while iam very sure i don't speak on mobile while driving as i wear a helmet regularly and their is also no evidence written, while the date given 01/12/2018 i was at my house and my bike was in at my building parking area, and also had not received any sms, this needs to be checked as rto dpt has all our information they ask for fine without evidence this just like fraud and they have written court notice will b received on what basis will i receive notice with no evidence, no sms, email, challan handed after 3 months, while i have paid the challan to avoid haasel as iam a working person, and want u to look into the matter, and revert money back

On 2nd march 2019, 06.06 pm, i received a message with regard to a challan filed by pune traffic polic for the offense of driving without helmet. Fine for the offense was rs.500. And there was no evidence attached.

At that time i was in mumbai with my uncle.

I don't know how they could have been charged to me a challon?

My bike is park in office parking.

There are no attachments of evidence too., i received the message of challan i was not even driving at the time. There are no attachments of evidence hence request you to kindly consider this matter.
