Yesterday on 10th feb 2019 i had parked my 2 wheeler vehicle in front of citypride kothrud, pune. There were hundreds of bikes parked, so i couldn't realize that its a no parking area. Traffic police tow away my bike. When i went to the place where all such vehicles were kept, they asked me for documents like driving license, puc etc. The person asking for documents was not in uniform. He asked me to pay 400 rs. I paid 400rs n asked for receipt, but he refused to give any kind of receipt. He was very arrogant & misbehaving with me when i tried to click his photograph.
I agree that i had parked my vehicle at no parking area, its a mistake. But the police department was doing crime by not giving any receipt against the challan. They are looting people day n night in the name of traffic department. Who is going to punish them?
I'm attaching the photo of the person who took money from me at paud phata, kothrud traffic police department.

With respect to challan no. Ptpchc[protected], i came to know the same fine is pending against me. The fine was charges directly without any intervention of police. The images of the same violation of traffic rules as a proof are not on the system. Kindly provide me the images so that i can pay the fine if at all i am guilty. The images are not available on punetrafficcop.net or kindly provide any other site where i can view the photos

I was issued with a challan of not wearing helmet on 30 jan 2019, i didn't get any message regarding that but it is showing the challan in pune e challan website.
I am not even in pune at that time. I didn't come out with my bike without helmet even it is a shorter distance.
I want to know in which location i was caught without helmet. And also i have seen that photo is attached to the challan is having the number as 1558 but mine is 4558. Please provide me the details

I have received e-challan for the date of 31/12/2018 for not wearing helmet but helmet was compulsory from 1st Jan 2019, then why this challan has been issued?
Kindly correct the mistake done. challan snap is attached.

On 24th jan 2019, i have been charged with no helmet offense via e-challan no. Ptpchc[protected] filed by pune traffic police. Since jan 1 i am using helmet. Its disappointing to get fined for someone else mistake.
Fine for the offense was rs. 500.

But the activa that was caught has been shown in the image is of not mine and only 7173 number is properly visible, but what about the starting series of the number, which is not properly visible. Someone else challan has been issued against me.
Also no mechanism to resolve such errors by rto, no contact number for complaining,
Unnecessarily harassing public without proper system.

I accept helmet is for safety. Everyone should wear and now it is compulsory. I forget my helmet at home as was in hurry to office. Police stopped me on mulsi road near chandni chowk. Thats is also fine i accepted my mistake. But at the same time they allowed four others who were not wearing helmet and not even stopped them. When i ask them why she said she dont want to.
Is this the rule which is implemented?
If this is going then frankly speaking india will never get developed country.
Why this discrimination is?
Why rule is not for everyone?
Is this is the way it is going to happen?

Today (30th jan 2019) at 10:30 pm, i received a challan message that i jumped a signal at 10:05 pm however my vehicle was parked in my society during that reported time. So it seems a wrong challan has been issued against my name. I therefore request you to please drop this challan issued against my name.

I received e-challan for the date 09-dec-2018 for number plate not visible and licence not carrying, but the two image attached is not of my vehicle and number on the image showing mh12 and challan is made on mh14.

E challan number - ptpchm[protected]

In attached image, the vehicle is motorcycle with number mh 12 fr2403 and my vehical number is register for honda activa with mh 14 fr2403. They have booked e-challan on my vehicle by mistake. Please switch this challan to the right offender with vehicle number. My vehicle no is mh14fr2403.

Today, i got wrong e-challan for my bike that is showing i stand my bike in no parking but i never parked my bike anytime in no parking. I have a license, i have a helmet, everything still, why i should pay this fine?

Even the time portal is showing, at that time i was continuously running my bike from 6:15pm to 7pm approx. For office.
Plz consider it and cancel my e-challan.

One of the lady officer had argument with few bikers without helmet. She didnt even charged them but for no reason send e - challan to for driving without helmet without any evidence attached in challan. My helmet was on my bike as the signal was on halt. Mh 12 pm 5389. I guess there is some misunderstanding on part of officer. Kindly cancel the challan.

Wrong challan
I have receive sms on 29 january 2019 @ 10.20 am on my mobile no. Pune traffic police echallan no. Ptpchm[protected] offense without helmate has been charged rs. 500/-
I have shown driving license, puc, helmate to traffice police mr. Fadtare, then i have been talking with him, but another traffice police came & directly typing of my bike number on echallan machine.
They are just charging wrong fine and harassing the people who are following rules.
Kindly cancel my challan or else share me proof of not wearing helmet.

As i am new in pune from last few months, today i was passing through nibm road and i received wrong challan with 1200rs fine... Actually accidentally i was drive my bike by mistake on wrong side but i said sorry to the respected police for that as i am new in pune, but they fine me rs 1200. I agree that wrong side fine of 200rs but they charges me by mistake rs 1200 for dangerous driving... I didn't do this i was with license, helmet and with low speed...

I am chetan sherekar vehical number - MH40W4430 today dated[protected] i stopped by pune traffice police for the without helmet driving and they gave me the echallan of 500 ru as per the act 129/177 but i checked on google and gov websites as per the act 129/177 for without helmet the charged is maximum 100 ru then how they charged of 500 ru.
I request you please recalculate my echallan as per the act. Kindly find the attachment as proof.

I was issued an echallan no. Ptpchc[protected] dated 18 jan 2019. The vehicle for which i was charged a fine for offense no parking doex not belong to me. The owner of the car is mrs mamta shinde, wife of an army officer.
I was first owner of this car and the ownership has been transferred to her in 2017.

Kindly remove my mobile number with this vehicle from your data and update the number of new owner as provided in the transfer documents.

Hello i was coming from hinjewadi road. (Pune city) i am new to the city everyone was moving from that road even i took a turn but traffic police came and told me it is wrong side. So i agreed as i am new i didnt knew i am ready to pay 200 which is the charge for wrong side. He took 200 rs and yet gave me e-chalan of 1200 rs. Even after taking 200 rs i received an message of challan payment why they are charging me for crime which i didnt commit seriously harsh driving included for wrong side which was just after the signal and even after taking 100 rs and when i left i can see 1200 rs message received on my number for chalan

This is an incident that happened today when i was going to my college and passing dagudshet halwai ganapati temple, a traffic police stopped me and took away my licence and rc card and told me that i was not following traffic rules and threatened me and wrongly charged without helmet.
