Hello sir my H/L a/c no is HOU/GHA/0717/410257 sir my loan started in the month of sep17 for a total tenure of 324 EMI. Sir in the month of jun 18 i received message that i have got PMAY subsidy of rs 235068/- and will be adjusted as a pre payment against my principal amont and my EMI will be reduced, when i asked about the detail of adjustment then i was told my new EMI will be 20995/- for total tenure of 346.
Now sir i[censored] see if tenure of any loan increases then EMI aoutimatically redeuces but in my case bank told me, reduced EMI will be for 346 month. sir I received subsidy after paying EMI of 10 months so i left with 314 month of my loan tenure but bank instead of adjusting PMAY subsidy in left over 314 month tenure has increased total tenure by extra 32 month and told me new terure will for 346 month.
This is totally ill logical sir in this case instead of getting benifitted by subsidy amount i will be in huge loss, if you calculate i have to pay EMI of 20995/- for 32 more months resulting more than 6 lacs extra from my pocket.sir i request u to please look into my case and please adust my subsidy amount of 235068/-rs in my left over tenure of 314 months only as i have paid EMI for 10 months so far.
Sir i will wait for a positive responce from your end.

Hello Sir/Mam,

Warm greetings. My housing loan is closed and we have done prepayments. But, PNBHFL not sent the updated report to CIBIL and my CIBIL score is hampered due to this. Please help.

    Dear Sir,
    For compliance of your acceptance of O.T.S. proposal letter dated 01.01.2016 I sent my representative Amitabha Som to meet Deputy Circle Head, PNB Mr. N. Khatai posted at 125, Park Street, Kolkata who has given me to understand through Mr. Amitabha Som that once I deposit balance amount of Rs.4, 75, 000/- of the O.T.S. amount I will be entitled to return of my original sale deed dated 03.09.2002 and the bank authority will withdraw the Title Suit No.123 of 2009 of the 5th Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) at Alipore and the letter of complaint dated 23.09.2011 submitted to Burrabazar P.S.
    Accordingly, I am depositing balance amount of the O.T.S. proposal being Rs.4, 75, 000/- for appropriation of the said amount against my Loan A/c. No.008900NC00001801 in terms of your acceptance of O.T.S. proposal dated 01.01.2016. I deposited Rs.25, 000/- on 14.09.2015 which has already been appropriated towards liquidation of my loan account as per your acceptance letter dated 01.01.2016.
    Neither I nor Sri Jayanta Deb Biswas and my mother Smt. Gita Deb Biswas have filed any case against Punjab National Bank and even I am not contesting the Title Suit No.123 of 2009 pending in the court of the Ld. Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) at Alipore.
    It is pertinent to mention that one of the defendants Mrs. Nibedita Pattanayak of T.S. No.123 of 2009 filed a case being SA/11 of 2009 in the DRT – III, Kolkata against PNB for quashing the possession notice dated 23.04.2009 which has been disposed of by quashing the possession notice dated 23.04.2009 issued by the Chief Manager, Specialised SSI Branch, PNB, P-35, Cotton Street, Burrabazar, Kolkata – 700 007 and the Chief Manager, Specialised SSI Branch is also restrained to proceed under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 until disposal of Title Suit No.196 of 1999.
    Neither I nor Punjab National Bank is a party to the said Title Suit No.196 of 1999 which is being fought on different issues between the said Nibedita Pattanayak and Jayanta Deb Biswas.
    As after liquidation of the entire outstanding in my aforesaid loan account through compliance of O.T.S., the interest of the PNB will be totally protected and purpose of recovery will be fulfilled by recovery of the outstanding so the bank authority will not be needed to proceed against anybody through legal proceedings. Since the bank authority is also at present not a party in any case so nothing of the documents I filed in the bank for the purpose of obtaining loan will be required for future reference.
    In view of the above, I would most fervently request you to return my original registered Indenture of Sale dated 03.09.2002 (Deed No.6127 of 2002 of Additional Registrar of Assurance, Kolkata) giving me liberty to use my flat and also to withdraw the Title Suit No.123 of 2009 pending in the court of the Ld. 5th Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) at Alipore and the letter of complaint dated 23.09.2011 submitted to the O.C., Burrabazar Police Station.
    I hope you will be kind enough to do the needful upon my compliance of the O.T.S. proposal acceptance letter dated 01.01.2016.

    PNB yet not resolved my dispute. They have not returned my title deed till today, thus they are misleading you're forum. Please see this matter else I become totally ruined.

      My loan was approved by PNB Housing Finance Marathalli Branch, Bangalore, Karnataka.
      Ref No. HOU/MRH/0817/425079
      The branch has taken Rs 5800/- as processing fees.
      At the time of loan disbursement the branch is forcing to take insurance worth Rs 1 Lakh.
      The branch has refused to disburse the loan without insurance.
      The branch is neither returning my processing fees nor my signed documents.

        Dear Sir, We are being harassed without a proper judgement from the court for our loan which we intend to fully pay back within a year and my sister is being harassed for her apartment by the PNBHousing officers especially Mr. Sanjay Vaish and Mr. Eknath Dhure.         Dear Sir,
        We are being visited by the officials from PNBHousing Vileparle branch, Santosh and Mr. Dhure([protected]) at untimely hours and were harassed to handover the said Flat No. 302 and vacate the same in a consent demanded by them. TUMPL whereby Alok Ratan Dalmia and me Vivek Poddar had taken a loan for 2cr which we need time of one year as written below as the matter is subjudiced in the High Court in Delhi, and till proper judgement is availed they cannot resort to wrong means. We were suggested not to go to the DRT dues to surmounting expenses and maniuplative standards adopted by PNBHousing. We have been paying regularly over the last two years past few months the payment was irregular due to slow recoveries. Last month also i paid 90000/- Rs. This month i am able to 40000 Rs but the bank officer refuses to accept the payment. Kindly grant us time to furnish the monies as to fulfill our loan. Their statement of accounts is also not matching as they have unexplained entries.
        Mr. Sanjay Vaish their recovery officer today threatened on phone with Mr. Eknath Dhure to annexe my sisters flat which is independantly hers Flat 301. They have been further threating to dispose at will and attach all properties of mine.
        I am scared that they will try to harm or enter upon my sisters Flat 8. They are said Sanjay vaish is so harsh a man that a heart patient would definately pass away in his presense. I am afraid that they may send some unknown people and try to enter by force in our absence and harass my sister. They are trying to misappropriate my property and my sisters property.
        I kindly request you to take note of the above mentioned people and PNBHousing ask them to refrain from coming to my house Flat no 302 Status, 12 NS Road Jaihind Soc JVPD Scheme, Mumbai 400049. And also not to enter upon my sisters house for any reason. Please notify the PNBhousing of the same.

            I applied for home loan with pnbhfl in the month of march 2018 at lucknow branch and i was informed through email that the loan of 700000 was approved but sanction letter wasn't provided for 1 month. It was provided when i visited personally at their lucknow branch. After, first technical survey first disbursal was provided was delayed for about 20 days which was of 240000.
            Now, i have requested them for second technical survey on 18 may 2018 since then i have been continuously calling them and being assured by sales team that they have forwarded the requested. The rm is also not picking the phone. Now, i am running out of funds. But pnbhfl people aren't helping anymore.
            The service of pnbhfl is very poor and unprofessional.

              I have applied for home loan at pnbhfl new panvel branch. At the time of applying for my home loan i was not made aware of taking a policy from pnbhfl itself. To my knowledge, as per rbi insurance act laws, it is not mandatory to take policy from the same bank from where the house loan has been taken. But still i was pressurized to take the policy. When i agreed to it, they took out the policy which was not as per the loan sanction period and sanctioned amount. They took out policy with lesser loan amount and lesser loan sanction period. When i objected to this and when i requested to cancel the policy, i was pressurized and threaten that if i cancel the policy i would have to pay the loan amount paid to the builder by pnbhfl immediately. I have also given qoutations of two insurance companies that approves the policy as per my requirement and where willing to assign the policy in the name of pnbhfl. But the area sales manager - mortgages says that he would not cancel the policy given by him. And pressurizing me to accept the policy with lesser loan amount and lesser term period even though i am not agreed to it.
              Pnbhfl executives are forcing me to take insurance saying mandatory.
              After consulting legal advisors, under rbi insurance act laws, no bank can force customers for insurance policies with home loan. I will not be able to take the insurance policy mentioned in the sanction letter.
              So i request you to please check with the pnbhfl new panvel branch. Please help.

                Housing Loan Application Reference No.REF/HOU/BRVL/0418/522615.
                In spite of repeated follow up no action has been taken on housing loan application. Rs. 5900 cheque has been deposited by sales person promptly. However no action has been taken on housing loan application. Now I do not know how to recover my Rs. 5900. I have already wasted my 15 days following up for loan and Rs. 5900 has also been lost. Please help.

                      They have screwed up my registration, they said they will give loans for my plot and at the time of registration they are telling that they can't approve loan because of the location. I have informed about the location at the initial stages of the application process but they tell any thing and took processing charges and i paid for the registration and other registration process at the final stage they have rejected with no proper response. Service is very bad they have become stingy worst.

                        I have still not received any confirmation on when will the loan be disbursed.

                        Its been more than a week since i am following up with mr. Soumyaranjan and he is not able to give any satisfactory response.

                        You being the relationship manager have not even called once to take account of the situation.

                        I have submitted all the documents from my side. The survey has already happened. Still i have no clarity on the disbursement amount. Also soumyaranjan has confirmed to me that the interest rate will be 8.35 still i got to hear now that it has been increased to 8.4

                        I carried out all the formalities before april in order to receive the hil loan in time but it is very sad to see the laid back attitude of pnb bank in disbursing the amount

                        Please let me know when will the hil amount be disbursed and what is the interest rate.
                        Please note i have already been charged the processing fee.

                          I have been applying for the pmays since ocotber 2017. But did not receive up till. Now it is bother about my schedule of loan repayment. Pmays is the basic support in the purchasing of my own house.
                          My income is very less, we have to manage the installment amount any how according to the schedule. So that you may please clear it as prior basis, so that we will get some relaxation in the installment.
                          I do not want to approach you but it is too late now.

                            I submitted all documents in Xerox with my application and after successful clearance of these documents along with reports of several visits of co-agency persons including Karnal Branch Manager, I got the loan sanctioned letter. On receipt of ibid sanctioned letter I submitted the original documents to person from PNBHFL and by late evening I got the call for cancellation of same loan. I would like to know my fault. If I had submitted the documents other than earlier than it is a fraud case but I could not do so. Now PNBHFL not giving reason for cancellation of said sanction nor agree to refund the fee charged for same.

                              I have made a payment (By cheque 758212 debited on 09/02/2018) of rs.5900 as processing fee for the lap loan transfer from another bank to pnb. The executive sajan (Of pnb vazhuthacaud, trivandrum branch) has informed me initially before payment, that the full amount will be refunded, if the loan was not processed.

                              My loan transfer application got rejected and when i asked for refund, the bank (Sajan and his direct manager) informed me that as per the policy, pnb won't refund the processing fee even if the loan application got rejected. Also they behaved to me very arrogantly when i visited the bank on behalf of this.

                              Could you please help me to get the refund as i am in a very tough situation and badly in need of my money? Please see the attached for more details.

                                This mail is with reference to following loan account numbers:

                                1) hou/ban/1215/256683: current roi 9.65%
                                2) nhl/blri/0817/422474: current roi 9.75%

                                I was sanctioned housing loan april, 2016 through a bank dsa named puneeth. Later there was reduction of rate of interest in housing loan. My loan being loan under floating rate of interest, i did not receive a call or intimation of loan rate reduction from bank. On my personal i requested branch to reduce rate of interest. For that again i approached my dsa mr. Puneeth. At that time since i had requirement of more funds, bank agreed to give a additional mortgage loan of rs.51, 50, 000 with a promise to reduce the roi to current floating rate. With this assurance i applied loan made all processing fee payments and got loan sanctioned in september, 2017.

                                I have been following up with dsa mr. Puneeth also with branch for reduction of housing loan interest. I have not received any response to my requests.

                                I have been an diligent customer to bank and till date i do not have missed any emi's due to bank. This being my sincerity i expect bank to reciprocate the same to honest customers and extend the benefit of lower interest. I would make a request to refund the excess interest paid until date.

                                I have not heard from bank yet.

                                This taking time beyond limit. I have paid cheque on 31.08.2017. Its been 7 months and no resolution yet from the branch.

                                Kindly understand trouble to a customer. At the same time if roi increases bank doesn't even inform us before changing the same. This is unfair to customers. I have no more patience left to wait for this change. The dsa doesn't even respond to calls. I don't understand whom should i talk to in this regard.

                                    My name is balaji and my loan account with pnb housing was hou/che/0218/490916. I had so many queries in my loan process.

                                    1. At the time of login your relation ship manager told me interest rate for getting plot purchase is 9.40 to 9.60. After loan sanctioning i'm received the interest rate of about 11.00%. I enquired the relationship manager about this he told me your company under proprietor name. I gave the pvt ltd incorporation certificate of my company to him but not things work out.
                                    2.in initial stage your relationship manager told me the processing fee will 11800. I gave the 5900 as a cheque for processing. After the loan sanction the process fee should be around 23000.
                                    3. Wrongly provide the disbursement letter to me and loan amount include with i'm provided cheque amount.
                                    4. I requested your relation ship manager to put my interest type as floating but now i'm getting fixed for 2 years.
                                    5. Insurance amount was wrongly printed 75000 instead of 45000. This statement was given by bharat axia team.
                                    6. Two time wrongly issue cheque for name issue.

                                    While i'm approach the bank there is no proper response to my above question. Loan approval letter was issue to me before my registration is in 2 days.

                                      This is to bring you all notice that we have been fraudulent by team pnb housing finance, thing is that we received a call that you are eligible for top up of rs 4, 00, 000 on base of house loan, agent ramesh prasad visited home and take relevant documents from my parents along with a processing fee cheque of rs 3500/- he assured us for a loan, after 2-3 days, same amount has been deducted from account and we have received call that your loan will not be disbursed due to in eligibility then we ask him regarding refund of cheque then he clearly denied with a fact that this is processing fee and will not be refundable.
                                      I just want to ask you all, that without in eligibility how could they deduct processing fees.
