I had applied for home loan in kondhwa pune branch on 25 may 2017. Still not get disbursements. I have already submitted all documents. Eveeytime they ask me new document. I have visited branch many times but i thought these people dont know about document set required. Now i am in mood to withdraw application and to go for another bank. Builder also told me that every document is given. My loan reference number is kndw/0517/391731.

    I have asked for the lod as well as foreclosure statement for my existing home loan as well as top up loan. Pnb hf is deliberately delaying the statement to delay the loan transfer process just so that they can keep earning additional interest. I have sent repeated reminders and email following up on this. All that i get to hear from them is that they will need 15 more days to revert. Also they are claiming higher rate for foreclosure (3 % on balance amount) when at the time of signing the contract it mentioned 2% on balance amount. This is completely unethical and unprofessional on part of pnb hf.

      Dear sir,

      My name is r. Vaitihyanathan from chennai, doing a small business, applied for lap at your chennai, whites road branch providing all the documents, after scrutiny my documents they said i am eligible for 15lakhs lap, hence they asked to pay the processing fee for the further action. I have paid a processing fee of rs.11, 800/- with commitment of refund if the loan is not processed. Thereafter i got a message stating that my loan is processed. After that inspection of my business premises, audit and panel valuation were done.

      After that i was trying to contact your representative to know about the loan status over phone, he always neglecting my phone calls when i send the sms he replied "i will call you later".. But he didn't... Later i log in thru your pnbhfl website.. Application tracker... I got a message on the pnbhfl website that my loan is declined. I don't know the reason. And your representative is not informing me the status yet.

      It's very unfair. Hence hereby request you to refund the processing fee at the earliest.

        Sir madam
        I aplly take over home loan online. Chd pnb branch contact with me and send me check list and i send all document by post with cheques of rs 5450/- but finally interest rate say 9.50 firstly ur representative say interest rate 8.35 for lady pse check checklist below by ur bank. If i know interest rate is 9.50 why i take over my loan because my loan already 9.40 this is fact.in last i say close my application and refund my amount. But they refund rs3554 but not refund rs 2000 pse refund my amount rs 2000/- and deduct from responsible man who is responsible this fault. Irritate ur bank me last one year. Pse help me my amount. I m waiting ur reply, then next.

          My name is ravishankar, i took house loan on the date of june 2017 from one of the sub branch of pnb locality tumkur, karnataka and main branch is from pnb-btm layout, bangalore-560076.
          The guy named shivkumar in tumkur branch is irresponsible and non professional. Am trying to contact him for more than a month but he is not receiving my calls. I have applied for next loan package amount, its been more than a month but i didn't get any response from the respective guy. My home construction is completely stopped due to lack of money that i should get from pnb. This is totally unprofessional from that guy and pnb to hire such employee. All i want is little response!!
          Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

            This is Karthik Here. I was not aware of the complaint raised. My Dad Mr Nanda Prakash was assuming that he is raising a request to Customer support for the Statement. More over I was not informed about it too. As I was already discussing this with Mr Vinay from PNB already requesting a statement, and he is processing it.

              Misselling of information and forcing for disbursement and selling of insurance and credit card

              Relationship manager collected 2 cheque for processing fees i. E 5750 and 1050. And told me that you are eligible for pradhan mantri awas yojana. Hence, some interest amount will be paid by the government.
              He send sanction letter, post that i asked him for the pradhan mantri awas yojana, he told i am not eligible for the scheme. (This tantamount to misselling as per rbi)
              Secondly, the relationship manager collected inr 17, 600 for franking and other charges for which i have received receipt of around 11, 000.
              Thirdly, the relationship manager and area sales manager started following up for the disbursement of the loan and told me that we have printed the cheque dated 20 july 2017 ("as per telephonic call, they said that they need to meet the business target") and if you don't provided the approval then we have to cancel the loan and processing fees and 17600 amount will not be refunded. I had no option but to give them the approval of 20 july 2017. (This lead to forcefully disbursement of the loan
              Before the payment of 28 july 2017 as per my instruction)

              Fourly, there were so much pressure put on me to purchase insurance policy and credit card. The relationship manager told that they can't disbursement the amount without insurance policy at the last moment before disbursement. I finally told him that there is no condition mentioned in the sanction letter which put insurance policy compulsory. But
              Insisted me to send a mail that i don't need insurance policy and credit card.

                Omg. Please don't take any service of pnb these guys say after processing fee you are not able for this amount. I have done more than 50 times email of every body and also done call, whatsapp but no reply of these guys.
                Really i am very sad. Yaar. My experience is really very bad with pnbhfl.

                  Home loan account # hou/blrv/0717/406023

                  I took home loan recently from pnb housing 40 lakhs and it was communicate to me that 1.2 laksh would be insurance on the home loan.
                  I agreed and singed sanction letter which clearly says that

                  Loan amount: inr 40, 00, 000
                  Insurance premium : inr 1, 20000
                  Roi : 8.6 % per annum
                  Emi : 36016

                  But when i logged in into online portal, i have seen that insurance has been paid 2 laskhs. I have dropped mail to respective person and he agreed that he has wrongly given dd with amount 2 lakhs rs and dropped mail to insurance person to refund 80k.

                  They also set ecs on the basis of 42 lakhs which is 36716 rs. Now i am struggling to get my money back. No one is responding.
                  This is clear fraud of 80k rs which is running with branch manager

                      Hi,
                      I have applied to home loan in last week of june. The bank representative came and collected all the documents but there was no sign of further process. I have waited for long and when i raised a complaint then they said your loan is sanctioned.

                      After that they said they want some legal documents and they took this process near about 15 days to complete and now after getting all the documents they are not processing it further simply wasting time.

                      They are simply wasting time and not giving any updates.

                      Even though i raised a compliant also still they are not at all responding.

                      At the time they said every process will be done in max 10 days but it has been almost 2 months no answers no process this is disgusting.

                      Please look in to this issue and give resolution.

                        I had floating rate of interest even though i had to give 5750 rs. Processing fees to bank for reducing the rate of interest.

                          Dear sir / ma'am

                          This is regard to loan applied with pnbhfl, loan application no - hou/gur/0817/416807.

                          I have applied for the loan wherein i was committed to pay a processing fees of 2500 + gst only plus 1400 stamp duty charges. I have confirmed the same from executive mr aayush 3 times on phone and it was told to me that there is no other cost which is involved apart from this fees.

                          The loan was sanctioned on 14th aug & till yesterday no sanction letter was shared with me regarding this.

                          Today when i contacted mr aayush / mr amardeep (Sales manager) regarding loan disbursal, they sent some other person for taking signature on loan disbursal kit.

                          To my surprise, when i saw the sanction letter an amount of 83800/- was charged in my account as insurance premium. This amount wasn't told to me while applying for the loan.

                          Now when i contacted mr aayush / mr amardeep they told me that they have informed me about this & that i haven't clearly heard about this.

                          It is requested either to kindly exclude insurance premium charges against my loan amount or to reverse the processing fees amount of 2950 which has already been deducted from my account.

                          Waiting for your revert on this.

                            Hi,
                            I have received a system generated mail from pnb housing with subject matter 'subvention ending intimation'.

                            As per bank subvention period of supertech hill town property will be end by 30-nov-17 and after that bank will start deducting the emi from my bank account.

                            I have booked the property under subvention plan (No emi till possession) and possession is where in the picture.

                            If possession is not given to buyer then how bank can start emi?

                            I have tried so many calls to pnb customer care[protected] so many times but they are not responding about the matter.

                            Also i have called the relationship manager of pnb housing many times who was involved in the hl activity but he is not picking my phone now.

                            Please explain how developer/builder will pay the emi to pnb bank or buyer of emi will be start before possession.

                              My loan is with floating rate of interest, and when as per government the rate of interest were decreased before, even my loan rate of interest, would have been decreased automatically.Instead, I have never been informed or notified about the change in interest rate before. As per statement it can be seems that I am paying 10.35% interest rate since 3 years. When contacted PNBHFL they offered me 8.90% with the conversion fee of 5750rs. When i asked that why should i pay 5750rs they increased my ROI to 9.65%, stating its due to prime lending rate structure. This is unacceptable. I have all call recordings with PNBHFL and documented mail from PNBHFL offering me 8.90%. Now they are not agreeing to what they offered me before (8.9%) and even after calling them so many times, still no answer or outcome from PNBHFL. Requesting justification on this to consumer court/Ombudsmen.

                                  My name is nitesh bhardwaj, i applied property against loan with pbn housing finance limited on 2nd june 2017. I already provided all the documents to relationship manager as per required and verification of home, purchasing property, my office was completed within 15 days.
                                  He required amount for loan like processing fee.. Etc. (Was already provided via cheque and cash). I visit pnb office with good cibil score garaunter as per relationship manager told me. A executive reach gauranter location for verification and required garaunter neighbor details as well.
                                  Now after 1 month 15 days i get a call to submit documents again (Which i already provided).

                                  On 1st meeting with relationship manager was told us the porcessing fee 5750 rs., i already paid by cheque, then he told me that you need to pay 2300 rs. More for legal charges. I paid by cheque to him after that he require 1000 rs. For documentation charges, i provided cash to him.

                                  I gave him 9 blank cheque during the documentation.

                                  Now after get completion the full amount and registry done for the plot. He put 2 cheque on 24 & 25 july on my account 6050 and 700 rs. Amount.

                                  Now on 14th aug. 9, 627.00 rs. Amount has been deducted via one more cheque again and still don't have information information.

                                  I complaint & escalate this problem to many times via mail but no get response via bank.

                                  as of now no one is picking my call on PNBHFL office Gurgaon Branch, Some executives kept block list my mobile No.

                                  i didn't aspect from PNB like this.

                                      I want to make a complaint regarding my running housing loan from pnbhfl;janakpuri branch vide my laon a/c no.[protected].in name o[censored]rmila devi sekahni prakash shekhani ;vijay singh shekhani

                                      1) since from last six months rbi has reduced roi in housing loan several times. My loan is running at present @9.7%. Despite many requests now they agree for 8.9% with rs. 3000/=+gst as conversion charges (Previously they didn't charged this). My loan amount was rs.6000000/= (Sixty lakhs) at time of disbursement; now it remained around rs.120000/= (Twelve lakhs). Approx.

                                      2) new loan offers are coming from even pnbhfl @8.5%. When we approched for same without any conversion charges ; it was committed by siddharth srivastav (Branch head of janakpuri) after conversation with mr. Rajesh jindal from avosys india pvt. Ltd (Service provider of financial & banking services). But despite commitments from branch head again on 1/08/2017 we receive mail for same roi.

                                      3) after no best reply regarding roi. I was contacted by mr. Deepak sharma from retention team that sir first you apply at this rate and after 3 to 4 months again contact for lesser rates. If this they have to do that then why i was waiting for last six months. Who is going to bear loss of my excess paid amount against old roi. No satisfactory reply.

                                      4) why branch hand kept me in dark when he committed to mr. Rajesh jindal (Avosys) of roi in front me over telephone.

                                      5) again i want to make part payment in my loan account. But putting new clauses they bar me against making part payment & asking for charges for part payment. This is my fundamental right to make part payment in housing loan without any charges. But they are using this type of malpractices so that they can sip even last drop of blood of their customer.

                                      6) after many conversation with executives of pnbhfl when i got fed up i at last approaching consumer complaint forum.

                                      7) last but not least manly important a person named lakshay at pnbhfl janakpuri when called me on 1/08/2017. Behaved very rudely and in unbehaviour manner. Even i contacted many persons their but all are very decent in behave. But this person lakshay is not type of person. He should really be taught lesson. Please take serious action against lakshay this is second time he misbehaved first time i ignored.

                                        This is with regards to loan account number hou/grp/0616/295976 synctioned at green park branch of pnb.
                                        It is in the name of kamla devi.

                                        This loan was taken at 9.5% floating. The current interest rate is 8.5% for all new customer since a long time. I would like to tell you that the meaning of "floating" is whenever there is rise or fall in the interest, the bank will follow the same. But it has been noticed that pnb is not willing to decrease the interest rate despite several requests over the call and email which is illegal and unacceptable. This mail is again to request you that please decrease the interest rate equal to the interest being offered to new customers.

                                        Again, we are not liable to remind you or pay any extra penny for this.
                                        If so please show us any documents signed by us.

                                        These illegal and deliberate practices can not be tolerated at any cost. Please do decrease the rate equal to 8.5% without any further delay.
