    We have been misled into buying a plan which did not exist. They offered a saving plan with medical benefits and we opted for it. But a saving policy was issued to us and we had been following up on the medical cards for 4 months and in october we asked the relationship manager to cancel the policy but he has been giving excuses every day.
    This is going on since April.

      Dear Sir,
      I have an SB account at the Andul PNB branch in West Bengal (in joint E/S mode with my parents) (PUNB0017620). I recently wanted to close my account due to their demise (Account Number:[protected]. As a result, on Friday, October 7, 2022, I submitted an application letter for closing this bank account, self-attested photocopies of my parents' death certificates, and the front page of my UCO bank passbook account to Smt. Sharmishtha Hembrom, a bank executive at that branch. The funds (probably 43, 584/-) have not yet been transferred to my UCO bank account. I again visited the branch yesterday (12/10/2022) and asked Smt. Hembrom, why the money-transfer was taking so long? She replied that my application was still on her desk and she didn't have time to transfer my money to the UCO bank account. She gave me her phone number and said to call her later in the afternoon. She said she was busy when I called her again in the afternoon. I dialed her phone number almost a dozen times today, October 13, 2022, but I could not reach her voice. How long will the Andul PNB branch take to transfer this money to my UCO bank? My money transfer request is still pending seven days after I submitted my application. I am really undergoing a lot of mental stress since this money transfer is urgent for me, and the concerned branch of PNB is intentionally harassing me by delaying the transfer. I have already sent this same content through email. But still now the money-transfer has not been initiated.

      I have just brought this to your attention as there is no official email id or contact number of the Andul PNB branch manager that I could use to notify him of this issue. There is a landline number on the Internet, but it doesn't work.

        I made a payment on flipkart for an order on 23 September 2022. The order was not placed since the payment was not successful. Flipkart has not received the payment and it has been debited From my pnb savings account. I have since not received the money till date. Kindly credit the money in my account as soon as possible. I am attaching the screen shot of the statement of bank.

            The transaction with reference ID[protected] is showing as suspect and not processed. The main issue apart from this is there were some credit transactions before this transaction and those are also not showing up in the bank statement hence account balance is also showing incorrectly. I don't know what the problem is. What will happen to my money? I am baffled about what happened with my money.

                  I am having my account in PNB(Branch-Yamuna Vihar), my account transaction history for almost last 3 years has been disclosed by the bank to some third party and that information is being present in Karkardooma court by the third party without my consent.That person is threatening us to kidnap my younger brother who is just 15 years old, he is also threatening use to vacate out PNB account .How a govt bank can give this legitimate information to any random person without the permission of the a/c holder.
                  Please help me with this and take the necessary action on the bank.

                          My refund of ₹575 has been initiated from AMAZON on 6th September 2022, it says within 4-5 days it will show your refund on your bank account. And Amazon has credit the amount in my respective account.
                          But it been more than 2 week my refund amount ₹575 has not been shown in my PNB bank account.

                          My Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                                I have applied for cheque book in pnb many times even from app as well for which they have deducted charges as well. I have not get any free check book from the bank untill now since i have opened account many years ago.

                                    So on 1 july i paid for an order and didn't receive the exact so they decided to refund the total amount of 281 which I didn't receive yet.. (7 sept 2022) even though I called them they cut the call saying we're facing technical issue we'll contact you later and never did also when my father went to the branch and asked them about the time span for refund they said we don't manage it but it will surely reflect back in her account soon.. And still haven't got it.
                                    Same happened today as I ordered pizza and they couldn't deliver within the time as it took 1.5 hr so domino's refunded the amount of 211.25 which said refund proceeded but it never got credited in my account

                                        In 01/09/2022 my monthly salary 20000 was credited in my Punjab National Bank account
                                        But without any reason they continually debit amount in my bank account
                                        Totally they debit 8989.99 ( EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE ) rupees in my bank account
                                        I going to the bank and asking the reason for this issue they didn't give proper response
                                        BEFORE THEY DEBIT THE AMOUNT THEY DIDN'T SEND SINGLE MESSAGE ALSO FOR THE ALERT
                                        THAT AMOUNT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME
                                        THAT'S MY FATHER IS ONE MONTH SALARY
