I am a customer of PNB housing loan from 11/2020, initially i was told i will be given an interest rate of 6.9%, but i received a sanction letter with 7.25 interest-rate when asked the respective branch manager said he is going to get this rectified, but inspite of repeated followups for more than 18 months they couldn't get the rate rectified. now this month citing repo rate increase they have increased interest rate to 7.65% on 01/06/2022 and on 07/06/2022 they again revise the interest rate to 8.15% when i call the branch manager he is unwilling to even answer why there is an revision in interest rates.

now i want to move away from PNB which also they are not giving necessary documents.

    I am book my edyell tws gaming earphones on Amazon then I refund it. By Amazon side my refund is initiated on 5 feb in my bank account then I call in bank but the refund is not come in my account so please do something. Bahut time ho chuka hai abhe takkk koi solution nahe hua hai plzzzz.

          Hello, This is to bring into your notice that one of your Punjab National Bank employee from Ranjit Avenue branch Amritsar India, Mr.Vikas Gupta s/o Shri. Late Sunil Gupta (ex-employee of Punjab National Bank) and s/o Mrs. Renu Gupta (clerk at Punjab National Bank Chehharta branch Amritsar) has submitted wrong documents during his joining in Punjab National Bank. His medical reports are completely wrong and invalid.

          Initially, when he got selected for the position he went for the medical test but it came out to be wrong which could have affected his joining, he then called his friend and did his medical from the same hospital and submitted his medical report which is a clear case of fraud. If you want I can submit the hospital name and his friend details.

          (Every single night after office he comes home and harass his mother and grandfather talking about the property and money issues sometimes verbally, physically and even breaking home furniture including harassing us.
          I know this is not your concern of point but he has gone to every limit harassing family but no one is registering the case against him because of the terror and love for son and grandson. I have even talked to one of the police members in India and have given them the details including bank address and home address. He has emotionally blackmailed everyone out there and even I have the pictures and recordings where one can see the broken things all around the home).

          Please look into this matter and take further action. Its a serious concern and I am relying on you for the justice.

            Hello, since last 20 days I expect my refund in my pnb account but still i don't get it, i have my refund reference provided by Amazon but bank denied and say that there's no amount received the amount received should be 299. Amazon has refunded my money rs 2279 in my punjab national bank account through upi on the date of 21/05/2022 but still i haven't received my money. Kindly help me.                             I have account in pnb bank branch badhni kalan am in UK now the reason I contact here my debit card is block and I need to reset my Internet banking transaction I can rest without debit card that is all ready block I contact with bank banks seniors zonal officer, complaint officer even principal officer they not help me after that I try with sign cheque they refuse that ask to visit in branch but after ageing so money complaint I got payment now they block my Internet banking mobile banking every where and asking me visit branch they giving lot of herisment now am realising if I makings complaint to principal officer but they still giving herisment to me what happened with people they don't know anything

                              Reversal of MAB Charges

                              I have an account in PNB Branch- Civil Lines, Bareilly(UP)- 243001. My account had zero balance for a long time so I deposited 400 Rs By Cash at 27/12/2021 but after some days the amount was deducted showing that for shortfall of QAB and others. Kindly help in reverse of my QAB Penalty amount. Also when I visited to branch at 12.05.2022, they said to pay 2557.16 Rs as penalty.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I Miss. Anusaya Sahoo, bearing the Punjab National bank account No. [protected] having the PNB rupay debit card no ending with 8341 have to say that I have done two online transactions through Amazon website through the above mentioned PNB debit card.
                                Later due to product quality issues I had to cancel and return both of these products to Amazon .I also got a successful refund message from Amazon.
                                Amazon has also provided me with the refund reference ID for your kind information. but it's a matter of regret that My own bank PNB couldn't process the transaction yet. However, the refund reference ID clearly stated that an amount of Rs. 3721 and Rs. 449 has already been received by PNB Bank.

                                AMAZON INSTRUCTED ME TO CONTACT WITH BANK IMMEDIATELY BY SHARING THE REFERENCE ID. MENTIONED BELOW:

                                1.Refund Reference # 30005120912091083666606
                                Amount: Rs. 3721

                                2. Refund Reference # 30005120852085123400135
                                Amount: Rs. 449.10
                                Refund Date: 07/04/2022

                                But unfortunately PNB bank simply ignoring such issue and taking lightly. I have already put complaint several times at PNB bank. But Bank is saying no refund received. As its a RBI refund reference number, Bank can not deny this. Because this is the confirmation reference to amazon that bank has received the amount from amazon.

                                    Bank has frozen my debit account without providing any information. I am staying in Assam(Arrange) and my Bank account is in Patharighat . Customer care is asking me to visit Bank home branch.I have also linked my Aadhar and PAN details with bank recently.

                                    It is the third time I am facing the problem.

                                    Due to holiday the branch is closed, so now what should I do.

                                      One of my order got cancelled by Amazon and they have refunded the payment into my PNB account via UPI which is not reflecting in PNB account.
                                      Now Amazon is telling everything is sorted from there end as they have given RRN number and issue is with PNB.

                                      Kindly help to sort this out as the amount is huge for me (around Rs 6500/-)
