My name is ugrasen mahapatra and I had ordered RO water purifier cabinet of RS.1499, sastaacha aqua RO only cabinet in Amazon on 09 july 2023 and after 16 july2023 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 17 july 2023 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but panjab national Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

In two times on my PNB savings account deducted the amount 201 and 84. in July month 2023. The mini statement of my account seen Shortfal rec-ach rtn-moshpit technologies deducted the above amount. In my account balance amount was below of 1000,

Money deducted from my pnb account and sent to random peoples 1000+500+1000+1000+50 = 3550. please help me in refund my money.

Passbook print machine not working since long time and bank employee not assisting in printing passbook. ..

On date 15.06.23 Rs. 15000 debited from my salary acc. 072521xxxx7786 (PNB, Tagore Graden Branch, Delhi) by PNB, Hari Nagar Branch, Delhi to someone else account without my permission or intimation. Bank representative is not helping me out and harassing me wasting my time and money.

Payment made via gpay to the merchant Caratlane of Rs. 28232. Payment debited from PNB but not credited to Caratlane. Gpay status shows payment successfully completed. Caratlane declined the order and sent mail like payment failed. I checked with PNB statement shows payment debited. Amount debited but not credited and not reversed to PNB yet. I have attached screenshots of transactions. Please do needful and reverse my payment back to PNB bank account. Thankfully.

Dear sir/ma'am Money is being deducted from my account, shortfall rec-mmsinwb again and again And don't know how much will be deducted...

I'm a existing customer of PNB but from few months bank deduction money without any sms in registered number before & after, in a financial year not a single time many times deduction & getting zero my account when I'm do making payments in shop facing problems because of these type of activities.

Amount of Rs. 390/- has been debited but bill not paid.

Please refund the amount to above said account number.

I ordered from myntra . From myntra my refund is processed in PNB debit card . But from bank i have not get my refund yet. Please help me. My bank refrence no. is[protected]

I am Shoumik Saha. I ordered a book named SURA'S AIIMS NORCET for rupees 450 on 20th April 2023 from Amazon, then I returned this product dated 28th April 2023 for a personal reason. Then Amazon has initiated the refund and claimed that they have refunded it within 1-3th May 2023 in my Punjab National Bank Account, Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Mohanpur. When I checked my bank account statement no such refund was there for rupees 450. I have called customer care at Amazon and they have provided me with a Refund Reference Number (RRN) as[protected] and told me to contact the bank. I have contacted PNB B.C.K.V branch personnel and also with the customer care of PNB. They have told me clearly that they can not take any complaint on the basis of the Refund Reference Number, and no such refund can be possible on the basis of the Refund Reference Number. I want my refund of 450 rupees back as quickly as possible. Please kindly respond to this complaint.

I am an account holder of Booty More branch. My account number is [protected]. On date 14/05/2023 an amount 504 was debited from my account for the payment of online shopping from Flipkart. The mode of payment used was Debit Card. The online shopping process was successful.

The order has been returned on date 18/05/2023 and a refund has been initiated by Flipkart. The refund transaction...

I received my Punjab National Bank Statement from one of my relatives who doesn't have access to my account or any authorization to do anything in my bank account. No money is deducted from my account but how someone else can get my bank statement without my permission. The statement has all the transactions from January 2021 till May 2023.
The PDF has A/c. Ledger Inquiry written at the top left corner and then their is a box in which all my details are their such as A/c ID, A/c Status, A/c Open Date, Available Amt. etc.
Then their are two pages in which all my transactions are their from January 2021 till May 2023.
