Circle : jalandhar division : phagwara account no. [protected] bill no.[protected] dated 24.06.2020 for rs. 4290.00 includes previous adjustment of rs. 2685.00. I have already paid the previous bill no. [protected] dated 09.05.2020 for rs. 2570.00 vide receipt no.[protected] rs. 2570.00 on 25.05.2020. Please get this bill for rs. 4290.00 corrected with deduction of payment already made.

      Hello sir,
      I am mahipal singh s/o salek singh. And my contract account no.in pspclis [protected]. I receive my electerciry bill with address
      St. No. 7
      Samrat colony,
      Guru teg bahadur nagar
      Giaspura,
      Ldh.

      But all of documents even adhaarr card and voter card show my address without mentioning samrat colony therefore i want to remove word samrat colony from my address in electerciry bill.
      Please reset my address aa

      I also want to mention that also fill a complaint in electercitg office, giaspura but they refuse it and say that they cant correct my address. Therofore i am filling a online complaint.

            I m from gtb nagar, bhamian kalan ludhiana 141015. I am facing issue of low voltage on one phase in my area since last month. Regularly logged complaints on your mobile app. Complaints reference numbers are 20500105, 20494356, 20485036, 20300389, 20244045, 20226554, 20041419, 2036483, 19996163.
            No solution has been provided by your department till yet even no one came to check it. Every time we are getting excuses from your employees that they are busy somewhere else and close the compliant after few hours without any solution.
            Kindly intervene the issue that we are facing since long time.

                Getting very low voltage and countinus electricity cuts in new vikash nagar baltana, zirakpur. Every day facing same issue but no one take nessary action because punjab govt. Staffs have full facilities. But sir we don't have same facilities to survive in this temperature.

                    I have complained that our just front the main gate electricity meter box is installed and i have complained so many times. It is very harmful for my family. Please change the location. I have complained to our je paramjeet singh. But he is taking too much money for this procedure. So please solve this problem.

                            I have deposited my electric bill dated 24/04/2020 for rs.7710/- on 08/05/2020, in which the closing reading was 241810
                            However in the bill dated 22/05/2020 for rs.11120/-, old reading 241006 of bill dated 24/04/2020 has been taken instead of 241810.
                            However net previous adjustment has been shown at rs. 8386.79p, which has not been decreased from the gross bill of rs.13547/-
                            You are requested to correct the bill at an early date.
                            It is further requested that till the correction of the bill, the due date of payment of the bill may kindly be extended.
