Dear sir
With ref. To electricity bill for ca no. [protected] i have already made the payment to pspcl through internet banking reference no bil/[protected]/pspcl/pspcltdqic177. Which has been debited from my account on dated 15 july 2019. Amount of rs. 15920/- sir the software of pspcl for the reciept is not showing any details in this regard. Please check in your records and do the need ful in this regard to avoid any confusions.

Electricity meter which is installed very far from my home was not working due to monsoon rain water. We were given a bill amount of 14281 on an average, but for last 3 months I was not living at that place and my rent for last three months was Rs 2917, 2460, 3247. I am not able to understand why my bill for this cycle is at this high average for a fault which I have not done. Its utter injustice and I would you to take an immediate action against it. Also the people of PSPCL caused harassment to my father by constantly misguiding them that next 2 bills will also be like this and when asked why, they say we donot know its calculated by system(I don't know which system).

Here at night so much voltage fluctuation happens and after intriguing with je, a negative response comes.. Sir it's humble request to pay attention because of voltage fluctuation there is higher chances of appliances to be short circuited.
I hope that you may go through this and do the same as fast as possible.

Dear sir

Because of some unavoidable circumstances, i am unable to pay electric bill approx rs. 26550, refer - bill no. [protected]e[protected] dated 04 july 2019

Mr vijay singh had taken my flat on rent but to best of my knowledge he has been arrested. His family living in my house has not paid me flat rent since june 2019 of rs. 15, 000 and family is not depositing electricity bill of rs. 26550/-

Even, after given advance notice to vacant my flat, his wife is not ready to vacant my flat. Please disconnect my electric connection on urgent basis. I can’t pay the electricity used by them. Please disconnect the connection of electricity at the earliest for my flat.

Hello dear myself arshdeep singh i m living in abohar near grain market the road lights of the new fazilka road remains off during whole night which cause so many of accidents on the road there are three death occurs on this road within 3days and thats not a thing of proud. They are playing with the life of people with off road lights. We even can't see accidents in daily basis. I hope you will take care of these road lights and accept our complaint and surely work on this. Thank you glow the road lights and stop accidents to be happened.

Sir i am a resident of gold chain building top floor in peer muchalla adjoining jaswant green nursary. Our meter serial number - 670865 is showing the jump readings. It has reached upto 4550 units which is not possible for a single person to consume who is working. I am using 10 units per day so it is not possible that it can be reached to this much. Sir, I'm staying in Mahilpur Jaijon road, near JD hospital, Dist-Hoshiarpur. Here electricity is cut very frequently. Maximum time we are facing a lot of problem, in this scorching heat of summer.
Now a days we are moving towards the smart City project. And we can't do anything without electricity.
Please try to maintain the supply of electricity, so that we the citizens staying here can live comfortably.

I have to submitted that, i am Arshdeep Kaur.The request is that our shop is in the ward no. 7, Sarhali road Patti, Tarn Taran. Our shop floor is connected to the electricity Pole and it is quite dangerous for us. Electricity Pole is right in from of the shop. The pole is very near to the wall due to which the electric may flow to the shop. So, we request you to separate this pole from the shop. Because this made up of iron, this may cause danger to the shop. Wires of pole connected to roof of the shop. Please list our requests and help us. We hope you can understand our problem. We shall be very thankful to you for this.

Whenever we face supply issue, none of responsible person care about our complaint... Full night there is no supply... How difficult it in summer days... Jandhu singha power supply station is near to us... But these guys don't care about people's problems. We use online pspcl app for complainting our supply issue but whoever picks up the call he asked us to call another person for complaint. Please do something so that electricity employees start doing their job in right way

I have complaints related to connection supply wire direct to Meyer is very old and damaged put complaints online on app but not resolved yet. It's too hot summer days and I have small children at home without electricity it's impossible to stay at home. In Phagwara city suburban complaint care palahi gate office said go to bazar bansa wala office and same they said go to palahi gate office. They don't have any care of any complaints. I have purchased a 1 BHK flat at The Eminence, Singhpura, Zirakpur in April 2018 and after taking possession, I have applied for electricity meter which was installed in July 2018 vide meter no [protected]. Since then the following bills have been raised by PSPCL and paid well in time. The details is as under:-

From the above details it is self-explanatory that current 5th bill in invariably on higher side. It seems that there is some mistake with electricity meter or some clerical error in taking the reading as from 4th bill my meter no has also been changed i.e. 1684013 instead of earlier meter no [protected]. Further I want to mention here that since we are not residing in the flat regularly due to my posting at Shimla working with Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd, (A Joint venture of Govt. of India and Govt. of Himachal Pradesh), this consumption is not justified at our end.

I have made a written complaint on PSPCL website no.[protected] dated 17.6.2019, than on PSPCL App Sewa no. 15020115 dated 17.6.2019, but no further communication has been received from PSPCL till today.

Sir, I am very much concern about the excess billing, it is therefore requested to kindly a note and correct my bill so that I can pay my bill well in time.

I'm living in Village Gumanpura, dist AMRITSAR, here continuously 2 days every week light not provide by Power house, without any reason, without any damage caused light off . We are whole day working, when we came evening home, then light off, without light water not possible here, our kids and Youngster suffer from this problem in night . I want to inform you that one of joint of wire is not in good condition from transfarmer to our society. And the electricity service man visit and told that it should be changed. But he is not changing and asking money for new wire to change. And we asked why should we pay while we are paying electricity bills and all service charges and still he refuse and saying u can do whatever u want and leave from
there. Please look into this matter ASAP.

MOHALI no electricity last 7 hour, and service man phone number swichoff i have register 7 time complaint in this month and everyday when i phone service man phone is switch off. How can resolve our problem.nobody take responsibility .pls take strict action against service man they get free salary from pspl and no work at night phone is switch off.

R/sir,
i baljeet singh dhalla is practising advocate in distt. courts bathinda last about 10 years. last night there was no electricity in my house. i lodged a complaints no.14858716 and 14870533 on dated 12.6.2019 at about 11.30 pm and on dated 13.6.2019 the same was marked to mobile no.[protected] namely vicky and other marked to mobile no.[protected] namely Nachattar Singh but the said persons did not resolve my complaint and also misguide me and due to misguiding of these persons i and my family spent 7 hours in hot weather very difficulty. so plz may kindly a strict action be taken agaisnt these persons.

I launched Voltage fluctuation complaint .
Complaint no is 14794709. And called to concern contact person on given mobile no.[protected] .
But not getting respond .and close complaint with remarks that it’s resolved . After that I called to JEE @, [protected], but his behaviour is very rude, and ask that they have no time to resolve same . After that I called n times to Mr.SDO at, but as usual he is not picking call .

Pls take it ok serious note and take action on concern person .

Respected sir, there is a lot of problem electricity in our city amritsar village varpal. There are 10 hours of power cut everyday. Due to which the locals are getting very difficult. Due to lack of electricity, water supply is also stopped. Children are bad because of the heat. Everyday, many hours are cut. I request you to cut the power cut. Thanks to the city's full power to the citizens...
