Hello sir i got your no. Through pspcl website as a complaint no.
So my issue is that my account no. Y44sp150302p
Got bill of 4470 which is much more than expected for 299 unit consumption, as per previous per unit rate it should be under 3200, so plz clear me is a per unit rate increases or some fine added to my account, and if yes then how much precentage and current per unit rate,, plz reply fast as possible thanks
Sir i am shaily sharma.my bill ac no is [protected].my house no in bill is 94/g.modern valley.khanpur.kharar.but actually my house no is 108 modern valley.khanpur.kharar.plz correct my house no.i allready give proof of my adress.in kharar electricity board.but after 2 month still my adress is same.plz change my adress.
Since morning we do not have electricity right exactly after the storm and nobody showed up since morning.

    Dear sir/madam,

    My electricity bill is calculated worng!!

    I am private worker and i have visit to pspcl kharar office 4-5 time but every time bill correction counter employee told that your electricity bill is genuine so pay full amount in one short but i have re-calculated and they have sent duplicate bill which we have already deposited.

    We have received bill in october 2018 rs. 2640 period from 15 may 2018 to 19 sep 2018 period of bill 56 days and total units are 147 and bill amount is rs. 2640. I have deposited the amount in billing period but after some time i have again received same bill of 15 may 2018 to 20 nov 2018 period of bill 189 days and total units are 2888 and bill amount is rs. 21360.

    I have request you to please review my bill summary as attached and resolve my issue as soon as possible because pspcl counter employee behabe very wrodly says this is genuine bill so pay full bill as soon as possible. Then i have requsted pay in break but he/she not agree and advised amount rs. 30200/- you pay in one short but it is also not possible to pay one year bill in one short.

      Amount was paid on 29th march 2019 through icici phone banking.
      In statement it is being shown that amount is debited from account.

          Hi,

          I am being charged for almost rs 19000 as sundry charges. We are just a rentees here. We want to why are we getting charged here?

          We paid all bills on time. We have receipts for all previous bills. I don't know how to divide such amounts among the rentees and i don't even think anybody will be able to pay the same.

          Please advise asap before the we get penalized more on this.

            Myself jatin verma resident of h, no 46 jyoti nagar, jalandhar, bearing account number [protected] consumer number j72mt450849n.
            Received bill for the period 20/1/2019 to 24/03/2019 of rs 35430, according to our consumption the amount of bill is too high as per our routine usage. For the first time in my life i received the bill which seems to be wrong and unjustified and i am complaining for the same.
            You are requested to please investigate the issue and solve our concern as early as possible.
            I belong to a middle class family the amount i received is very high and i am sure that there is some fault at your end, might be the meter installed at our residence has some fault (Wrong bill generated).

                Respected sir, i want to draw a complaint against the household who belongs to a "general category" but they have their meter registration on the name of the father of their daughter-in law who belongs to a "sc category"... Due to this, they get free electricity at very less cost. As a result, they make misuse of the govt facilities. So, i'm requesting to you that please check their meter's registration.                       I live in granthi bagh ropar. Our electricity bill of march 2019 was founded by one of our neighbour in street. Its such a irresponsible behaviour shown by local employees. They should place it in letter box and should ring the bell. It could be a great hassle for someone if the bill goes misplace because of the mistake of employee. So please ask them to place the bill properly.

                        Dear concern,
                        We have received our pspcl bill today for account number z74zr401262x and we have consumed 241 units only but the bill raised is of rs.12738. Some sop charges and current year arrear is of rs. 9832/-
                        It has been 8 months we are regularly getting such high bills, although we are only 2 persons at home and are working.
                        Every time we have to go to pspcl office for rectifications and they waive off some amount, kindly get it checked and rectify the bill amount.
                        As it is very big amount for an average salaried class family.
                        Kindly get it checked at priority we have complaint regarding this earlier also but we don't get any revert.

                          Payment got debited from my bank account but when transaction page returned to pspcl website, it produced a fault saying "due to technical activities payments from 2315 hrs to 0015 hrs are not possible."

I am writing to you concerning the electrical bill sent to my late father for meter number 577 account number h12ad460577x, sub division name and code bhogpur 11-h12. We have had the above stated meter on this property for last 20 years but this meter has never been in use for electricity supply. The purpose of the meter was to establish joint property ownership with our uncles and the property has never been occupied for the last 20 years. The last bill you have sent us shows usage and money owing for this meter. Please can you check the past twenty years of bills as the as the property has never been in use nor is the property habitable. So we are very confused as to the money owing and would appreciate this matter being cleared up. Please investigate. Thanking you in advance.

                                  I am getting excess bill due to default meter for the past 3 months. I have visited the office multiple times and was advise that someone will visit our flat soon as the requested has been noted for changing the meter.
                                  The bill appears to be from last year reading as we moved in the apartment in the month of august 2018. First two months the bill was in negative and then we paid from rs. 459/ – to rs. 836/-. I visited today (28th feb) again to check & discuss about the high bill, but i was sent from one person to another to talk. I was holding my baby and was move from one room to another yet no help. I requested to submit an application but they denied. I spoke to jintendar, balwinder and the accountant. They were not helpful at all. I was advise to wait for another 5-10 days in order to get the meter changed. I asked them to see the application along with the attached bill which i paid but still it was added again. Also, i was asked to pay the full bill of 22500 without my fault.
                                  I request you to please look into this matter seriously and send your person to check and change the meter as we can’t afford to pay such high bill being a tenant.
                                  I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

                                    Myself Jagdish Kumar Singla, would like to bring to your notice regarding my domestic electric metre as under :-

                                    1. Electric metre ( Load : 10.98- Domestic), Account No. Z74GT742414A
                                    2. Address: House No. 104, Tower No. 4A, Royale Estate, Zirakpur -140603
                                    3. Last month for the period 19.12.18 to 17.01.19, electric bill showed both old & new reading as 8616 & 8693 respectively i.e consumption of 77 units and bill amount was Rs 680, which was paid on line in time.
                                    4. This month for the period 17.01.19 to 16.02.19, electric bill showed only old reading as 8693 & no new reading is shown but consumption of 62 units have been shown with bill amount was Rs 830, which is to be paid by 26.02.19, which i will pay in time.
                                    5. Since no new reading as on 16.02.19 was shown, i got suspicious & checked the electric metre which was not showing any light. A few days earlier, when i checked it, it was OK.
                                    6. I visited the office of SDO near Patiala chowk, Zirakpur & showed them the electric bill. In the Metre status, it is written as D, the office staff told me the metre has gone defective & asked me to lodge complaint on line for replacement of metre. Therefore, request for early replacement of meter .

                                    Current & last month bills are enclosed.

                                      This complaint is regarding taken incorrect meter reading (House no 90 a, motia citi, behind best price, zirakpur, punjab, meter a/c no: z74bs312338y). I am facing this problem since last 4 months, as i had visited your office at zirakpur last week and explained them about this problem, they were asking that it will be correct in your new bill but still it is not resolve as i received the latest bill 2 days back it had taken again incorrect reading.

                                      As per bill the reading is 3210 which is not actual because it is k vah, as per my knowledge meter reading should be in kwh which is approx 2690.

                                      I had already paid the bill because i got charges in every bill cycle.

                                      There is a big gap in both readings.

                                      Request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible and adjust my amount in next bill cycle.

                                      I already submit my complaint 3 to 4 times at 1912. They registered my complaint and after few hours, a msg comes that your complaint is resolved, issue is that no one has visit the home and the problem is as such, without confirming from us whether the complaint is resolved, they shut down the complaint. It happens many times.

                                        This 2519 units (I. E. 40.63 units per day) consumption for 62 days, is far above& unjust considering average consumption history for previous 12 months period.

                                        Ii) consumption history for previous 12 month period being as
                                        Mar-18 /2845 units, aug-18 / 1564 units, oct-18 /975 units & dec-18 / 489 units as reflected in attached (A-2 -7. Dec.2018) bill dated 7. Dec.2018

                                        Bb) 2nd meter:- contract nbr ac: [protected], consumer nbr : (P12mf020351w) (Baljinder kaur) (Tenants residing)
                                        I) consumption for period 5. Dec.2018 to 7. Feb.2019 ie 64 days reflected as only 9 units & billing in attached (B-1 -7. Feb.2019) amount rs 590/-

                                        Here it is to note that tenants were fully residing in this period of 64 days and utility of electricity was availed by them throughout and yet only 9 unit’s consumptions?

                                        This 9 units (I. E. 0.14 units per day) consumption for 64 days period, is far below and unjust considering average consumption history for previous 12 months period.

                                        Ii) consumption history for previous 12 month period being as
                                        Mar-18 /600 units, aug-18 / 2483 units, oct-18 1493 units & dec-18 / 780 - units as reflected in attached (B-2 -5. Dec.2018) bill dated 5. Dec.2018

                                        I am at loss to understand and accept this discrepancy.

                                        I request that this be checked, investigated & resolved for any reading error or any meter malfunction or any other defect that has resulted in such units consumption & billing disparity which is absolutely unjust.

                                        I further request to challenge the both electric meters that are reflection unrealistic disparity.
