I have deposited amount of Rs. 6000/- on 07/06/2019 vide ref.no. INB/[protected]/Punjab State Electricity B. vide Payment Receipt No. QUTI[protected], but after deduction from Bank account, the transaction shown in your PSPCL App was "Failed".
Further again on dated 09/06/2019, I have deposited Rs. 6000/- vide same application and same is successful.
So you are requested to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 6000/- deposited on 07/06/2019, as same was failed.
The matter is most urgent please.

    I m residing in Bhagwan Pura abohar. DISTT. Fazilka. Voltage of this locality is always low. Each time we note down the complaint on 1912. They give us the number of Lineman. But the number received never in working order. Please ensure proper voltage to our area. The number provided by the PSPCL should always response to the Coustmer. Otherwise what is the purpose of giving number

      It is submitted that I have electric meter No.[protected] in my name situated at Ward No.17, Gali No.4A, Kartar Nagar, Near Pankaj Karyana Store, Amloh Road, Khanna. The electric load is below one kilowatt. I belong to Ramdasia Sikh Caste (Scheduled Caste). I deposited file twice in PSPCL City-II Khanna Office. The file was allotted to Shri Madal Lal J.E. for verification of electric load. During his first visit at my residence in the month of February, 2019, he himself from his own side said that the load is above 1 kw. Second time the file was freshly redeposited in the said office and Madan Lal J.E. again visited my residence in the month of May 2019. He flatly refused to recheck the load and spoken in harsh language that he would not give benefit to Chuhre Chamaar and said that he had no time to verify the load and left the site.. As per law I am entitled for this facility but Shri Madan Lal J.E. is creating hurdle in releasing this facility to me. Due to lack of electricity, water supply is also stopped. Children are bad because of the heat. Everyday, many hours are cut. I request you to cut the power cut.           This is pooja from Mata Gujri nagar behind gurudwara sheeshganj sahib. We dont have any power supply in this area continuously from last 4 days.we heard that this is bcoz of storm few days back and there are some areas where supply is resumed but not in our area only.you plz see the matter and inform us when powers supply will be resumed in this area.it is very very hot and YOU can understand our situation plz resolve the problem and resume the supply.

            I am writing this in the continuation of the problems that i had to face due to poor service provided by the lineman from the electricity board with reference to the complaint number: 14632398

            There is electric power cut since yesterday night which due to which we all have to face huge problems.

            The complaint was raised to pspcl in the morning and one lineman was assigned to solve the issue. As suggested by a representative from pspcl, i called the lineman in the morning and he conveyed that the issue will be resolved in the next half hour.

            As you know, the peak summer time is going on and without electricity, spending even bit of time is challenging, but as suggested by assigned lineman, i waited for more than 2 hours but no revert came from the lineman.

            Finally, after huge frustration, i called lineman asking about the status of my complaint and i was very disappointed by the reaction i received from the lineman. He was very rude in speaking and state “i am not the responsible person now, call someone else ”. He further added that “i came to check but couldn’t find the cause for the power cut but in reality, i am waiting since morning and no one came to check the issue”.

            Being the responsible citizen and consumer from pspcl, i urge you to take the necessary action regarding my complaint against line man’s unprofessional and rude behavior.

            I hope to have quicker feedback from you.

            Ps: the power issue is still not been resolved.

                H. No 27-c ansal enclave bhamia road ludhiana. No electricity in our house since 5 hours. I registered a complaint no 14571917. They gave the no. Of gurmeet chand ph no [protected]. He said that it is not my duty to solve this problem. He said that we should ask our society pradhan to repair d electricity. When we pay d bill to electricity board. It is your duty. Kindly solve this problem.
                We have called pspcl 15 times they have not answer any of them and their is no electricity in substation sarinh they do not accept any of our call we do not satisfy with pspcl services this is not first time they have not accepted our call always they do this type of things plz solve our problem.
                It is 18 hours but electricity board doesnt do anything in our colony ..
                18 hrs light is not there in our colony.please repair as soon as possible..

                  Dear concern,

                  I have received my pspcl bill for account no-z74zr401262x on 08/05/2019 with amount rs. 20, 360/- again bill is showing old meter reading 406 and new meter reading is 924, by this calculation we have consumed 518 units only but in received bill current consumption unit is showing as 1438. And on asking for the reason they are saying that your meter is dead. How could a dead meter can reflect change in meter readings and also our meter is changed 4 months back only. I have complaint in march also but no revert.
                  I have purchased this flat in january 18 in resale, then after that the flat was locked till august 2018, as i was on maternity leave at my in laws house, when we come to this home and give application for transfer of meter then we received the first pspcl bill of rs. 22, 150/- on 28/11/2018 with the explanation that our meter is dead. Although i am working women and in whole day only one fan and tv is used at my home by my old parents.
                  When we have applied for new meter there was shortage of the same in pspcl zirakpur office and we were explained by the pspcl representative that if meter is dead you will get atleast three bills of average, i don't know the meaning of average bill but to me it means that we will receive bill on higher ends.
                  And then we get bills of rs. 10, 140/- on 12-nov-2018, rs. 17, 100/- on 5/01/2019, rs.1 2, 930/- on 09/03/2019 and now rs. 20360/- on 08/05/2019. We have received such high bills in winters also, although my meter is changed 2 months back still we have received this much high bill.
                  We are middle class family with earning of rs.50, 000/ per month, and how can we bear all these stupid things, on receipt of every bill we have to rush to pspcl office and they deduct some amount, we are really harassed by this, we have to pay emis of home, my baby is only one year old and it is not possible for me to go to pspcl office as my working hours are 10 to 6 pm, my husband is also out of state because of his job.
                  Kindly get it checked and revert at earliest, we are only family of 3 living in this 2 bhk flat, we are not running a factory.
                  This much high bill is really a issue of concern for our family budget.
                  Kindly help us.

                    Today evening time Ajitwal village electricity is cut and 10pm light come but my area transform face is cut or more homes light cut. Am calling helpline number in pspcl but not answering one person my call received or ans is in villages do not any person to night duty. Pspcl service is 24/7 but but that is not true pspcl service in village only 9am 7pm why? Why do night any person to night am paying bill but electricity night service very bad

                    I would like to say that I belongs to 33ft. road, Giaspura, Ludhiana. In this area the electricity cuts on daily basis for 4-5 hours in 2-3 times a day. I requested to solve our problem as soon as possible. Hoping for a positive response from you.

                      No body had taken it seriously... Very shameful role played by the department. 1912 is just to make us fool. We have been facing this problem from many days now it is just unbearable we need a solution to this problem your department is not serious towards their work. The area is balagna road, dasuya.
                      We need a solution we don't want to face this problem in our coming summer days because it is really hot here
                      We need to sleep and go to our respective work. You may resolve our problem

M of 28th may and we called to 1912 they said by 5.30 electricty will come after that we wait and now from 12 in the night we are complaining to our nearby office but the person incharge i. E line man gurmukh is of ludhiana is so rude and careless.. He said give me ladder first only then i can repair.. What is this nonsense?? You dont have equipments with them?? Nd the person on duty is arguing with my father on phone in a rude tone. This is a serious issue nd we are not going to shut our mouth, still its going to be 5am of 29th may nd we dont get electricity. Poor authority and work

                            There was very low supply of electricity in amritsar know to be a holy city. The name of holy city just in for books not for their values. Electricity problems occurs repeated and no action taken to overcome this.in other states the electricity prices are very low as compared to punjab. Still charging higher price and no power make the amritsar a poor city. And no any political leaders come to solve this because they are having facilities which other people doesn't. They have no any personal issue with this situation. They come for vote and said bla bla bla that they do.
                            I made the Electricity bill payment Online of Rs. 10000 (Ten Thousand) the money have been debited from my mobikwik wallet but instead of getting the receipt from PSPCL I got the message that money did not debited from wallet.

                            Please look into the matter on priority basis.

                              Dear Sr. Concern Personnels,

                              Kindly look into the matter as I have already complaint about the Lots of lose wires in front of my house, CIN : U40109PB2010SGC033813, A/c No. : [protected].

                              Complaint Ref. # 13874282 done on dated 19/04/19 telephonically, which were resolved from the local back end service team of PSPCL, Model Town, Ludhiana, when I revert with the unsatisfactory response then the team contacted me & transfer the complaint to Mr. Ranjit a J.E., deputed at PSPCL, Model Town, Ludhiana his contact no. is [protected] & marked resolved again on 20/04/19 screenshot is attached for your reference.

                              But when I spoke him he said I'll send my team mate for the needful call me after 5:00 PM my duty starts from there. I called him at around 6:40 PM the same day then he replied we'll do the needful for only Electricity Wires which are in front of your house I said no Issues please do that & favour us. Atlast, he replied I'll send the line man tomorrow because today is too late, I acknowledged.

                              Then I waited for next 2 days no body turned up then again I called him he said I sending the concerned person but nobody turned up till date.

                              I am attaching the images of lose wires which are in front of my House No. 88 G, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Ludhiana - 141013, which is very risky for us, If some tragedy happens are you responsible.

                              Looking for an earliest response else has to escalate this matter to Ombudsman, Electricity Board, Mohali, Punjab.

                                Sir please help me. I belong to a poor family. Now we are to member in family. Nobody can help me. I live in mandi gobindgarh. I already pay electricity bill when meter is register my brother name. After my brother went to mohali after that we r complete bill my brother s name n closed it. N new meter is applied to my mother name is sita devi. Some months we didnt pay electricity bills. Becoz. My mother and brother admitted from 3 month in chandigarh sec 32 government hospital for a serious accident case. Sometimes i cant arrange money for that bills. They take meter n cut electricity bill. I didn't have arrange money. After that i lost everything becoz the reason is serious accident. So we decide to sale house. N before sale house i went to bijli board and clear all bills. Now a days i came to register new meter in new home becoz we sold a old house. N cleared all bill which register is my mother name is sita devi. When we r in office i dont knows his name. Bt is this sdo of mandi gobindgarh. He told me to clear u r old bills. Then i say which bill. If i i didn't cleared oldd bill then how can you add new meter which called sita devi's name. Then how to say pending bills of my brother yadwinder singh 's bill in same house which u say ur bro bill is pending. Then howcan we use use ur electricity with my mothers name. I already paid 40000 my brothers bill in 2014. We shifted in new house. We forget to find clear bill's identity.. Becoz 5 years back sometime we crush old paper in years. Please tell me what can i do. How to help myself. I already lost everything. They told first clear pending bill afterthat u can apply new meter connection for new house. N say u have to pay total 50000 + incentive. What can i do. Sir please try to understand me. I[censored] cant help me then just one thing left for me suicide. My name is tejwinder [protected]

                                    Sir i m advocate, residing in village issapur rouni. Sir i hv complaint many times regarding setting of meters and "kundi" connection in our locality.in our locality there are many culprits who are using the "kundi" connection and adjusted there meters for less bills. They providing loss to both punjab government and us, as there kundi connection always lead to low voltage and power tripp off problem every day.

                                        21st feb 2018- 840 bill reading, 50 days, rs 6550
                                        20th aug 2018-2 meter reading, 145 days, rs 1120
                                        20th feb 2019-2 meter reading, 145 days, rs 1760
                                        20th apr 2019-840 bill reading, 50 days, rs 6930

                                        Now when your line men has checked the reading, it is coming as 1480 then how are were you building my bills earlier. Now please help to generate exact bill.

On 27/09/2018 i apply for name change from pawan kumar goyal (my husband) to my name. I have paid all the requisite fees for the same but till now it hasnot changed yet. Kindly look in to the matter
