We dont have any power supply in this area continuously from last 4 days.we heard that this is bcoz of storm few days back and there are some areas where supply is resumed but not in our area only.you plz see the matter and inform us when powers supply will be resumed in this area.it is very very hot and YOU can understand our situation plz resolve the problem...

I have received my pspcl bill for account no-z74zr401262x on 08/05/2019 with amount rs. 20, 360/- again bill is showing old meter reading 406 and new meter reading is 924, by this calculation we have consumed 518 units only but in received bill current consumption unit is showing as 1438. And on asking for the reason they are saying that your meter is dead. How could a dead meter can reflect change in meter readings...

There was very low supply of electricity in amritsar know to be a holy city. The name of holy city just in for books not for their values. Electricity problems occurs repeated and no action taken to overcome this.in other states the electricity prices are very low as compared to punjab. Still charging higher price and no power make the amritsar a poor city. And no any political leaders come to solve this because they are having facilities...

I have received my bills as follows:

21st feb 2018- 840 bill reading, 50 days, rs 6550
20th aug 2018-2 meter reading, 145 days, rs 1120
20th feb 2019-2 meter reading, 145 days, rs 1760
20th apr 2019-840 bill reading, 50 days, rs 6930

Now when your line men has checked the reading, it is coming as 1480 then how are were you building my bills earlier. Now please help...

My house is locked from last one year, iam recieving a flat bill of rs 220 as fixed charges of meter. And all my previous bills are paid to pspcl on time

Now i have recieved a bill of rs 350/- for the month of mar-april 2019 with sundry charges of rs 120/-, pl provide information about the sundry charges, as all my dues are already cleared...

Please refer the advance payment of rs 2500 receipt no.[protected], dated 18-dec-2017. It has never been adjusted in any of the bills since this payment was done. Can you please adjust this payment in the next bill or provide an option during the online payment to include the advance payment of 2500 so that i can pay only the balance = total bill - 2500?
Request you to please resolve the matter at the earliest because this advance amount...

I called customer care they gave me number for line man to ask him how much time it will take to get electricity back again, he was so idiotic person no sense to talk completely non sense person, like he is the king of dept, here is his number [protected].

Don't have sense to talk to someone, i will never support your govt for this, shame on you....

I here to bring in your kind notice that there is demage electricity poll in dilbagh nagar extension-near by #401grover colony.

After several complaints none of your official staff visit to resolve this issue. This kind of poll can also harms to the kids n people passing away this. Attaching couple of the pictures for your kind reference. We hope you will surely resolve this issue asap....
