With due respact a application was submitted to concerned office of civil lines office of PSPCL along with required fees for a commercial power connection on dated 3.11.2015 They promise me to give connection in a week but after a period of 24 days they didn't After several request to all the concerned employee. They talked rudely and having excuses of non availability of equipment.

        Hi, I have submitted complaint for change of dead meter. Meter is dead from last four months but till now there is no action taken for this dead meter. Electricity board employee is providing the bill on average basis but now the we are getting the extra bill amount as the electricity units are less but the bill amount is huge. Below are the details of the dead meter. Please change this dead meter as soon as possible.         Complaint about electricity

        I am resident of H.no 2607, FF, Phase 7;Mohali.When storm came, light is very dim .We are unable to run any electricity component.Light was fluctuating from many days.Pls solve my problem as early as possible.

          Hi, I want to make a complaint against PSPCL that from last year, wrong bill is being generated for every month, and we had to go their office to make it correct. But how many time we had to be in queue to make it correct, why cannot they generate correct bill. This time I want the PSPCL to take action against those who takes the wrong meter reading and mis-calcluated the bill amount. This time mistake is: They have included last time bill amount(which have been already paid on time), to current bill charges.             Electricity Bill of 07 Oct 15 - Consumer A/C No P12MF 012083H / Contract A/c No [protected] [1] I have been billed Rs 14, 310/= for period 04 Aug to 07 Oct, based on average consumption for a period of 64 days. [2] I had a properly working meter of the old type which was replaced with a digital meter by your staff on 28 Sep 15. [3] Within 10 days of replacement your staff billed me on average basis since the new meter reading showed only about 100 units based on those ten days consumption. [4] My previous two bills during summer when consumption was highest were 12, 270 & 6560 respectively. [5] During the current bill period I was away to Pune for almost three weeks. Which means I have been charged 14, 310 for a six week period. Rightfully, the bill should be based on the reading of my old meter till the day it was changed plus the reading on the new meter. You are requested to kindly have the bill rectified at the earliest.

              I, V.N.DHAWAN, made online payment of Rs.10050/- on 29/09/2015 towards my account number [protected] (consumer Number J72MT241609L ). My Net Banking account with Bank Of Baroda was debited with Rs.10050/-.a Transaction Id DBBR[protected] dated 29/09/2015 11:45:37 was ALSO shown by the PSPCL site for the said payment. However No receipt was generated and till date the status of bill is being shown as "UNPAID", with the entire amount as overdue. On the advice of Suvidha centre of PSPCL on telephone, the matter was taken up with "BILLDESK" ([protected]@billdesk.com, ) as well as with the Payment gateway support ([protected]@billdesk.com) for confirmation of the payment to PSPCL. Both these entities have confirmed by mail that the transaction was successful and the amount was sent to PSPCL.                   Sir my meter no. Is u41gt410155n, residence -84-new sarabha nagar ludhiana. My house is locked for more than one year and my bill from jan15 to aug 15 varies between rs.440/- to rs.870/- per month but in sept 15 bill for rs 16360/- has been posted. I make payment of bills only through online . My house keys are with mr gurnam singh, h.No.73-new sarabha nagar, ludhiana. Meter reading shown is 39350 as on 30.09.2015, however even up to 06.10.2015 it is actually 37208. I therefore request to get the reading again verified and resubmit amended bill though online only as i am presently posted in jabalpur.

                      Dear Sir I am a resident at Air Force Naval Housing Board, Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Mohali. I am regularly paying my electricity bills. The last bills were of Rs1670 and Rs 280/ respectively. last month my bill suddenly has become Rs13443/ - The website is totally unfriendly. When I send the complaints, I was replied that I have to send some one as Kharar does not come under PSPCL zone !!! ( As if Kharar is not in Punjab). No responses is given to my repeated mails.                               My pspcl a|c no. is B14DB371049H & contract no. is [protected], I have been paid my bijli bill amount of Rs.5100 on dated 29.09.2015 through SBI net banking transaction I'd DSBI[protected] .But receipt not generated by pspcl sap portal.such has been also done by pspcl online bill payment engine \site many times before .why such as?

                                The electricity bill for the month Sept. 2015 is clearly fake. As per the bill details, the new readings are zero and old units are shown around 8210. The net consumptions should come out to be zero but in the bill the number of consumed units are 686. From where this figure of consumed units has come. It is too much. high. I can not expect such a high consumption. The meter reader is doing some thing wrong. The paymeny I have made but I want that this money should be refunded because the consumed units as per the bill are zero. My consumer No. is Z74GT740937A.                                   Unable to pay bill online through SAP portal of Consumer no. L21GR670785X, Contract No. [protected]. Bill amount is not showing in SAP portal. Complaint lodged on 05/08/2015 with complaint no ____ and got automatically closed on 11/08/2015 without any resolution and no call & mail received by company. Very silly and unsatisfactorily service.
